I had a horrible experience at this car wash because I put a $20 bill in the change machine to get quarters to wash my car and it ate my money so then I had to go across the street to century market to get quarters because after that I didn't want to put money back in the machine and then I looked for a phone number to call there was half of a phone number written above the change machine but somebody took a black marker and blacked out half the number so I didn't not ever have anybody to call then when I was washing my car the time went by way too fast for the money I put in and it was really frustrating and upsetting to me.

The vaccuam I used had barely any suction. Wasted $2 just to go take it somewhere else to try and do the job again.

I swear when I got my new to me Trailblazer I washed it daily. Well I went to all the washes around and I truly love this place, even have a dryer in each stall for your vehicle...pretty cool..huh.

This place has all the coin machines out of service and taped off. Only accept credit cards and charged me 10 dollars for 5 minutes. This business is borderline running a fraudulent scheme to funnel people into using their card system only to overcharge. Thanks for nothing. I'll do my best to report you to the BBB. And warn others away from your facility until this is resolved.

The vacuum was stinky like a dog, and the last time I came the vacuum was broken had a rip in the hose and I didn't notice until I already put six bucks in the machine , had to cover the rip with my hand while I vacuumed just to get suction. Time to buy my own car vac!

“Most Excellent “ is the phrase that comes to mind. I totally recommend this establishment USER FRIENDLY. Never worry about Dollar bills or Quarters again. Debit cards and credit cards are all you need, one swipe and BAM. YOU’RE GOOD TO GO. Wash/vacuum. Full blown security camera system. to keep you safe while you make your vehicle sparkle using only the finest equipment and only the finest of soaps and waxes. Very clean establishment. Good grounds keeping. Friendly folks. Large grocery store, coffee shop, machinist and City Park right across the street. Right plum in the middle of the city. Where you always see some one you know. But this is a review and I must always be very honest with my reviews. The automatic wash bay seems to have high pressure water only for cleaning your car and no spinning cloth wheel. Doesn’t clean vehicle. Not satisfied with the results. — C- for the Automatic bay. A+ for the rest of the Carwash. See you there.

Tire wash didn't work or pre soak .but the lady who worked there gave me like 10 extra minutes so I could scrub it real good..and extra 2 min on vacuum..all in all a clean spot

Nice place to wash your car. Everything worked properly and all soaps, wax, and tire cleaner were full. No trying to wash my truck with little to no soap or wax it with cold water, rather than hot with the wax mixed in. Easy to get tokens with their change machine.

Rip off. It cost me about 15.00 to wash my fiat and there was no soap coming out of the brush, the decals on the buttons where wore off so I had to guess what I was turning on. The drive thru car wash broken need a lot of improvements. Need to fix the fragrance machine also that was broken.

Been to that car wash 3-4 times in the last month and normally everything is alright at that car wash but lately it seems to be going down hill the foaming brush to wash your vehicle with .... Well the brushes are worn out on every bay and hardly have any bristles left on them 😞 On top of that the soap that comes out of the brush is normally super thick and bubbly and 3-4 times now it's so watered down its barely even lathering up really disappointing. And on 2 of the car wash bays I believe where the hose connects to the metal arm to the ceiling well they are leaking water out pretty bad so not only is it robbing you of pressure to the spray wand but it starts to get you soaking wet and theres really nothing u can do about it if you are trying to wash your car. Half the time only one out of 4 of the vacuums work at all. The DNA car wash in Shasta Lake City has always been my go-to car wash. But unless some changes are made I might not be a future customer any longer 😔

I went to the first carwash on the left and put $5 into the machine and it stalled, no water or soap came out of the hose or brush just a loud rattling noise. I emailed the company about a refund and to let them know of the issue and never heard from them or got a refund!
