Great place always organized. Downside is theirs ALWAYS someone right outside the door begging for money. If i was manager here i would kick them off the property. You cant properly achieve social distancing with multiple people asking for money practically infront of door

The cashiers were very nice and the store was very neat. However, there's a sign outside that says, "No soliciting. " There was a man outside the door asking for change. So I don't like the no soliciting was not enforced.

I mean it's a dollar tree store in the hood. Has everything you need when you have the munchies. Enjoy all the snacks and ratchet people you could ever lay eyes on once entering this store. Great prices no doubt. Eating Reeses pieces right now. Would recommend this place to a friend.

The store itself was well stocked and clean. The problem was they had panhandlers outside the of the store harassing people for money and when it was mentioned to the employees by several different customers, they blew it off and said that the guy isnt bothering or hurting anyone. If people are complaining about it, then yeah, they are being bothered. If that didnt happen, this location would most likely get 5 stars

Always a pleasure plus it's very convenient to stop by on the way home and scoop up just about any necessity. Dollar Tree has been indispensable for me and the most relied on store in my life for many years now. The cashiers know their goods and where they are so don't hesitate to ask even if they look busy doing something (it will save you time if you can't find what you need) I come here a lot the store is kept organized and clean. The people here are always friendly and helpful. On New Years Eve it was not too busy just 6/7 people in line. With two check out lines.

Virtually all of the Dollar Tree's in the city of Syracuse have a homeless loitering problem that needs to be policed somehow. The stores themselves do a good job of managing the inventory and checkouts, but there is nothing being done about the loitering and panhandling that takes place outside of the store locations. I went to the Genesee street location and had a homeless man come running up to me while I was in the process of securing my ebike, make a drug induced incomprehensible gesture and then ran back in front of the door of the store as if he was guarding it. It was so unsettling I left immediately and went to a different location. I have a great deal of sympathy and empathy for the drug addicted homeless, having lived that life myself when I was young, but I've been assaulted multiple times by people suffering from drug addiction and it's becoming nearly impossible to enter many of the grocery stores (not just Dollar Tree) in this city. I hope that Dollar Tree will consider hiring on security staff to ensure loitering stops happening because it is a danger to the general public to have unpredictable drug addicts loitering right outside of the door entrances to Dollar Tree. As stated it's a big problem in multiple stores here, but for some reason Dollar Tree is an ultra hot spot for loitering and panhandling and it is likely pushing customers away from shopping at this store. Dollar Tree provides good quality items at bargain prices, and is otherwise a five star store in my opinion, but safety and peacefulness concerns is increasingly problematic and makes for a very stressful experience trying to shop at the store locations. Please address the loitering/panhandling problem in the city of Syracuse Dollar Tree. Sincerely, A regular shopper.

I shop there every single day by stuff all the time it's always clean in Liverpool and some North spotless all the time no questions asked they always have new stuff out before it even it's time they're very play and very respectful very very very very very very nice people I bought a vacuum from there and it actually worked very well The manager of the store is very very people's person she's very very nice I like go to that one out of all of them because that one's the most respectful list the most cleanest one if you go to the other ones it's like dusty all over the shelves these guys wipe down all the shelves everyday everything is spotless in that store on the Dollar tree and I love it

I just left this dollar tree. Its always well organizer and stocked. But today the gentleman who was stocking the energy drinks was behaving very aggressively rude. Cussing about us to himself acting like we were preventing his job and very racial comments. When we respectfully him hes fine and not to let us get in his way. He still tossed heavy drinks on the shelf. Like I said aggressive behavior. Not the kind attitude I normally get from associates.
