Today was my first time here. At first the main person in charge seemed nice. However, when they were done with my car I noticed my blind spot mirrors were broken off and missing. I mentioned it to him and said he couldn't find it. Then he pointed to the tiny red letters where they have the disclaimer saying they are not responsible for damage. There was no apology or acknowledgement that it was their mistake and I was given the credit card bill. I asked for a discount and explained I had to purchase new mirrors because I can't see well while I'm driving without them and I was met with a fat NO. Very rude and terrible customer service. Never going back.

It was my first time there today and I was very pleased. There was a five stage menu and I chose the fourth because it was my annual car birthday. It covered just about everything.. One man, Eduardo, worked on my car for over an hour. I think the price was very reasonable for what he did, and I got to choose that. I will be sending other friends there after hearing many people say they are looking for a new place, having been dissatisfied by previous businesses

Omg! Where did you find Nick? You've got a great staff, but he really stood out! Nick is a barrel of laughs and a pocket full of sunshine! He greeted me warmly as if we were old friends and immediately made me feel not only seen but also welcome. In today's busy society it's refreshing to find a business that is focused on customer service and customer experience.
