My car emblem broke in the car wash I was told that happened at the end of wash. They wanted to glue it back on then they told they would get back to me and take care of. Three phones two visits Crickets.. don't use this car wash. Things happen but they don't stand by their word.

Had a great experience at Dirty Dogs Car Wash! The staff was friendly and efficient, providing excellent customer service at the kiosk which I signed up for the ceramic coating monthly package and the tunnel worker who did a fantastic job. Quick service, great attention to detail. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a top-quality car wash in the area!

Not too happy with this wash. I went through both washes a couple of times. The dryer at the end was what I was most interested in. It made my car filthy both times and missed it the other times by only getting half the car. I wrote an email to cancel and get a refund, nothing. Can't get a real person through the customer service phone number. I left a message, they called back and I wasn't able to answer. I tried to call them back, voicemail. I'd stay away personally.

I bought the monthly plan. I have been satisfied with the wash until recently. I don’t like the residue on the windshield when the wash is done due to the rotating towel. It’s awful. I have notified them.

The drive-thru car wash was quick, easy, and convenient. The line moved fast, and the system was easy to use. My car came out looking clean and shiny, and the dryers did a great job with no leftover water spots. Perfect for when you’re on the go and need a fast wash.

Terrible experience. I paid for two $11 washes and the car still came out dirty. Light dirt on the side of the car — exactly like in the photo — stayed there after both washes. I wiped it with my finger and the grime came right off, which means the wash didn’t do anything. When I spoke to the employee, he told me I’m “supposed to buy the $20 or $30 wash.” My car wasn’t even that dirty, and a basic wash should at least remove simple surface dirt. If your equipment can’t clean something this light unless customers pay double or triple the price, that’s a problem. Completely not worth the money, bad attitude from staff, and poor results. I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Honestly these car washes are now a dime a dozen and this one happens to be closest to the house. Although I’ve been by at least 3 different times in the past couple of months and the they have been broken down. I do like that it’s quick and they supply a few helpful things like towels but I’d never wipe the paint with them. I’ve seen a lot of sand in the clean towels. I may be moving on and trying a different car wash.

This establishment does bad business. One of my vehicles was damaged using their service, they denied giving any information for their insurance, and denied assisting to rectify the issue. You can never speak directly with a representative when calling and when a call is returned the customer service is terrible. They are quick to take your payment monthly but don't stand behind their service. I will go on every platform and advise not to use their services. SIGNED: BEWARE!!!!

Nice car wash, as much as any other car wash. It does a nice job. The girl that works there is so grumpy. Did she get soap in her eyes. Every time she works she looks grumpy. She should be happy someone gave her a job. There are hundreds of car washes here in Florida. Maybe try another one where they dont have grumpy girl !!

I'll start by saying I'm not a carwash customer in general. I proudly drive a beater car with sun bleached paint. My interior carpet is at least 35% sand. I frequently have fishing gear, bait buckets, tackle boxes, etc in the rear of my hatchback. The muddy tires of my kids bikes, scooters and skateboards have left trails full of memories. I sometimes find petrified French fries beneath the rear bench and on the car seats. It's not the life for everyone, but it's the life that chose me 🤷 With that said, I am also not a fan of the amount of various carwashes that have sprung up in the area in recent years. I find the "subscription" model odd, but again, I'm not the intended target customer.I understand there is a demand for the service, but I didn't realize people were utilizing them enough to warrant the amount of them in my once slow and simple home town. The only thing is, my two sons love going through the carwash. The suds, lights and machinery are exciting enough, and we like to make up scenarios for what's happening (out spacecraft is going through a decontamination procedure, we were swallowed by some strange beast and many other fun scenarios). It is rare that I give in and go through the carwash when my backseat copilots ask though. It's hard to justify spending the money, as well as using that much water and soap. Especially when my car is a few degrees short of being mad max worthy, and it's cleanings consist mainly of the gas station squeege water and nature's carwashes (our Florida showers). This afternoon I caved and told my younger son that yes we could go through the wash today. It's probably been 6 months or longer since we've done it and I felt bad saying no for the 20th time. I pulled in and approached the touch screen kiosk, hoping to myself there was a basic wash for under 10 bucks. As I was almost in arms reach, I saw an employee approaching me. "Great" I thought to myself "this poor guy is going to have to try and upsell me on the under chassis cleaning and monthly subscription and all the bells and whistles". When he got up to the window, in the interest of saving him from having to run the spiel, I tapped the roof of the car and told him "look this cars a POS I know". His expression as he glanced over at the roof that is 4 different shades of red in a gradient, culminating in a light white patch in the middle where the sun's rays have been cooking the Honda factory "Milano Red" for almost 20 years confirmed what I told him to be true. "My kids in the back just love going through these, so I just want to do the cheapest, basic wash". After another glance into the back seat, where they were partially obscured by our fishing rods running from the back door all the way to the windshield, the guys goes "if it's for the kids I'll just let you go its on me". I thanked the guy and told the kids to do the same. As I passed I gave him a fist bump, but as you can tell by me writing all this up, I didn't feel like that was enough. I hope whoever the manager is (maybe it was this guy himself, in which case, right on keep up the good work) knows they have a solid dude working for them. So many interactions with businesses and their employees feel so impersonal and cold lately. Many people almost move through their job like automatons, but this guy did a certified bro move for no reason. Anyways we went through the wash. It sprayed and wiped the car. The lads in the back were excited. We said the soap was the digestive acids of a monster and the spinning brushes and doodads were it's internal organs trying to digest us. Long story short, it did not digest us. We survived mostly unscathed (apparently the weather stripping on my driver side door is leaking so I had a little bit of the bubbly acid on my arm). We were ejected from the foul beast and continued on our day. Maybe someday I'll have a nice(ish) vehicle. Maybe I will have an interest in preserving it's finish and not letting the Florida sun out it's patina on it. And whenever that day comes I'll think about using them again. Thanks 👊

