I'm proud to be frugal, I'm a wise spender and l hate to see money go to waste. The Dollar Tree helps me to manage my budget. I only buy what I need. And good news, prices went up only one quarter. And you can take that to the bank.

Normally I really like it , but the computers-internet was down and I couldnt buy anything. Cashier says its been messed up a few days. My advice, bring cash! However, the store has a great variety and I enjoy shopping there!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called yesterday at around 6pm if they had an item and if they can put it on hold so I can pick it up next day. They had the items and put it on hold with my name. I went into the store the next day (today) and the cashier Hazel (who’s been there since 2017), Started scanning the items the person had behind me and didn’t even say hi to me. When I told her I had items on hold she said “it’s over there” while POINTING to the shelf. And I said “I called yesterday, my items are on hold. She goes “oh i didn’t know they were on hold, I put them back, they’re over there.” This might all seem dramatic, but I have worked retail since 2012, I learned that the customer comes first. You should NEVER point someone somewhere, you show them. That’s customer service. If you’ve been working somewhere for years, you should have better customer relations and service. Hazel didn’t even say hi to me or ask how I was. Hardly even looked at me. Never going back to this Dollar Tree again.

Big store with good stock..but the aisles had toys and items thrown all around the floor. Toy aisle had broken toys everywhere. Management needs to tell parents to watch their children and not let them run rampant and destroy the store.

Wonderful place to shop, but customer service is woefully lacking. 15 people in line and 1 register open. After 10 minutes of standing in line, 3 other employees come out of the office. Oblivious to the traffic flow in the store. Only ONE more register was opened. Fortunately, Dollar Tree has several locations nearby. I will be shopping at a different location in the future.

Great experience tonight. Picked my cousin up from work. She got several items she needed to pick up and got more as well. It was a quick process to checkout and get all of our items. Thanks for great experience and quick process. We will be back.

So this Dollar Tree has changed for the better. They usually have all the shelves stocked. The only change is the two cashiers. During the "rush hour/busy times" they only have two cashiers. That's a little insane for this store because it's usually packed. Today, they did open a 3rd line up and that was impressive cause I've never seen that happen in 13 years.

Great items for a $1.00. The staff needs to take pride in the store keeping it clean and organized. Everything was everywhere on the floors and shelves. Frustrated after spending over an hour inside. No associates were in sight except for the cashiers. Staff members act like you're bothering them. Been to many locations and by far this was the worst experience so far.

I was there today and there were two customers and someone opened another register and said they could take the next customer I assumed that was me and the lady behind the register said no sir the next customer I said well if it's that important then I will go somewhere else and she said thank you it is important to me to let you know that you cannot have the last word all the time with a customer and have any kind of career in service if you feel like your life is richer when you pop off at someone probably retail is not your thing and I won't be back since I have people I know very well who can insult me and I tend to take it better from them

The last few times I've been in there the shelves are almost bare. The cashier is very pleasant. You need to resupply your shelves. I understand Christmas was last month but this is uncalled for. From now on I will go to the oakwood stores. At least I know the shelves there will be stocked.

I'd say we are all blessed that places like this exist. It's easy and convenient! Always good with its seasonal products. They're item quality seems to improve every few years. So I'd say you get a lot of bang for your buck. I only remove a star for when it's a mess inside or when shelves are near empty.

Usually messy and never really clean, but I’m a huge fan because, if you are an educator, you can get SO many great things for your classroom here, from decorations, stickers and school supplies to imaginative play costumes, incentives and even arts and craft supplies. Other things I love from Dollar Tree: - The awesome abundance of plastic bins, boxes and tubs to organize small things like craft items. - Clothes hangers - get these sturdy plastic ones in packs of six in white or black for a dollar and get your closet organized. - Socks and slipper socks, often in fun patterns and colors. - A crazy candy selection for just a dollar. - Brand name item surprises, like last summer they had several flavors of Peace Tea for just a dollar a can, quite a savings on grocery store prices!

Stores you can still get things for around a dollar or two are the best not to mention very needed especially these days. I love the Dollar Tree and this one is my particular favorite to frequent altho I love to shop various ones in the Hall Co areas and other surrounding counties due to the differences in what they have in a different store comparatively with the area or maybe size of the store. And I'm actually glad they have the added $5 isle now for more of certain items u might need u can't otherwise grab at a dollar store. Ty...

I still love the Dollar Tree but the prices have gone up so much that most of their items cost less at Walmart. 😢 Still good to get decorations at!!

This place is horrible! Horrible unkind customer service including manager! Be careful what you buy at Dollar Tree. I just did a huge bridal shower and bought too much not knowing for sure what we would need. I was told at both stores I could bring back for store credit. To me, that means bring back and get a store credit card or something that shows my credit and I could use in the future. My daughter is a teacher and so am I so we shop at Dollar Tree all of the time. That’s exactly why I didn’t mind having the store credit. But nope, it means you can only bring back items to exchange for something right then. Be sure to read the bottom of your receipt because they say that is what it says and they do not say it kindly!

they are open until 9pm, but every time from the same lady will rush you, tell you you have 5 minutes left when it’s 8:45, make threats to shut down the register if you don’t check out right now, and locked out some poor other customers at 8:52 who i’m sure would have been out by 9:00pm. i work retail, i know who’s doing their job and who is lazy.

There was Hispanic lady as a manager, and she threatened to call the police on us just because we seem suspicious. She kept cussing at us really unprofessional. She got mad at me for asking the question she blamed us for the cash registers being empty overall bad experience.
