I would give this place 0 stars if I could ! Poor customer service!! The worst . It looks as if they hire anybody.. There is a so called Shift Manager named Donna Horrible! Nasty attitude and doesn’t know much about using the register. Step it up dollar general. You will lose lots of business this way…..

The manger there the woman who seems mad she has to be at work, WAS SO RUDE AND NASTY SHE NEEDS TO BE DEMOTED OR WRITTEN UP. I HAD VAULT THREE ITEMS FOOD AND PAY FOR THAT WITH EBT, WHICH LEFT ME WITH THE REMAINDER OF $14.75. I LOOKED IN MY WALLET AND REMEMBERED MY HUSBAND I ASKED HER IF I CAN LEAVE EVERYTHING THERE AND COME RIGHT BACK AND I'VE BEEN COMING IN THAT STORE FOR 5 YEARS THIS LADY TOLD ME IT'S SWEETHEART THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS SHE PUT ME ON BLAST FOR NOT HAVING THE 14 DOLLARS TO PAY THE REMAINDER. I WAS SO EMBARRASSED she let everyone know. VERY ARGUMENTATIVE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN DONE SO BADLY BY ANY MANAGER IN THAT STORE AND THEN THIS BLONDE-HEADED HEAVY SET SO-CALLED" MANAGER*, WE NEEED ERIN Back. Since that woman left that store has been so bad. This manager really takes THE CAKE ,,😭😡🤬🤯🤯

Went to this store to purchase some batteries.. long story short two stack of batteries was in two separate places for the price off $3:75 but it scanned for the price of$5:75 the MOD told me that customers stack the batteries there (in the wrong spot ) I had to pay the price that the item was scanned 🤦🏽♀️

Went to this store today.... the lady which I'm thinking was main cashier/manager was so sweet and so nice!! She even gave me 37 cents outta her pocket so I didn't have to use my card.... That might not be a big deal but now my husband won't know how much I spent lol jk.... love this store..... I know it's not the easiest job... give her a raise

I like Dollar general in general, but seems this store and the other one close to my work have just gotten dirtier. The isles are as close together as they can get, almost claustrophobic feeling. The cashiers are always nice, just seems the quality of the store has gone down

Unbelievable. Where is the Store Manager? Where is the District Manager? This store is a garbage dump. Take some pride in your store. You should be embarrassed by the condition of this store. When was the last time the floors were swept and mopped? Product on the floors trash on the floors. The shelves are in disarray with the merchandise. The parking lot is a whole other nightmare. Clean this place up. Corporate needs to address this problem immediately. May need new leadership to clean this up.

Parking lot needs major attention! Pot holes everywhere, trash everywhere and cement barriers that you park in front of one was turned over and hit the front of my car.. luckily the piece did not break. Update 11/22/21 Parking lot has been fixed...looks great!

If this store is not gonna get better then perhaps, it should be a different store or shut down, because for a looong time it always look like it’s struggling and it has not changed at all! This company or whoever is really in charge needs to find a way on how to work it out! The floors are always dirty, the aisles are always messy blocked with un stocked items. It is a big store, and it’s very busy! They should left them stocked some stuff and clean over night, or perhaps have someone to do the cleaning and have other coworkers work with customers on the self checkout. It’s even pricey, and many of stuff you pick from their aisles, they always appear to be higher than the price. They are always in the wrong place. (Edit) Nevermind, this store has gotten SO MUCH BETTER, the floors are clean, the aisles are nice and neat, nothing looks dusty. It looks a lot better. It looks like they finally got people who knows what they are doing and does their job.

This is one of my favorite stores. If it was closer to where I live, I would stop by more often. This store stays pretty well organized and pretty well stocked. The young lady cashier even paid attention to the best buy date on the tea I wanted to purchase. I never had someone ringing me up keep an eye on the dates, that was very cool. Great looking out for their customers.

The employees are nice, but one thing I know is when something is advertised you have to honor it you go into the store for specific sales and then they tell you, you can't have the sale that is listed on the shelf and on the app. The app right now shows the 5 off 25 IN STORE & to show cashier. It's VALID right now. However it wasn't honored, the shelf have signs for coupons that ARE not on the app, however they are not honored. You will add the coupons via app, and they will not work at the register. & the MANAGER will say she can't do anything about online coupons. When I've had other managers change it when THEY ARE WRONG [ she needs education on her job] When it tells you INSTORE to download the coupons. They list things on the shelves cheaper than they are, and don't HONOR or fix it. if you want to be lied to which is against consumer LAW don't shop here, AVOID it like the plague. I went now at 5:45 6/17/24 & for this reason I will not be returning and I come in 3x a week usually. But the disrespect I felt for being a REGULAR. And they couldn't honor the prices on the SHELF & on the app is obsurd. I will be contacting corporate because they need to change that, and lost a longtime customer! & they need to fix those POT HOLES!!!! ALWAYS A LINE WITH 1 CASHEIR BUT CANT HONOR YOUR ADVERTISMENT NOR FIX THOSE POT HOLES!? Yes I'm that upset it's about doing the right thing. I would of never went there to shop or bought certain items without the sale/coupon!