My mom and I had E.T and another gentleman help us. Super sweet and great customer service. car wash was organized and the wash is super cool as well lol. Vacuums work amazingly they’re so strong it almost sucked the braid out of my head. definitely recommend. 💕💕

Great pricing, usually not too busy, and free towels/vacuums. The only reason I’m giving 4 star is that the camera to scan my license plate only works about 50% of the time. So I end of having to sit and wait for someone to manually enter my plate. There should be an easier/quicker way.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I have had a membership since July. At first, They took the time to really clean the front & back of my car making it worth it even though I only went once a month other than November. Then in October, this place took a serious dive. My car was never clean when I come through the car wash. I always had to use the windex and micro cloth in the vacuum area to finish. The vacuums are a joke. They are at some weird angle, which makes it nearly impossible to get all the dirt up and the suctions minimal. I tried to give it a little bit more time thinking maybe things would improve. They never did. If I could cancel online, I would have however In order to cancel your monthly you need to go and do it IN PERSON. If I’m able to upgrade my account to give them more money online, why can’t I cancel on the website? These facts we’re gonna get them a two star review. HOWEVER … This morning I checked online it said my account was active, I didn’t see where I had been charged so I I drove up there toddler in tow to see if it was still active, if so, I was gonna use the car wash and GO IN to cancel. I pulled up and was grateful the account was closed due to me having my card lock on. I told who I believe was the manager that I did not want to purchase a wash and simply wanted to go through to leave. When I drove through to leave, there were two Melbourne police officers blocking the exit dealing with what appeared to possibly be a homeless girl loitering. No biggie to me, I was quite content waiting for them to be done. After a few minutes of waiting people that had paid too conveniently use the car wash were pulling in behind me and now stuck as a result. The nice young man that had the scrub brush at the car wash waved me over. I told him I am just trying to get through to leave unless he wanted to just let me through the car wash to get me out of the way. Him seeing the build up starting said yeah just come through here. (Clearly he knows the meaning of good customer service and cares about the paid customers), the manager who let me through then came over to my driver side window and got in my face about the situation. I pointed out the jam up at the exit and explained to him what had happened. I then pointed to the big F250 behind me and again point out that there were two police holding up the exit and ppl getting through which was why the young kid was letting me go. The manager then made some slick comment advising me not try a stunt like this again as if I have not been paying Customer for SEVEN months ($250 for 11 washes). As I was starting to be pulled through I heard and saw him screaming at his employee about the situation. Again there are other paying customers behind me watching this that would’ve been stuck, waiting for me to be able to exit. All due to police officers that THEY CALLED, it’s not like there was a person I could be like hey move your car. It was cops who saw me waiting and advised me to wait. The manager was very VERY aggressive not only with me, but with his employee. He spoke to me in such an aggressive manner that my three-year-old in the backseat was afraid.. When myself and the car behind me exited to the vacuum area the cops were STILL there, another car was going through the wash with one behind it. There would have been FOUR cars piled up waiting for a total of 10 to 15 minutes had the employee not allowed me to just run through the car wash really quick. They could’ve turned the water off for all I cared. They could’ve let their paid Customer sit for 15 minutes. It was no skin off my back. I don’t know who the manager was at 9:30 this morning, but he definitely has no business being a manager. To speak to a woman with a child in the car the way he did me and then yell at his employee the way he did is disgusting. He is a horrible representative of the establishment. I will be writing to corporate.

I would not recommend this car wash. I came in for a basic wash since my vehicle was not very dirty, yet the service left visible streaks and marks all over my car. Unfortunately, the wash also caused scratches to my vehicle’s paint. Despite paying for a basic service, my car was not clean at all when it was finished. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I will be returning to El Car Wash and do not recommend this location to others.

Awesome service. Joseph always welcomes me with a smile and he’s super polite. Super friendly staff. Great location and my car always comes our spotless. The coverings for the parked cars is amazing especially here in Florida. Excellent customer service and being a member surely has its advantages. Best car wash here in Melbourne Fl.
