This is the second time recently I went in to shop. First time, a short, stocky cashier was conversing with my Male cashier Her language was terrible. Cussing about another employee. As I was leaving, she was continuing to cuss, talking loud. Today Male customer entered asking for help in purchasing female napkins. Ver loudly a cashier started screaming out where everyone could hear it. "Why does men feel embarrassed asking for kotex or tampons!!" All the many customers were just looking at the others Very unprofessional!

Good cashews thay need big money for. What thay have. Okay do at that store ,Just to put up with some of the people that have shopping thay. Do great Job .Keep up the great Job ,As for the. Rest of the story ok needs work ,not just for the things you have in it. IT Needs Work ,Thank You

Management always friendly when we go in. All the staff at this location are hospitable. The store is always in order. Maria is always on top of an issue and handles with great poise without confrontation.

This one has really gone downhill...always a long line...boxes stacked everywhere...never enough employees...open products...a real disappointment.

The store is really nice and I like the way they arrange their clearance items. The staff are always helpful and seem really nice. The only downside is that this store isn't in a very good part of town.

A worker have on headphones sing not paying attention to her job she put a bra in my bag without ringing it up and I did pay for the other stuff I just noticed whenever I came home is she did not take off that one thing to wear makes a buzzer go to the door off. She needs to start paying attention to her job instead of wearing headphones in singing.

I go there all time they have the kindness workers there it will go out of their way to help you no matter what lice are sometimes long but if the manager sees it she will come up there and open the restaurant for you get you through and they and semis they give you the best deals on if it's been opened for or something like that the help you as much as I can I would definitely recommend everyone going to a Family Dollar on Triana is that gray store cheap prices and you get back anything you need there .

I love my Dollar Store and yes I'm the Dollars Store Queen Even before Phillip got killed there I love everybody there they are amazing kind caring helpful and always ask how is your day going Mrs Shirley they know all 3 of my girls my grand daughter and my God son by names that is what the world needs now a days people like them at my Dollar General Store like we all our family .They are all Amazing Managers also helpfully kind caring and always make me smile love you Dollar Store family thank you all for being you love y'all Shirley Schmidt Wise.Great Stoe I shoe there a lot only 1 like mine Thank you all

I like the way they. Are making tuna fish now. In a can or a pouch with extra virgin olive oil with dried tomatoes. I was glad this Dollar general had the pouch as very good for eating on the run and enjoying this healthy light lunch that fills your appetite until dinner time. Nice convenient store...saves trip to Walmart.

I have always enjoyed shopping at the stores and it's was a new store for me since I am new to the area. I was really impressed with its size and it's assortment of items. More than I have seen in any other Dollar General. It's one of my favorite stores now and I go back to it when I am in need of some things that I know they have.

Store has no buggies for customers. Merchandise laying in isles. Store is dirty. Store has very poor management. To give them a one is generous.

3/03/21 I was in this store... & my advice? Don’t waste your time. The staff are awesome but they hardly had anything in stock... no soft drink coolers... their arts & crafts was probably the best section.

UPDATE since this review, I've noticed the store has worked hard on their exterior. (The store can't help the parking area, but their little corner of this shopping center is nice.) The staff is always friendly. Still my favorite DG. ORIGINAL: It's Dollar General. Great prices. The parking lot could use some work, but the store is fine.

Why is it every Dollar General you go into there are no buggies bc the employees are using them all? You would think the customers would be the priority when it comes to that. I got an empty buggy and this girl chased me down saying sorry I couldn't use it. The thing wasn't even being used and she pushed it right back where I got it from and walked away. There was an elderly man who was walking with a freaking cane and you could tell that he's not exaggerating his disability and that there was no way he could carry his items and walk with his cane at the same time. On top of all of that she had another empty buggy she could have let that but she was was letting her Pepsi vendor use a buggy to put his trash in. Like how low down can you be? She could have let that disabled man use one of those buggies. I swear some people are just god awful for no good reason at all.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My friend has health issues and while we were shopping here she had to use the bathroom and couldn’t even move due to if she did she would have an accident on herself her husband told the manager the situation and the manager said “that’s our issue why?” And my friend pissed all on herself back in the Tupperware section in the back. They don’t care at all about how they made her humiliated and showed no sympathy or urgency to clean up the urine and just walked away! We asked for cooperates number and the manager refused to give it to us. Horrible customer service !

This Dollar General is consistently disappointing. The store is filthy, poorly maintained, and clearly understaffed. I rarely see the same employees twice, which says a lot about management and working conditions. Many times the employees are playing music loudly on their phones. I don’t mind background music, but when it’s loud enough to disrupt the checkout experience, it becomes unprofessional and distracting. The anti-theft policies are also excessive and uncomfortable. Customers who walk in with backpacks or bags are required to leave them at the front, which feels less like prevention and more like assuming guilt. Being asked to surrender personal property just to shop is not a welcoming experience and makes me avoid coming here whenever possible. Checkout is another major issue. There is almost always only one cashier, with lines of 5–10 people waiting. Self-checkout stations exist but are never utilized, which only adds to the frustration and wasted time. I understand this store serves a low-income area, but that should not mean lower standards for cleanliness, staffing, or customer respect. This location needs serious improvements in management, operations, and overall customer experience.