Came here, July 5 at 3:10 PM and the cashier was absolutely horrible. I typed in my phone number wrong for the coupons, which is the only reason I went here and she wouldn’t let me retype it in & deleted my whole order that I shopped for 15 minutes with my 10 month old. Leaving the house with a baby isn’t easy and to be rejected a PAYING customer with over $50 of Merchandise never shopping at a dollar general ever again.

My fav store! Not so much. Editing review from 3 yrs ago!! I just left here and you can't walk down the aisles to find anything. Every aisle had 2 to 4 stacks of product to be sorted. I have been waiting for it to get better but instead It has gotten worse. Will NOT be returning. Ridiculous!! The 2 employees that are there were at the register talking,,, no one in line. Should be trying to get the store in order. 10/25 Store was looking great a one time. Last couple of months going down hill. If you question a sale price they flat I'll tell you that you are wrong even if the sign is right there in front of them. I wish that this door got it together. Customers would have such a better experience. Maybe the manager should also consider being a little nicer to their customers instead of talking down to them she should try to be helping.

When in this location today and was trying to find something, I could not find, ask the lady with the blonde long hair and a ponytail wearing all black to show me where they were that online. It said they had four in stock. She then proceeded to tell me people treat the app like a Bible And it’s not always true. Very rude and very unprofessional.

The first time I visited this store, I was new in town, and the cashier was rude about prices. There was a sign on the chips that said they were 2 for 4. They rang 2 for six. I tried to say something about it, but she was rude. I looked the next time I went in, and apparently, to get the extra 2.00 off, you needed an app. I'm from Kentucky. No one has ever told me about a savings app. I went in last night and bought a bunch of Christmas items. The lady was at the self scanner. She took my items and rang them herself. She commented that the Christmas items hadn't been marked down much yet. Which is weird because it was the 3rd of January. I got home and I've noticed I have to go back. None of my items discounted at all. It was 10 pm when I got home. Since she was scanning, and the prices didn't show on the screen, I had no idea. I wouldn't mind but I spent almost 70.00

This place looks like DG forgot about this location. Looks run down and parking lot is a mess with potholes everywhere. The fence is falling/gave up. Not very inviting. Workers don't know anything about the coupons. The isles are never cleaned up looks like they always stocking but nothing is being done. The pictures are from when it opened I'm sure so I'll show an update lol trashed by the entrance just horrible.

I’ve been shopping at this Dollar General for years since it’s only a couple of minutes from my home, but I’ve had repeated negative experiences with the staff especially the manager, Tasha. When I asked for help, the clerk Ken called the manager, who refused to honor the sales advertised and dismissed me when I explained the issue with a digital coupon. The app wouldn’t let me clip the coupon, claiming the item wasn’t in the store, even though it was clearly on the shelf. Instead of helping resolve the issue, Tasha brushed me off, prioritized other customers, and even walked away from the counter while I was still waiting. She is consistently rude, never helpful, and often tries to soften her unprofessional behavior by calling customers “baby,” which comes across as condescending. This is not just a one-time problem—it happens almost every time I come in. Advertised deals are not honored, concerns are ignored, and customers are left feeling disrespected. On top of that, the store itself is poorly maintained. The front counter area is full of gnats, and customers are left swatting them away while trying to check out. It’s unsanitary and makes you not even want to complete your purchase. This location has gone downhill, and it’s extremely disappointing to see a store so close to home treated and managed this way.

While I was waiting here for my mom to get back to work where she is my wife's boss I had some time to kill so I went into Dollar general and used my five finger discount. In case you are wondering, yes I do feel ashamed for stealing. But it's so fun though! I got me a pepper shaker and some coin rolling paper. Not the kind that you put drugs in but can you put US currency in the form of coins in. Five finger discounts are so nice to have. Especially when you are at my skill level. god isn't real.

We love how convenient this place is and close to home. We mostly go for the drink packets they have tons of flavors to add to our water. It's never crowded here. It seems to need some cleaning though and maybe organizing done. Update: be careful buying items here we bought gingerale that had expired months ago!!!!!
