Every time I look at my car, I am reminded of how I was swindled by these people. I would avoid them, the job they did was absolutely abysmal, and I am serious. Perhaps if you know them, they will do a good job, but I’m not going to be swayed by the positive reviews and neither should you. I was inconvenienced and brushed off when I asked them why basic things were not cleaned (a part of every detail) and they made no effort to make it right. They are checked out and resting on their laurels. Think twice.

Stopped by August 20th mid morning to get an estimate and no one was there. That’s understandable - I’ve owned a small business. After running more errands and driving down to Alpharetta, I called on my way back up 400. Spoke with Ron who was remote. I asked if someone would be there a little later this afternoon and he assured me Austin would meet me at 5:00PM. Drove 45 minutes out of the way on a different route home than normal to be there at 5:00PM. I arrived a few minutes early. Again, no one in sight. I called back and spoke with Ron at 5:10PM. He assured me Austin was en route to meet me. Crickets. Again. Austin never showed and at 5:35PM I left. No further contact was initiated on their behalf and now I’ve lost all interest in doing business with these folks.

Wow, very impressed I’ve had detailing done another locations in Brasleton and cumming and Buford before.John and Brandon treated this car like it was there own personal vehicle. They even did the interior. The customer service was awesome. And answered every question I had. What a great price. Give them a call you won’t be disappointed.
