I don’t like saying negative things about businesses, but this was ridiculous. Very expensive car wash, $30, very disappointing results. Windows weren’t clean (especially the inside), not sure if they even tried to vacuum. Guy at front kept trying to upsale, $20 to clean the floor, really? Didn’t clean cup holders and dash was still dirty. Had to clean most of the car when I got home. Never going back, sorry.

Today I went to the car wash. I was asked if I wanted a 89.00 dollars special. I said no I just wanted it washed and vacuumed and wipe down inside. So he gave me a reg. Wash + 30 when i was called for finish my bumper still had dirt on it. And the vehicle had not been wiped down inside. I will not be return there as they have certainly dropped there quality since I started there.

I brought my car here for an exterior detail because their site mentioned it's high speed buffing procedure. My car had quite a bit of dried touch up paint as well as some surface scratches on the trunk of the car. After the exterior detail, which cost $180.00, I noticed that quite a bit of touch up paint remained on the car as well as the scratches on the trunk. The manager assured me that those imperfections were permanent damage to the vehicle and could not be removed without further damage. He said not even color sanding would fix it. However, a trip to Walmart and the purchase of some bug and tar remover spray was able to remove the majority of the touch up paint. I brought my car back the next day to show the manager. I simply asked that they run my car through the exterior detail again. He told me he would hit "specific target areas" again but he would not attempt the trunk again as the scratches on the trunk were definitely permanent. Since then, I have been able to remove the scratches significantly with a budget rotary polisher and some scratch remover. The manager had no problem taking my money and was no longer interested once he learned I no longer wanted to spend more money. I would not recommend this establishment for anything other than a basic routine car wash.

This was the best car wash I have gotten in a while. All of the employees are so nice and work so hard. I had had a dent on my car for a year, and you can't even see it anymore. Compared to Costco's car wash, this was 10 times better.

It is not horrible but not great either. The bucket wash here is $35 before tipping and I think they could do a better hand wash for $35. Worst thing is when at a car wash a car is not fully washed clean and then when you see all the dirty spots on the car to show them they use the towel in which is used to dry to wipe the missed spots during the wash. They should get all the spots and not 80% then while drying wipe the spots they missed. When someone is paying for a bucket hand wash it usually means that they care about detail and want those washing to get all the spots.

Worst experience ever. I wish I could give this place a -5 stars. If you want to pay 27.50 to have your truck rear ended by the employees with another customers truck then go here. This car wash did over $5000 in damage to my vehicle Plus an $800 rental car fee I had to pay out-of-pocket ; not to mention all my personal time I had to waste going to a collision place, dealing with insurance companies, and trying to communicate with the owner of this place. He says he cares about his customers but he really doesn't. he never once bothered calling me after the accident happened. I had to go chase him down at the office... after the accident he had his employees keep giving me the runaround ( he specifically told them to not give out his phone number and would not get on the phone. Nobody at the car wash should give me the companies liability insurance information.) causing me to have to go down there several times and waste my time trying to handle this. He claims "oh I would've paid for this out-of-pocket but now it's too late you got your insurance company involved " yet never bothered even speaking to me when I asked him to call me several times. So after my bumper, tailgate, and shell of my truck were smashed I wasn't even offered a refund. So long story short I paid 27.50 to have my car rear ended by his employees and I was left to deal with the mess myself which caused hours of my time just to get my truck back into decent condition. His insurance company still has NOT reimbursed to me. If this doesn't get squared up with financially he will be seeing me in small claims court.

Love this business. Dana Point's best car wash! The gas prices are competitive and my car has never been so clean. Peruse the best greeting card selection and enjoy the delicious coffee and pastries served at Rosetta CBC while you wait.

The washes are pretty quick, with no cleaning inside other than a very quick wipe down. The outside misses a lot of detail more of a visual wash than cleaning of the car. Costco car wash just as good

I've never had a bad experience at Doheny Village Car Wash! The staff is friendly, will assist in answering all my questions, and of course, my car always looks amazing when they are done. I spoke with the manager and another staff member today on how to protect my seats when my husky rides in the car. They directed me to seat covers they feel work the best. By the way, the coffee is amazing- try it!!

Really bad hand wash. The hardware on small suv is $27 bucks. I paid extra 20 bucks to clean my floor mats, i was told they would be sprayed washed and dried. All they did was vacuum them. I spoke to the short sweaty guy in charge and he starts over talking me and not letting me talk. I won't come back here again. I don't recommend this place.

I paid $100 for a wash & express (hand) wax. They barely vacuumed, did a hurry up job on the wash, and never waxed the top of my vehicle. I was watching the whole time. When they tried to claim it was finished, I called them out on it and they continued to lie about waxing the entire thing. The "manager " had them do a pitiful once over with the buffer on the top... No Bueno and No Regresa!

I actually came here because the lines at Costco were so long and I b thought it would be quicker. Waited 45 minutes just for my Corolla to go through the wash. Only 2 cars ahead of me. Their excuse was that the other cars needed to be vacuumed. No empathy from the workers inside, and the manager finally got involved to get my car done. Sorry to say they have lost my business.

Truck washed and gas fill up every two weeks. COSTCO prices for gas. Waxed every three months. They a normally do a good job. Only issue I’ve had is sometimes they don’t clean the inside of the windshield very well. But if you tell them, they correct it immediately. Always friendly and courteous. Also, great coffee.

Absolutely terrible experience at Doheny Village Hand Car Wash. I paid over $70 for an interior detail, and was assured the entire car would be thoroughly cleaned. When I came back a couple of hours later, all they had done was a basic vacuum and exterior wash. I had to grab one of their own rags to wipe down multiple dirty spots myself. I approached the service manager—a heavyset Latino man—and pointed out the poor job. He laughed, told me I should’ve paid $170 for a “real” detail, and walked away. When I caught up with him and asked if he was ashamed of the quality of their work, he simply said, “No.” This place is a joke—unprofessional, lazy, and completely lacking in customer service. I will never return. Avoid at all costs. Save your money and go to Crown Valley Car Wash, where the service is actually worth what you pay.

Last 5 times at this carwash, I had to come back and get a rag and clean my own car . Best of luck . The worker says if you’re not happy why you come , he’s right . No more !

Nice, Clean car wash facility, but how can you not run Teslas through your machine, and then charge $44 for a bucket hand wash. Come on now. Fasching’s car wash in Arcadia is top tier full service and I run both my Teslas through the tunnel, and they are only $26 for full service. Time to figure something out. The gentleman working in my car did a good job, but I wouldn’t come here if you have a Tesla.

Just wanted there, paid 115 for full body wash plus interior, they did a decent job with the body and interior but I noticed the wheels are still dirty and in the back they still left some crumbles and pieces even though they vacuumed it.

Tesla owners beware! This car wash only does a “bucket wash” for Teslas. They just write it up and tell you it’s a regular car wash . That was after I specifically asked if it was different. When you go inside to pay, you find out they have an upcharge of 44 dollars vs the standard car wash price of 29. Aside from the obvious price gouging, the way they handle it is dishonest. Just another reminder why I normally wash my own car at home. I won’t be back, and neither should you.
