Best Delta Sonic in the area. The Super Plus Club has everything needed, wiper fluid, air for tires, sink for carpet cleaning and towels. My problem is that you have to wait in a super long line to wash your vehicle, whereas the ones in Rochester are decked out with two washers. Amherst, Tonawanda, Wheatville, Getzville... residents all come here. Delta on Maple and Niagra doesn't have any amenities and also crowded. We need a larger facility!!!!

Barely can get a car wash without waiting an hour in the line. And, sometimes it is closed due to “weather”. Why don’t you develop an IT system that notifies customers whether the car wash is open or not. Price/performance ratio is going down very fast with the price increases.

For the last 18 years I have been purchasing coupons annually for just about every service Delta Sonic provides. My wife gets a showroom clean from me every Christmas, interior cleans, etc. I am very familiar with the upselling that comes with doing business here and I will, occasionally, do some add ons. But to have a coupon for a “full synthetic oil change” be $170 is simply a bait and switch. You should just print your the purchased coupons to say “$60 off”. If there really is a “boss” that dictates what can and can’t be done, then come and tell me directly. To keep sending different people out to give me info I did not ask for is just idiotic. That’s the most annoying aspect of this whole interaction. One of the interactions was to give me another coupon for a car wash? I laughed out loud, I honestly thought he was joking, trying to make light of the situation. I get that you’re in business to make money, and customers can always count on clean bathrooms, free self service vacuuming, etc. Delta Sonic has become another “corporate” entity that the people of Buffalo avoid in order to support the mom and pops we are so blessed to have here in WNY. They have this beautiful cathedral of an operation and today I left feeling like I just did business with a shady used car dealership on the outskirts of Reno Nevada. Looking at the receipt just this very minute I see that my signature was forged on the credit card receipt, I was never given anything to sign. - I guess that’s perfectly on brand. And it’s all on camera.

Well I cant say enough about the team there, I came in with several things to be completed and Joe Mangum, jumped right into action, I had to take a last minute trip out of town and Joe went above and beyond. I received oil change, filter change, tire alinement and rotation. Plus inspection. I was given options on what I wanted and was not pressured to buy extras as the dealers do. The guys for our change were amazing, Carlos Ortega and Logan Ellingson, answered all my questions and were so knowledgeable. I've been a long time Super Kiss customer and I will now be coming here for all my services, thank you Delta Sonic for finding such a great and honest team.

Around winter time, we get the unlimited washes to give the car some TLC during the salty season. On the particular day that I went to this car wash, Bri came to my window. She patiently answered all my questions and gave me options of course with the biggest “bang for my buck”. Great experience!

I had an amazing experience with the detail shop I got my new to me 2018 Ford Escape detailed after a heavy smoker and they made it look brand new i am very pleased with their work in my vehicle. I will be a returning customer and will be recommending this location only to my family and friends. Other delta sonic places were not very nice to me but the one in Amherst ny on Niagara blvd was very nice EXTREMELY respectful and unbelievably nice and understand. I had a dash camera and they gently took it off and notified me about it. 100/100 😌

I would give zero stars if possible, I'm a super kiss plus member and drove 40 minutes to clean the interior of my car. I understand the car wash was closed today due to the cold temperatures, but there's no reason for the super kiss club to be closed before 9:00 p.m.. I drove up at the Niagara Falls boulevard location in Amherst. Here were several people in the superkiss club for some reason The attendant told me I couldn't enter and they had to close early. Couldn't give a reason. I said what about the other people? He said look you're not getting in so I'm sorry. Horrible customer service. Poor professionalism. Do better Delta Sonic.

I have never once had a problem with my skid plate, and the other places that I typically get my oil change at. Last time I came here they had the hardest time getting my skid plate secure after the oil change they did. Sure enough it came loose and started dragging so I went back. Got another oil change and told them about it. The people dealing with me were all nice and fine I was calm, but then I hear the tech that is underneath the next bay over talking about it and gagging about how he can’t believe I came in like I did. Not a big deal, I’m a pretty calm person, but I think they should really be careful about a. the vulgar language they use and b. being audible in front of a customer who has his window open with his little kids in the car. Disappointing. At least the people up top professional or at least cordial enough.

I love delta sonic! This location seems a bit cramped and congested. The wait for the car wash was over 30 minutes today (a Monday, at 3pm). The line for the wash wraps around a pond, which is pretty to look at while you wait. I noticed the drivers entering snd exiting the oil change had a difficult time navigating around the long car wash line. As crowded as it was, the staff was as efficient as possible, and very friendly. I wish that this located had a Delta Sonic cafe/bistro instead of Dunkin. Delta Sonic cafes have much more variety and higher quality than Dunkin, IMO.

As a college student who needs to keep his car clean, Delta Sonic has a very reasonable price for unlimited washes, with other benefits like 10 cents off gas, $30 off oil change, discounted interior cleaning, 99 cent coffee… Absolute life saver. And this is my favorite location despite being farther than the one on Sheridan Drive and Niagara Falls Blvd because this one has the Super Plus Club for you to vacuum your car indoors (away from the freezing cold outside), mat wash station, air for tires, free wiper fluid, and microfiber towels to wipe your car! Also Robert, the manager here, is very friendly! Wish they had a location in NYC or Philadelphia too!
