I do not recommend. My car was still dirty after I left. I asked the guy if everything was vacuumed and he said yes. When I got home I realized my car was not all vacuumed. Good thing the guy left his rag in my car so I finished cleaning it myself. I used to clean my car here all the time and stopped going because I noticed each time that my car was never cleaned well. I decided to go back again but nothing has changed. I agree that the price is the high for the quality of service.

This place did an amazing job washing my car. Honestly, blow dried all the crevices, washed the windows well, the jambs were cleaned and dried, and the runs were completely wiped off. Definitely coming back

I recently had a great experience at Discount car wash. I took my vehicle for a premium wash and noticed that my hood turned white after the car was given back to me. The person at the front desk was pleasant and reassured me. He asked a member of his staff to buff out the white residue that could have been soap or as he said the clear coat of my vehicle giving out. The hood got a nice buff at no extra charge! I tipped the staff member for a job well done. Definitely going back after being taken care of so well.

This has been my go to car wash for over 15 years, I don't know what is going on but the last 3 times I've taken my car there have been very disappointing, yesterday I even let the guy who was checking my car in know that the last times they didn't do a good job, but I guess he didn't care because my car didn't get vacuumed or cleaned properly, I drive a new car so it's not like it's in bad shape, I'm just gonna have to find a new place to take my vehicles from now on.

Its not big and elegant but they get the job done. They also make sure to find where your car is at and how it doing.without you asking. Very lovely people and I enjoy talking to them. They look hardworking and we'll focused on there jobs. I'm going to keep going here and I do recommend coming her. So far no problems with this place.

Please Read!!! I got the car detailed. They did a good job cleaning the inside. My dog was badly injured so there was a bit of blood on the seats. They didn’t believe me and kept asking for pictures of my dog. They said they can get the scratches off the outside for an extra price but they were still there after they were done. After I got the car back the passenger lock/unlock button AND the mirror adjustment button no longer functioned (It was working before I left the car to them) They charged me $250 for that. Which I have been told was overpriced… They managed to get the blood out so I tipped $60 (this was before I found out that they broke my car) When I called about the broken buttons they said they can’t do anything about it and won’t fix it. They’ve also damaged my sisters car.

Ok my van was disgusting I can’t deny that. I have 5 kids and hadn’t gotten a wash in a couple months so imagine that. I showed up about 5:15ish. 1- the ticket writer was on his phone and didn’t recognize I was there for about 5 min. I immediately got out and started throwing out all my trash and began to vacuum my own trunk and the other employees were talking about how bad my van was in Spanish not knowing I slightly understood them. Not one time did and employee stop me. I know this is a full service car wash. I basically cleaned my own van out. I did pay for a 25$ wash and tipped everyone who vacuumed my van 5$ separate from the guy at the end. Customer service is everything and there was no customer service here at all. I got talked about and got ugly faces at me. Don’t get me wrong I did get my own trash out as I always do at other washes and while so I always get stopped but not here. Also the cashier was rude as well no hospitality what’s so ever not a smile not a hi welcome in nothing all I got was its 25$ and do you want an air freshener. That’s it! The wash came out good but the customer service was not here. Excuse the typos and punctuation.

Is April 18th 2025 took my dully in to get it washed .. pulled out went down the road and then went to back up noticed that my parking sensors weren't working. Got out and looked at my back of my truck they backed my truck into a pole broke the tailgate and the bumper...

Got a deep clean, but left interior too waxy, carpets weren’t fully clean, when I asked for that service(there was still dog fur on the carpets), was over priced mostly because they didn’t do that well when I expected them to. Did like the after smell & basic clean up. They did do a basic job for a full deep clean!

I was very unsatisfied with the customer service here. They did a bad job with a basic carwash. It was like the car didn't even get washed with fingerprints on the doors and windows. When I asked for the manager, she just pointed him out. They treated me like I was in the wrong for wanting my car washed properly. I dropped it off at 11:20. They said 40 min it would be ready. I returned at 2:30, and it was sitting there with dust that was not washed off and water spots. The manager offered to rewash it, but I had left it there with plenty of time to have it done right, and I had to get back to work. It's not acceptable, I will not ever go back there, nor will I recommend it to anyone. Customer service should be a business's first priority. I don't think the customers are always right, but when you have good customer service, you will always have happy and satisfied customers. 💯

I like way they treat you since the moment you get here. Very professional and everyone here is just focus in doing the best they can. Excellent people under a 100 or more degrees pushing forward to get your car clean and sparkling. And the prices are very reasonable. Thank you guys!

Still smells like cigarette and it’s dirty! They took a few hours for no reason & charged $200. I should’ve clean it myself! No tienen nada para quitar el olor de cigarro! Mi carro apesta todavía!

BEWARE of this place! They do a good job at washing vehicles, however when items come up missing from a vehicle that's a huge NO-NO for me! My friend took his truck to this car wash in Maryvale, as he had done a few times before. Later he noticed that his jumper cables and an antique umbrella had been STOLEN from his vehicle. When he called to tell management about this issue, they didn't seem surprised, never apologized and pretty much blew him off, saying that they didn't find anything left at the facility. They didn't even offer to take his name and number in case the items showed up later. No matter how good a job you do, when theft happens to your customers, it puts a huge damper on your business and causes customers to no longer trust the staff members! Nothing can out weight being able to have 100% trust in a company's staff and management !! I DO NOT recommend this car wash at 51st Ave & Indian School 😑 as you may get a good car wash, but in the process have items stolen from your vehicle!!!

First & last time I ever come here.I pull up sat there while employees just looked at me. When I paid the man left didnt say a word.Finally a man directed me to pull forward. The inside was not wiped down at all. When they motion that the car was finished I looked at the tires and asked did you do the tires.Man shook his head yes. My five yr old would of done a better job.photos included.If you want to throw $15 down the toilet come here. 0/10 Worst car wash experience ever

Never coming back here again. I waited in there office/waiting room. They said it would be about an hour and a half. I was in there over three hours. I was one of the last cars in there and to find out my car had been done and it was sitting on the side for two hours, and when I try to get in my car, one of the guys stood in front of my car and said I need your receipt or he wasn’t gonna move. I went inside to talk to a manager and he offer A air freshenerThat’s A joke he didn’t say sorry he just tried to say oh I just barely pulled up your car. No, he didn’t instead of just admitting that they messed up He just tried to cover it up. I won’t be coming back here. Pathetic customer service
