This store is either always closed or never stocked there is always carts of boxes in the aisles that are not unpacked. Ive driven there multiple times only to find it closed when the website says its open. What a waste of gas. The website should be updated when they are closed or you need new management. Im sure the owner is losing money.

Love the snack prices, especially the meat snacks. Store just feels so cluttered and stuffy. Definitely has the DG smell. If you have ever been into one, you know what l mean. I still stop in from time to time for a Tijuana Mama. Its meh..

As far as Dollar General's go, this is a good one. Friendly staff, huge parking lot and store floor is not cluttered. Convenient location.

Terrible. Worst DG I've ever been in. Half eaten food on shelves. Can't get to places because there's so much stuff in the aisle. The girl working was nice but she had buddies up there chatting when there was obviously work needing to be done.

This store is so dirty and cluttered and the shelves are always messy and unkept, items piled all over the floor you cant get your cart through the aisles. When it first opened it looked great, clean and organized, right now I dont think the managers even care.

This store has gone down since the Arabs took over. Found one of my favorite brands of veggie chips here, I purchased them and when I get home and began to eat the chips, they were chewy so I checked the expiration date.....they expired in july!

Usually a wonderful local place to shop. With friendly staff who are always willing to help even with coupons…..but this Carla lady is disgusting and racist. some one should inform her that being black is not a crime. My 18yo son went to shop with his younger siblings and were stopped at the door and told they are not allowed in unless with an adult (he’s 18 he is an adult) but asked them to move aside to allow other non black shoppers in. She also stated she is the only one in the store and I assume she couldn’t follow them around to ensure they would steal her 1.00 items (pathetic) My son drove back to get me and when I asked her what’s the issue her response “when they leave I’m always finding things and they steal” I asked show me where they steal and she ran in the office to hide and call the police. I would apologize that a big black man walked into the store and made her historically afraid for no apparent reason……but it wouldn’t be sincere. As regular customers, I asked the other associate (who had come in by the time I got there) if he has ever had an issue with my children his response…..”they are always polite when they come in”. Go figure Karen i mean CARLA!!

This place is perfectly fine. Mind you, I spent about an hour and a half going around the same two Christmas isles with my wife so I didn't browse the entire store. The staff was helpful and it seemed organized well. I would certainly come back to this location, lord knows my wife will drag me back here anyways.

This store location is very unprofessional. The store itself seems to appear stocked. But once I entered and realized that thier cold food coolers are down for quite some time now?! It is a very inconvenient store to take time out to shop at. The parking lot and landscape need maintenance. The store inside needs attention to organization. The Manager?! Is very non personable. No eye contact, always seems rushed or irritated by customers, short rude comments, not friendly or helpful at all!? And I can honestly say this without hesitation because I have frequented this store location several times now and her personality lacks people skills and communication.!? So far every visit I have made to this Dollar General Store this Manager? Name unknown?! Has had a very negative vibe of unhappiness all around her?! Towards not only myself?! But other customers as well?! It isn't a very welcoming atmosphere!! Although I must add that there is one employee female,middle aged, dark haired friendly , smiling , helpful, woman who greets shoppers as they enter and engages willingly with everyone! She deserves recognition most definitely!! I wouldn't refer this store to anyone. Thank you!

my boyfriend went in yesterday to buy cat food for our cat. when he came home and we fed our cat and thought nothing of it. at 4:30 am my cat was projectile vomiting all over the room. when we checked out the expiration date it was 3 months expired. today my boyfriend went in to speak to the manager about how someone can let this happen, the manager had an attitude the entire time. the manager told my boyfriend to go get another box from the back, when he went to check ALL of the cat food was expired since February. yall be careful when buying your fur baby’s food at this location.

Needed a mat for the front of my house and decided to go to Dollar General to see what they had;they ended having a really thick,sturdy,cute and inexpensive mat for only $8.00.So,I decided to get it for that price and I'm glad I did.Because the same mat at Lowe's was $14.00..Since,I was there,I decided to get two different designs for $8.00 each with a total of $16.00...They matched the price.

Extremely let down! I literally sat down in the clearance and $1 isle digging for stuff, it was very time consuming and I was super excited to find such cool stuff!! The whole isle is listed $1 or "clearance" unless it's has a price on it that says otherwise like $4 or $3 anyways every item I selected came from the $1 shelf no other prices listed however when I get to checkout these things were ringing up $5 $7.50 $12 all different prices far higher than $1!! When I asked the manager about it she acted like no big deal and said "yea unfortunately it does say $1 but it's really whatever it rings up" "and the clearance isn't priced as clearance even tho it's on the clearance isle unless it's clearance week" like wtf?! Take the signs down then until clearance week!!! And all the $1 item signs on almost every shelf with no other prices listed on the items themselves so the way its posted those items are $1 take those signs down too or specify because at this point you're falsely advertising quite a bit. And that's not lawful. Very decieving!! I won't be back they r obviously not trustworthy nor do they care. False advertisement and signage is a big problem. Do better. I will not be recommending this store to anyone either. Shop at your own risk be prepared for a surprise at the register then an I don't care attitude when you adress it.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Dollar General this morning at 8 AM. I walked in, greeted the employee by saying “Good morning,” and even expressed my gratitude that the store was open because I had run out of milk. Instead of any kind of acknowledgment or response, the employee simply looked at me and walked away. This level of customer service is unacceptable. A simple “good morning” or even a nod would have been enough, but completely ignoring a customer is disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand that mornings can be busy, but basic courtesy is essential in customer service. I left the store feeling unvalued as a customer. Dollar General needs to train its employees better in customer service because this experience has left a lasting negative impression. I’ll definitely think twice before returning to this location in Deltona. fl, on Ft. smith

Always friendly staff and very accommodating! Personally by stocking extra toddler food for my special needs daughter. It's almost a daily trip for me these days.. It's nice to have this as my close to home, go-to store.
