I wish I had some before photos of what poor Blake walked into this morning while I was still attempting to prep my husbands' truck for its Christmas present detail today. It was gnarly. We've got 3 kids and are always on the go! Clean cars isn't a thing for us anymore. Haha. Blake showed up on time/early, never flinched at the mess and got right to work. I know my husband is going to be over the moon the next time he gets in his truck. She looks like a new rig! Thanks Blake!!!:)

Side by side pictures are all before/after, all stand alone pictures are after, taken before driving the vehicle and many of them were shared with Blake before this review. I don't think Blake completed my detail to his normal standards. There are things he did well, and things Blake himself described as "unacceptable". I'll be the first to admit that my truck needed some work. The seats and headliner had years of grime and it had a layer of dust everywhere from working in the woods. Pros: -Comes to your location- no location charge and I'm outside of Spokane. -Really good upholstery work- got dirt and grime out of both the headliner and seats. -Good plastics work on large surfaces (steering wheel, stereo, climate controls) -Very polite and responsive -Very affordable Con: -Poor attention to details speficially in corners, vents, and edges. -Poor dust removal. While installing new seat covers, they ended up covered in dust from dust remaining after the detail. -Chips under front seat. -Water/dirt under floor mats -Cup holders sticky Resolution: -Shared photos with Blake, who offered his apologies for what he described as "mistakes and unacceptable" and a partial refund on service for the inconvenience. -miscaluclated partial refund and refunded less than agreed. Notified him and he refunded the rest of the agreed upon amount. -At no point did he offer to return and compete the work to his standards, nor did I ask. I accepted his resolution and for the final cost, would consider my truck having been cleaned, but not detailed. Overall, if you need your vehicle shampoed, wiped down and deep cleaned, Blake does a servicable job at a great price. I wasn't expecting a shop level show room quality detail from Blake, but I did expect to have the whole thing vacuumed, not have sticky cupholders and a little more detailed paid to corners and edges for dust removal. In his defense, I did not have child care for my young children to be able to inspect his work top to bottom while he was still here, but also don't feel inspecting between seats for chips should be required before paying.

Super friendly, great at communicating! I got text notifications once I scheduled it as well as reminders leading up to my appointment. 10/10 will use him again and definitely recommend. He got everything from White Beach sand and pet hair to paint out of the fabric on my seats. I'm pretty sure this is cleaner than when I bought it from the dealership.

I was slightly nervous going into this, black can be a dangerous color to get paint correction on. It turned out so awesome, he definitely enjoys what he does, and knows what he’s doing. The machine polish got rid of some long streaks that were down the side of the truck since I bought it 4 years ago. The coating makes touchless wash and drys highly effective to get the shine back. I also have a German shepherd, so I haven’t seen what the interior of it looks like without fur in years 😂 I will be a yearly customer for sure.

Blake with Detail Dude Spokane was awesome. He was prompt, professional, and very easy to work with. My husband gifted me the car detail for my birthday, so he scheduled everything (he said it was really simple and easy). The interior smells amazing and looks and feels like it had a proper facelift. For reference, I have a 2012 Toyota RAV4 that had not been professionally detailed for 9 years. I have a 2.5 year old and newborn, and had an 80-lb Labrador for most of that time, so the vehicle had seen some messes. Blake was able to get out some tough stains and polish up the interior very nicely. The exterior is sparkling, and I’m incredibly happy with the result! It was so nice to be able to have Blake come to detail the car at our home. No hassle at all! Thank you Blake for the awesome detail! Would recommend Detail Dude to anyone and everyone.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this detailing company! I had my husband’s car detailed as a surprise for him, and to say it needed help would be an understatement. It had been neglected for over a year and thoroughly “loved” (aka completely abused 😅) by our three kids. Crumbs, sticky spots, mystery stains — you name it, it was there! When I picked it up, I was absolutely blown away. The attention to detail was incredible. Every crack and crevice was spotless. The interior looked brand new. The carpets were immaculate, the seats were perfectly cleaned, and even the cup holders were sparkling. I honestly didn’t think it was possible to get it looking that good again! Blake was so friendly and excited to help make this surprise special, which made the whole experience even better. And the best part? My husband was completely speechless when he saw it.
