Great just around the corner store for last minute things. Now it's not at well because they stated closing at 9 p.m instead of 10 p.m which was VERY helpful.

Employees are always very rude, store is a mess everytime I go in. They have exspired products on the shelves for sale and when you confront them about it they throw alot of stuck up attitudes. Assistant Manager is very rude.

Needs more staffing and people who care and want to help you. Feels like Walmart at times cause never have a cashier and everyone is stocking or out front smoking or on their phone's. Try to avoid the evening cause service is bad.

Girl on register was very sweet she said hello to everyone who walked in. But the store was a mess granted I've worked for DG before at 3 different locations and she was the only one there it seemed like.

I've been to many of the local Dollar General stores, and I've always liked the stores. This store on Grandview & 8th Street in Odessa, TX is like the Dollar Gentral Superstore! Loved it and the only reason I didn't spend to much money was a call that forced me to leave.

Had items of excess, return with valid ID was no problem. Store stays stocked and I'm greeted every single time i enter the store regardless of any shift.

Don’t expect to buy too much you can’t even take the cart to your car if you have a lot of stuff or dog food.

The older ladies that run the cash register are VERY OPINIONATED about everyone's children. Kids will be kids. But there comments literally make me want to never go in this store again. Management needs to talk with there employees about how they talk to there customers n how they make there customers feel as they shop in there store. This place was literally an embarrassment. N has upset me very badly.

Girl that attended me was very helpfull, i was there to purchase several backpacks for a giveaway event. She had a stack of them ready when i got there. I was in and out in less than 10mins, always best to call ahead if you're looking for a specific item or several of the same.

I tried making a deposit and the cashier robbed 50 dollars from me. I didn't even find out until a day later and since I couldn't make a transaction, there's no way to prove I ever had that money to begin with so I'm permanently down 50 dollars. Edit: Just called and nobody answers the phone either. I want my money back. Edit 2: I walked back over there to confront about the money, I couldn't get help as the camera wasn't able to see enough but another worker did me a favor and watched the last cashier put the money in my card. I'm still upset about the 50 but at least some workers are honest.

Me and my wife had a very bad experience with some lady name Tina very very rude I feel like that lady needs Jesus in her life because she looks miserable she has no customer service experience at all. That lady should be working but as a jailer..

Absolutely find another store manager “Mercedes “ was completely unprofessional and rude to some ladies who were honestly not even speaking to her disrespectfully she then refused them services and told them to leave her store!! I’ve never seen anything like that!!

Rudest people ever , plus the fact that you can barely get around inside. And don't think that your going to be able to take a cart out side to load things In Your vehicle .

This store is always stocked with the nice things that dollar general has to offer. The cashiers don’t have the very best customer service, but they get you in and out. You can’t take the shopping cart out, which sucks because they keep this store stocked nicely and makes you want to buy everything. It’s also one of the more cleaner DG’s. It’s got the fresh market stuff like vegetables and fruit. You really need to pay these employees more for how much work they do.
