Great prices, package deals, and excellent service. I was out there for a good hour detailing my car on a hot day, I didn't even stop to drink water. James was very thoughtful and kind enough to bring water bottles out to everyone that was vacuuming their car..such a lifesaver 🙌🙏 Cody was very helpful in explaining how to maximize on the package deals available. I am a big fan of unlimited car washes. The more you use them the more savings. In Florida washing your car is a lifestyle and this unlimited car wash deal is perfect for me. I really like this facility. Dirty Dog car wash has a long tunnel which means the car is cleaner, but with the unlimited wash if you don’t like the way it came out you can run it trough again. Once you wash your car the cleaning docks are well equipped. There are 2 vacuums per side, each with a different nozzle. One for general and one for tight to reach spots. At the dock you also have a hose that sprays window washer fluid, you get rags and an air blower to blow out those hard to reach places. There’s also an automatic mat vaccine. This place is really amazing. They now offer interior cleaning for a $15 up charge and it’s worth every penny. After all that here is the best part of the unlimited club. Once you pick a package you can get an additional car added for 50% off instead of getting an additional unlimited plan for your multiple cars. You can have up to 3 cars. There is also $250 in car wash perks and your first basic inter cleaning is free. You really can’t beat this deal. Plus you can use it at all 18 Dirty Dog Car Washes throughout Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. It’s a no brainer and is the best unlimited car wash membership around.

I have been going here for several months now and had really enjoyed the customer service and the quality of their services until today. Today, the staff was still very friendly, but the service was not up to its regular standards. When i arrived I was greeted by a young man who was polite and processed my car wash sale. I even upgraded from my normal selection because of his attitude. I added on a tip to the sale in addition, prior to the service. This young man did not provide a receipt at the time of the sale but I purchased a premium was and added on the interior cleaning. Total, $57.00. After driving through the wash I headed to the area for the interior cleaning. Another person came over and asked if I was getting the inside done and I replied that I was. He then said someone would be with me in a minute. We'll 10 minutes passed before someone came over to begin the inside. By this time the water on the car had already dried up due to the outside temperature. The attendant never attempted to wipe down the outside of the car. While I was waiting, I noticed that the wash was not busy at all and I was the only one waiting for the interior cleaning. There was only one person working to clean my car which took roughly 20 or 30 minutes. When he was about finished i went looking for the manager to express my concerns about the quality of service and to let him know I appreciate the friendliness of the staff. As I began to step into the office another person who was speaking on the phone, stopped me from entering the office. I told him I was looking for the manager. Without ending his call, he told me he was the manager, and continued speaking with the person on the phone. I told him I needed a receipt but he appeared to be busy with his call and I would see him later. After another 10 minutes passed he came over with the receipt and apologized for taking so long. He never asked how my experience was or how the car looked. We'll at this point I was already a bit irritated and just left and figured I would give my review on the QR code which I was given, but it wouldn't work. I checked my car and there were water spots on it from not being wiped down and there is still bird poop on the roof. This isn't the type service I have received in the past. I hope it was just a bad day for them. I know it was for me. I may give them another chance but at $57.00 one would expect a little better service.

So much GREATNESS to say about this car wash, I’ll start by saying THE GREATEST CAR WASH EVER! And that’s not because they have the strongest vacuums in two different sizes, air hoses to get into those nooks and crannies, and a never before seen mat vacuum. The employees are truly what puts this business over the top and separates them from the rest. Every time I come here the employees are extremely professional, polite, and helpful. Very rare from many business these days are the exception hospitality. I’ve met the owner on multiple occasions and to see her staff care so much is what brings me back every week. Last time I was there Gerson & Ernie took care of me and went over and beyond. Even made sure I left with two different air fresheners, one specifically for “date night” ! Chelsy was the one who treated me my second and third time and she was so helpful & informative about the great promotions they offer that I signed up for the monthly package to make sure my car is always on point. Growing up in North Lauderdale this has added great value to the neighborhood and I only hope more Dirty Dog’s pop up throughout the area! Great stuff 🙌🏽

This is by far the best car wash I have ever been to, including hand car washes, self service ect.. I do a better self service at this car wash due to the state of the equipment and supplies provided. The owners and staff are excellent and customer service is over the top amazing. I have so far 3 vehicles under a monthly plan and will always recommend neighbors, family and friends to visit. I love coming here, who can say that about a car wash!

Michelle who greeted me with warmth and happiness. The customer service is impressive and impeccable! The first time guests are caught off guard with how pleasant, inviting, and satisfying treats. The wash was good but the best part is my car actually left the drive through- dry! Then the suction in the vacuum machines are unmatched. The place is clean and they are very thorough.
