Last year I made an appointment to have my SUV and small camper washed and waxed. On the morning of the appointment he called and said he had a break-down and had to cancel. We could not find a time to reschedule, as I am a full-time camper here for Mayo appointments, and my time in the area is not long. This year I'm back in the area and make an appointment in the same location where I first saw him washing and waxing a car. He sent a job order to me. We kept in touch. I received a reminder text. That morning I hooked my rig and moved to agreed upon area for the wash and wax to be done. HE NEVER SHOWED UP! I emailed, texted and called. NO RETURN CONTACT WAS MADE BY HIM. Just to be clear, there was no possibility of confusion as to where we were meeting. TWO YEARS AND TWO NO-SHOWS AND NO EXPLANATION earns him a 1 star.

Amazing service! WAX melted all over the seat. They showed up at 6am and worked until it was perfect, then came back the next week to make sure their job worked. I used to drive 40 minutes to my dealership to get this done, and would constantly find issues. No more! Crisp, clean, professional.

We booked with Dirty Boys based on some google reviews. On the date of service per the confirmed appointment and reminders the person was a no show and later IM'd they were moving the appointment for 2 hours due to weather that by-the-way never happened. 2 hours later they IM'd again and cancelled citing broken equipment. We told them to issue a cancellation and we would find another service. They noted they did not want any unhappy customers and if we would give them another chance they would provide a discount and would book us 3 working days out. We did not feel comfortable about that but decided stuff happens so gave them another chance. On the date of the next appointment they did not show up, call, or IM. My wife took off twice from work for this appointment so disappointed does not even begin to describe our feelings about them. How people can expect to stay in business with such customer server is beyond us. Do not walk away from doing business with them RUN!

Great work at a fair price. The boys came out cleaned out a car so we could turn around and sell it. Did some great work internally with the leather and fixing up some of scratches from the kids. Worked pretty quickly. Overall one of the better details I've had in town.
