UPDATED: Went to get my car inspected earlier this year and was greeted by unprofessional staff. I provided my email and did an electronic signature stating that my photo inspection was done at this place, but never received any sort of confirmation email or report (no, its not in Spam either). My insurance company claimed that my inspection report was never sent to them, so my policy got suspended. When I called Direct Details, not only was the answering person rude, but also very unhelpful. After going back and forth, turns out whoever did the photo inspection of my car at Direct Details spelled my name wrong *and VIN number* on the report. My insurance company never caught this either. This caused a whole lot of issues and headaches for me, and coverage loss. Would not recommend. Look below to see how the company responded to my review. How very professional.

They were able to schedule me in rather quickly and worked within the hours I had available. It was done on time so I could go to work in the afternoon. My car I’m embarrassed to say had not been cleaned in over a year and was really dirty. When I got my car back it looked and smelled like a new car. I was very pleased with the cleaning inside and outside. I thought it was worth every penny I spent. They were very polite and professional and said if I was unhappy about anything I could bring it back. I would definitely recommend them.

James offered to pick up my van and have it detailed at his shop, he made sure it was very convenient for me because I didn’t have time to drop off or pick up, he brought my van back before I ended my shift at work and it was SPOTLESS, I’ve NEVER seen my carpets so nice since I purchased the vehicle! My car also has a new car scent that has a vanilla scent to it, felt like I just purchased a new vehicle!! I will most definitely be going back and telling everyone about them! I was very happy that he asked if anything was wrong to let him know that shows he cares a lot about his work and business!

Y’all I have to take a moment to PRAISE James Howard the owner and operator of Direct Details truly wish I took before pictures, but as usual I was running late this morning scrambling to clean the junk out of my car before drop off at 9a.m. So let me set the scene!! I am a Mother of two toddlers there were M&m’s, crushed crackers, old French fries, dirt & grime & things I’m not even sure I have a name for!! James brought my car back to when it was new off the lot, he was timely, personable & VERY fairly priced! I couldn’t be happier! With that being said if you see my kids riding on the roof mind your business 😂

These guys did an awesome job on my 2019 Ram. When I brought it in James new exactly what to do to be able to get all the scratches out from the automatic car washes. He gave me a great deal on a paint correction with the ceramic coating. These guys took their time and hit every inch of my vehicle and made it look brand new. When I picked up the vehicle he walked me around and showed me the tough spots that they concentrated on the most. James also gave me a quick class on how to take care of the ceramic coating so it can last a life time. Honestly the best detail shop I’ve been too and very knowledgeable!

They did an unbelievably great job when it came to removing all of my dog’s hair from the inside and sap from outside. James even managed to make some scratches on my car completely disappear! He even got stains out of my truck seats that I couldn't remove myself. This was my first time taking my Honda to Direct Detail. I had dumped a coffee all over the inside of the car and needed a good inside detail and an outside wax. James and his crew did an awesome job and it looks like showroom new!! They even brought the car back to my home as I was going to have to walk and pick it up! I was able to go to work like a normal day; he picked up my vehicle while I worked & returned it before I was done for the day! I brought my car to Direct Details to buff out a scratch on my front fender and headlight. James was wonderful to work with, very polite, accommodating and affordable! I dropped off my car after work picked it up about 30-45 minutes later and my car looked brand new! Not only was James able to quickly repair the damage, but he washed my car at no extra cost too! If you have a cosmetic need for your car I would 100% recommend going to see James at Direct Details, great quality work for a great price!

James and his team are amazing. He was able to wet sand an improperly applied ceramic coating and properly paint correct my car and reapply ceramic coating.The car's paint looks better than when it left the factory. Just look at the reflection of his sign off the top of my roof in the photos below. The service and attention to detail performed by James and his team are second to none. I've signed up for monthly membership program (exterior/interior detail) and it is worth every penny.
