Everything was good, the staff there is so friendly and great customer service. The manager stayed visible and interacted with customers, and he jumped right in when the line started to get long, and moved things along quickly. Thanks i have been to other dollar stores in Redding and the employees are not polite at all. They seem to always give me the impression that they hate being there and i am bothering them if I ask a question. I have never encountered that at this location. Good job management, as well as the great team you have there!

What was it good fulfillment to go there when you're bargain hunting on a pinch was just there the other day and got what I thought was a 50 dollars worth of food can food soups all kinds of different stuff and when was oh yeah man if any Christmas lights they got like the best like a battery ran Christmas lights and it lasts forever there for like a book 50 all kinds of ornaments for every holiday

Manager needs training! Not only rude to fellow employee's, also rude to customers. (Unhealthy work place). Actions and remarks uncalled for. Not only myself, but other customers were apolled with this managers actions. Lucky for us as customers, we can do business at another store.

Next time before you charge me for a bag ask me first if I need one. You’re charging me without permission, I just didn’t want make it sound like a big deal in front of your customers but next time I will. I had a bag in my purse. Rude of you guys

I would totally give 5 stars because the shelves have always been full and the employees are great.... but the manager is terrible to the employees! A cashier accidentally scanned something 2xs and we didn't catch it until after I was checked out. The manager came over and completely talked down to this lady in front of all of us, who was older than him! And then made a huge deal about how difficult it was going to be to refund me. Then he pulled me to another isle and reversed the one item in 2 seconds. Dude, you are the manager of a Dollar Tree. Get a grip. She did not deserve that.

I love the Dollar Tree stores. It is odd that one can vary from the other, but they can! Some are cleaner than others. Some have different products at different times. As many know, they have adapted to the pricing increase in very things. I for one am thankful they did. As we know the $.99 cent stores couldn't or, didn't and they are gone. $1.25 now for basic products but they have added items that are more expensive, so keep your eye peeled when grabbing an item off the shelf. But honestly, they have a lot of products! Cleaning, groceries, frozen goods, canned goods, bathroom essentials, kitchen, bathroom, pillows, they have it all! My favorite store is the one on Athens Ave. Love it! They've got it all!

Friendly, helpful staff, large variety and quantity of items, but horrible lines. Even when they had 6 people in line and more obviously coming, they didn't open a 2nd register. No matter how much you have bought or will need to carry out, the shopping carts can't go outside, and they no longer let you use their bathroom. There is only 1 places in the whole shopping center that will let you use the bathroom (the 2nd hand baby/kids store a couple of doors down,) and only intermittently due to plumbing difficulties that are apparently common in that shopping center,.

This one in particular is one of my favorites in Shasta County. This is the one on Athens in Redding. Lake Blvd is a lot bigger but Athens is where it is at. You can tell which manager does their job. Athens is mostly stocked. Repeat items that sell come back in deliveries. The store is clean, great customer service and almost everything you want

This dollar tree has the least options of all the dollar trees I've ever been to. You'll wait a long time in line too. I was looking for a $5 toy with surprise dogs inside and $125 mug with stuffy in it (both of which we get regularly at other dollar trees.) This store is organized a lot differently than other dollar trees as well - I assume due to the narrowness of it?? But it's small nonetheless. Homeless people out front. Per usual. They were no trouble.

All of the ladies that work, there are very nice shelves are well stocked. There is not a single complaint for me the manager he is very friendly. This store is setting an example for every dollar tree. By far I think this is one of my favorite Dollar trees. It may be a little bit far away from me, but everything is well stocks.
