I love shopping at the general dollar store the people there are really nice and also when you need assistance they are willing to help you out they have great customer service there and I cannot complain I shop there a lot and it's a cool place to shop I shop at the general dollar store on East 4th Street Jenn she has a pleasant attitude and she's always ask if we find our shopping okay she deserves a raise LOL

I'm going to give this place a 5, because of the situations, the people, the robberies, and whatever else these poor folks have to deal with. They usually have what I'm looking for, and are very friendly to me because I'm a regular there. But this is a neighborhood with lots of degenerates engaging in activities "questionable" at best, and you honestly couldn't pay me enough to work there. So kudos to you at Dollar General. Thank you for not closing like Safeway did after they kept getting ransacked.

Place always has 3-4 workers and one cash register opened and all other employees just walking around. Got charged 2x for my order when their machine was glitching. Took my last $50 and now PayPal says it will take up to April 17 to see if they dispute it🤬 also I walked home which is 15 mins away and tried calling after finding out they charged me twice and they ALWAYS have the phone off the hook.🤬🖕🤬🖕🤬🖕🤬🖕🤬 Do better DG

Store is always a mess! They keep so many of the products behind the counter. The products they keep are the ones you need to actually check out. If you are wanting to check something out you have to wait for an employee to watch you! Very weird. The store makes you feel like a criminal. You cant take a large purse or they take it. It's so odd never have I had this happen. They must have a lot of shop lifters. However for those of us who dont shop lift it makes me not want to return if I cant look at products on my own or my purse is taken at the door bc it's to large. I do not think I'll return

Don't bother to read the scheduled hours. This place is never open on time, now employees will close the door in your face 15 minutes before posted closing time. Time and gas much better spent going elsewhere.

I I really love this store great people. My concern is he gets a lot of homeless people that stand around the store some are asking for money I know it's a lot of stores in Pueblo not just this store so I want to clarify that it is not because it is on the east side because it's like this all over this town. The east side was well known I have lived here all my life and and love it here.

Love the stuff for scrapbooking, so much to choose from for a great price. Only issue I have is going a little crazy and even though everything's only a dollar it can add up very quickly. Be careful though there are items that can be found at other big box stores for a better price. Stay away from the TV dinners that have "cheese" on them because whatever they want to call it in my knowledge its certainly not cheese.

Francisco was our clerk, the only one working the counter. I wanted to make it a point to review his customer service as soon as we left. He was genuinely respectful and very helpful. This guy was zipping around multitasking like a pro. It is rare to get such service anywhere these days. We live across town but will frequent this store more often thanks to Francisco.

This is my local Dollar General, and it is the most convenient place to stop on my way home for quick shopping. The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. The store is usually clean and easily navigable. They almost always have the items I want or need in stock. Shopping is usually quick and without hassle, and even if lines are a bit long, the cashiers get through them quickly and professionally.

With the remodel came way better employees! Gosh the type of people hired prior were a joke! These ones are friendly, they greet you and aren't judging people based on how they dress depends on how they treat you. They even let my service dog in training in with no problem! It's a mess arguing why I have a service dog like seriously I train them how else can others have these precious life helping side kicks!!=) Thanks to however hired these new employees, I've met a bunch and all were just as friendly and efficient as the last💪🙌💯💖

Bought 2 month expired Oreos that caused a upset stomach. Yeah didn't realize what made me sick until I saw the date on the Oreos. These people are getting the public sick with their expired food. Health inspector needs to be notified something needs to be done you cannot legally sell expired food!

The people in the store would not let my elderly father use the restroom so he nearly crapped himself I bet the employees have a restroom they use. I bet they wouldn't want their father nearly using the bathroom on themselves. Horrible service you guys need to help people out the shop in your stores

Just went into the store to purchase nails price on the wall said 2.50 rang up as 3.50 the first employee helping me said let me see what I can do I showed him where they were at he called the head guy over and he saw that the employees placed them in the wrong spot all he said was there is nothing I can do there are only a few there and if it was a case I'd change it but I really can't be taking money off and I said it was you guys who put it in the wrong place to begin with and his only reply was for a dollar? And I said hell yeah for a dollar this damn place is called dollar general for a reason I wonder if he likes to over pay for someone else's fault. He needs to be demoted and the other guy promoted because he at least tried to help me out he was just left for failure was barely shown the register and how to get out of transactions

That is not a discount you better hope that you don't get sued cuz we can sue you for this this is not saving $1.50 it's A $1 real dollar general?That's not how you do sales.Raising the prices like that.I will keep coming here and taking pictures of everything to show it off to make you lose business, cause you're just raising the prices and dropping it down to the price.Where it was the whole time.
