Shawn goes over and above. He does excellent work. My Porsche boxster had pretty bad scratching and he buffed it and ceramic coated and it looks brand new. I highly recommend.

Glad to know retail sales is suspended. Reply: I couldn’t ever find anything about your store online and I’ve been coming to your location since before you had moved it. I even asked about the classes to learn more skills and was willing to pay for it and they told me it would come to me through my phone number which you guys had at the time. I never received anything through my phone number. That was at the first location. So yes I was informing people not to come here for retail sales. Trust me if I actually knew you were not going to sell items anymore i probably would of bought quite a bit of it, since every item I’ve ever gotten from chemical guys has been damaged.

Review of Detail Connection and Shawn After extensive research and multiple failed attempts to find a reliable detailer in the Punta Gorda area, I expanded my search to Fort Myers and discovered Detail Connection and their owner, Shawn. This turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made for my vehicle. From our very first interaction, Shawn demonstrated an unparalleled level of knowledge and expertise. When I visited his shop to discuss the services I was interested in - paint protection film (PPF) for the entire front of my car, a full detail with clay bar treatment, a paint correction, ceramic coating and full tint all the way around- he patiently answered all of my questions and walked me through his detailed process. His commitment to providing top-notch results was evident. Shawn and his team's work has been nothing short of exceptional. The PPF application was flawless, protecting my car's paint beautifully. The full detail left the exterior and interior spotless, and the ceramic coating has maintained that showroom-fresh look for over a year now. When I unfortunately sustained some minor damage to the PPF on my hood, Shawn quickly mobilized his dent repair specialist to remove the dent, then seamlessly replaced the film and reapplied the ceramic coating. I've been so impressed with Shawn and Detail Connection that I've recommended their services to several friends and colleagues. The feedback I've received has been universally positive - everyone has been thrilled with the quality of work and Shawn's attentive, professional service. Shawn goes over above and beyond. He is very knowledgeable and does fabulous work. I bought my brand new Jeep Rubicon in for paint correction, full body PPF & ceramic coating, and a full interior headliner install. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I got my Jeep back, it looked better than I expected, the PPF install was flawless and the paint looks perfect.
