Editing from a previous review: This car wash isn't what it used to be. Undercarriage wash and wheel blast did not work even though I paid for the most expensive top tier. And, this wash, in general, is one of the most expensive around. It also does not presoak, and does not rinse the car in between the soap and all the other protectant/wax, so you literally only get one good pass of water followed immediately by a weak rinse. The dryers work ok, but are kind of pointless because you'll need to wipe all the left over dirt and soap residue when you're done... Avoid.

This was the first time that I used this car wash and for the most part, it was simple and did the job. And, I did get a receipt as suggested by other reviewers here (because of the discount on your next visit). However, next to the spot that lists USD 2.00 Off, Discount Code: " there's no code?! So I assume that I won't be getting a discount if I come back. That's the reason for 3 stars.

EDIT. this review WAS 4 star. But they upped the price and changed it from unlimited washes to 15 per month. Yeah. Complete 180 on value and there's definitely better options out here. Greed. Canceling membership.

We paid the $20 platinum single wash. It did a terrible job. Did not blow dry completely and there are watermarks on every window. There should be was&shine but did not see it at all. We tried to call but it was hard to reach anybody.

Stopped on 8-16-24 and got the $10 basic wash using there soft touch bay and was extremely disappointed in the quality. It missed the entire bottom and corners of my vehicle. For the quality of the wash it is really only worth $5.00 bucks.

Worst car wash in years. I went on rainy day specifically so the bird droppings would come off better. Nope. The bird droppings didn't come off and I was left with soap bubbles still too.

I only gave it one star because you have to in order to be able to comment. This place sucks! Charge all of that money and your vehicle isn’t even clean! I paid $20 and my jeep still needs cleaned. This has happened a few times over the years and today was the last straw! Wasn’t dry, windows, hood, doors and mirrors were all wet, dirt still on my jeep. By the way my husband just hand washed it on Sunday. I’ve driven it twice since and then decided to wash it again because I like it really clean.

I chose the most expensive option, but the result was extremely disappointing. My car looked like it was barely cleaned — windows were still streaky, the wheels were dirty, and the drying process was poor. For this price, I expected a much better service. I won’t be coming back.

Their scanners never worked to scan your plate. And when you go to call them, customer service doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money on this worthless place.

This place is absolutely fantastic! Gets my car super clean, it doesn't seem that there's ever really long lines there, and amazingly when I call them, an actual human being answers the phone. I actually called them tonight after their business hours, which are 10:00 p.m. they answered at 10:30!

The soft cloth wash (a PDQ Tandem RiteTouch) usually does well. Some people mentioned not getting a hot wax at this location but I don't think the machine is set up to even offer it - the higher tiers get undercarriage cleaning, a wheel clean, color polish and surface protection. And yes, it does pre-soak. My only complaint is the soap doesn't seem to be the best and doesn't give great coverage, but it does the job. I really wish the vacuums accepted cards though!

Ur better off going to Express Auto Wash on carson st, just straight down the road. Better prices for better benefits and service. Its really disappointing to keep coming here (takes gas and milage btw) and the touchless car was is always down for some reason. Just keep wasting people’s time and it’s annoying. Make a better website to notify people if something is down or stop servicing it if you can’t frequently keep it up. It gets to a point.

I’d advise against getting a monthly pass here , the touchiness wash is constantly broken. I went through one day while an employee was there . The wash stopped and left my car with soap all over it and dry cycle didn’t work. He said I could go back through ( big deal I have a monthly pass) either way he saw after the second time the same thing happened . There was no solution offered. I reached out by phone to get some help, they said the glare from the sun caused it to break. Anyway a week later it’s been down for a few more days . They should offer a refund.
