The team at Detail Doctors did a great job! My car looks, in my opinion, amazing! Far better than I had expected! I had matte PPF applied and the film is great as was the installation. When working with them, I honestly feel as though your friend is working on your car. A friend that wants the project to come out right and for you to be happy. Paul and team do some amazing work here. I had my new S4 in last year to get PPF, tint, and ceramic coating done. The tint is great, adds to the cars aggressive look and really helps with the heat. The PPF is awesome and has already saved me when I hear those small rocks kicking up when people end up swerving onto shoulders, constructions etc. But the kicker is the ceramic coating. Originally I got a 5yr Duraslic package from them and unfortunately it wasn’t what I expected. But Paul and team checked out the car and replaced the coating with Gyeon Infinite and when I tell you this car was dry and clean after driving 30m through the rain I mean it. I couldn’t believe it. After sitting and getting more rain while at work I came out to a car that still looked like it just got washed. No residue, dust, or rain spots anywhere. This team treats their customers well, uses quality product, and has the experience and knowledge to do it right. Will always send anyone who is in the market their way.

Absolutely Outstanding Work by Paul and the Detail Doctors Team! I couldn’t be more impressed with the job Paul and his crew did on my GMC Black Widow. It hadn’t been detailed in nearly 11 months, and I honestly didn’t think it could ever look new again — but these guys made it look like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Every inch of the truck gleamed, inside and out, with incredible attention to detail. Paul’s professionalism, communication, and pride in his work truly set him apart. 5 Stars – Detail Doctors: Official Wizards of Shine and Sorcery I’m convinced these guys have a secret handshake with the Car Gods, because what they do should be illegal in at least 12 states. We rolled up with our brand-new 2026 Corvette ZR1, still smelling like the factory’s hopes and dreams. Three days later, Detail Doctors handed it back looking like it was carved out of a single diamond and then politely asked the moon for shine tips. I swear when I parked it at night, the neighbors’ Ring cameras auto-adjusted their exposure because the reflection was blinding local wildlife. One deer actually walked up and asked for an autograph. Then, because we like to test limits, we dragged in two of our “vintage” Porsches. Calling them vintage is generous; these are the automotive equivalent of a raccoon that’s been living in your attic since 1978. One of them still had original tree sap from the Reagan administration. The other one’s clear coat had the structural integrity of a wet Saltine. Detail Doctors didn’t even flinch. They just muttered something in Latin, cracked their knuckles, and went full Gandalf on them. PPF? Flawless. Ceramic coating? The cars now repel water so hard it looks like they’re allergic to rain. I sneezed near one and the droplets formed a perfect sphere and rolled away screaming. Now these two geriatric shitboxes (affectionate) are the shiniest shitboxes on planet Earth. I took one to Cars and Coffee and somebody tried to propose to it. Another guy asked if it was a new Singer re-creation. I didn’t have the heart to tell him the paint under that ceramic is older than he is. Bottom line: Detail Doctors doesn’t just detail cars. They perform automotive resurrections with a side of witchcraft. If you want your car to look wetter than a dolphin in a car wash commercial, go here. 11/10, would let them fondle my clear coat again.

Great experience with Detail Doctors. They do great work at a reasonable price and you are working with people that make you feel welcome and like a friend. You can tell they have a passion for cars and customer service. Communication before, during, and after work on my car was excellent. When you go there, the storefront is behind the building which Google Maps didn't tell me about. They have plenty of space to store your vehicle inside and safe while they do their work. I previously used another garage and Detail Doctors's customer service, quality, and communication blow that other shop out of the water.

I learned about Detail Doctors Auto Protection and Detailing from the Porsche Club of Kansas City. I stopped by on November 7, 2025 to inquire about getting my 2026 Porsche 911 Targa 4 GTS ceramic coated. I was greeted by Chloe (one of the owners) and she answered all of my questions and gave me a demonstration of how the ceramic coating shed water off of a car in the shop. She then gave me a quick tour of the detailing area and introduced me to Alex (the other owner) along with Paul. Everyone was friendly, polite and professional. Alex and Chloe went over the different options for ceramic coating and I booked an appointment for 11/17. I dropped off the car the Saturday before the appointment and my car was stored inside the shop. I was told that it would take a couple of days before my car would be ready, as the product needs some time to cure. I got a text Tuesday afternoon that my car would be ready Wednesday afternoon as promised. When I arrived to pick up my car I was greeted by Alex and we headed back to see the car. When I walked through the door to the detail area I was shocked at how well the car looked. The paint looked like liquid! It was gorgeous! Alex and Paul gave me a few moments to soak it in. Paul then pulled the car outside so I could see it in the sun to get a better appreciation of the finish on the car! It was stunning! The detail was amazing. Alex explained the warranty and invited me back in a couple of weeks to wash the car and ensure everything is in order with the ceramic coating. The service from everyone at Detail Doctor was top notch! I would definitely recommend them for ceramic coating and detailing! This is the first time having a ceramic coating applied to a vehicle, but I cannot imagine how it could be possible to have a better result. Go see Alex, Chloe and Paul if you want your expectations exceeded!

I took my 2025 BMW X1 M35i in last week for ceramic coating. I chose the VIP (12+ year) plan account I intend to keep this vehicle for at least that long. The plan includes not only the exterior ceramic coat (with biannual follow-ups to confirm the coating over the duration of the coverage), but also an interior detailing. I went to pick my vehicle up Sunday morning and I have to say, even though it is only a couple months old now, the vehicle looks amazing inside and out. Alex, Paul and the crew at Detail Doctors KC knocked it out of the park. I didn't get to meet Alex, but Paul was there when I dropped off and picked up my vehicle. He couldn't have been any nicer both times; he was very thorough with an explanation of what to expect, and what to do moving forward to help guarantee my vehicle looks amazing for as long as is possible. Lest I forget, Alex put up with countless emails from me, as this is my first foray into ceramic coating. Alex and his team went well above and beyond to make certain I was comfortable with the process and plan, and made absolutely certain I was happy with the outcome! Time will certainly tell, but at this point I would highly recommend their services.
