This place did a really nice job - my car was very overdue for leather seats being cleaned and carpets shampooed. The seats look immaculate, almost like new. I had been researching car detail places for a while. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is I think they should have a second person come in and check the car once done for final touches. There were a few small marks inside missed, front and back windows had water spots on them, and inside the gas tank door was missed. They just missed that 5 star review, but the experience was A+ ok!

I am so happy I stumbled into Detail Express! This place is truly a hidden gem. The team here works hard, they do an incredible job because they have such an eye for detail. I could not be happier with my car wash! I came in for a basic wash and they did an incredible job. They got stains off my car that I tried numerous times and had no luck with. They also did a great job with the inside of my car which is amazing, considering I was in and out in about 40 minutes. Great prices and awesome service, I will be regular here for sure.

I am a first time customer and i AM more than Pleased with my car detailing done today. When i bought my car it was nowhere near this clean and perfect. This is my first time and i will definitely be back, i will be telling EVERYONE ABOUT THIS PLACE! The Woman i Spoke to was great, very professional, and very attentive, and real. And the staff were all GREAT, and they did a spectacular job! They even cleaned my cup holders with my sticky change🙂 lol. My car went from grey stained seats to squeaky clean black seats! I never imagined my car would be this clean, but it is and they brought it back to life! I am BEYOND HAPPY!

Let me just start by saying that since I have a Tesla Model 3, I am very particular with who gets in my car, let alone cleans my vehicle. It is not your typical car despite the low price compared to other luxurious, exotic cars in its bracket. With that said, I was taken aback by how experienced and detailed the workers were. I’ve had this car for a year now, and they made it look like I had just picked it up from the dealer/store. Their attention to detail is incredible! I will be returning considering their work ethic and low price for inside/outside regular cleaning of $20! You cannot beat this anywhere!

I came here yesterday (2/21/22) for the first time. I just moved down to Miami from NYC and my car was still covered in snow/salt residue and my interior mats as well. I prefer hand washing and thought I’d check them out based on their amazing reviews plus it’s close to my place. Wow, I was really impressed! The girl who did my car did such an amazing job! They provide lots of other services as well and have a waiting area inside and you could also sit outside. I called in the morning when they opened to ask about the pricing and to see if I need to make an appointment. For just a wash/dry/vacuum I was able to just drive in - so I did right away. They accept credit cards and Apple Pay as well as cash. The whole team was really nice and I felt very comfortable. This will definitely be my go-to spot for my car washes from now on. Thank you! 🙏🏽

I had an excellent experience at this car wash on January 7th and could not be more satisfied with the service provided. Despite the heavy Miami traffic, I arrived just shortly before closing time (5:00 pm). Even so, I was welcomed with exceptional kindness by the owner, who made me feel genuinely appreciated as a customer rather than rushed or inconvenienced. The washing team was outstanding. They took their time, worked with great attention to detail, and showed a level of care and dedication that is usually found only at top-tier premium car washes. There was absolutely no rush, but just professionalism, precision, and pride in their work. The car was left impeccable, both inside and out. Outstanding customer service, warm hospitality, and truly high-quality work. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.
