I turned my membership off for a couple months saving to buy a home. My vehicle interior was in a desperate need of a cleaning, so I purchased the monthly interior again with an extra Vinyl cleaning. Knowing it’s been 5 months I wasn’t expecting a miracle plus I have a little one lol but I was super surprised when Jordan Flakes returned my car, it was amazing vinyl cleaning made it look brand new. Made my day, also had amazing customer service!

Someone needs to tell John (the short bearded guy who has worked there for over ten years and is always stationed at the wash entrance calling cars in) that he works at a car wash and is not saving people’s lives. The psychotic screaming and angry hand motions because customers are not pulling up fast enough for his liking are completely unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. It genuinely looked like he was about to pop a vein in his forehead while screaming at the person in front of me today. Again, you work at a car wash dude……. not air traffic control. It’s never that serious lmao.

I have been using delta sonic since I got my truck 4 years ago brand new. I had the unlimited plan and it was great as I don’t have time to hand wash my vehicle. I haven't had any issues until recently. I took my truck through the delta sonic on walden. My truck had no scratches prior to going through. After I left I noticed the paint looked weird. I took a closer look and every panel of my truck was scratched all over. I have never taken the truck anywhere but delta to be washed. I filed a claim with them and of course they deny that they caused the damage. They claim “the scratches aren’t consistent with their car wash”. To make matters worse you can’t actually talk to anyone in the claims department, and yet they can deny your claim and send you a letter. Customer service is horrible. It seems like the only way I will get this resolved is with a lawyer. I was told the only way to discuss this further is through an email address. They can deny my claim but they can’t talk to me about it over the phone. The customer service through this company is terrible. If you have the unlimited plan you should cancel it and wash your car yourself. You may have never had an issue but as soon as you do the company wont take care of you.

Jaylen M, I recently had my car's interior detailed, and I'm beyond impressed! The detailer did an amazing job on the inside, getting into every nook and cranny. They removed all the stains and odors, and the dashboard and console look like they just came out of the factory. It's such a pleasure to drive now, and I highly recommend their interior detailing services. If you want your car's interior to feel brand new again, this is the way to go! Jaylen M, did a great job overall and definitely recommend this young gentleman.

Absolutely delightful experience. Wash was excellent. The wash team ensured to get off all the bugs after an 800 mile trip and my license plate was dislodged during the wash(it was not attached properly). Steve the wash care manager called me up and made sure to let me know that the license plate was found and how to collect it. Super thankful to the team!

I just left Delta Sonic and the experience as always has been fantastic. Jordan Flakes is the name of the young man who took care of me. I knew he looked familiar and it’s because he attended to me before. Both experiences with him were wonderful. I meant to leave him a review before but hadn’t, this time I was determined. He was very respectful, kind and humble. Jordan was very attentive and made sure I was all good and my vehicle was set. After dealing with him for a second time I can tell how genuine he is and what a wonderful spirit he has. Many blessings to him and all the hard workers at this location. Today 12/17/2025 I went to delta sonic to get my car detailed and I typically not a tipper but they guy who worked on my car definitely deserved on when I thought my car was up next so i can leave the young man who cleaned my car was very detailed and meticulous about how well the car looked i was shocked and i had to transfer money over to try to tip him but he didn’t except cash app so i asked how can i show my appreciation. He said leave us a review and man i just want to say Mr. Jordan Flakes you did a superb job with your attention to detail and time to double check if there was anything you could possibly clean before retuning the car to me. And i appreciate that very much keep up that great work ethic it can and will take you far. Thank you again and thank you delta sonic.

Very nice car wash! I'm a very big fan of the blowers at the end of the tunnel, they get a lot more water off of the car than most other car washes. There is also drying bays to then fully dry off your car. Samantha helped to dry my car, amazing service and great friendly personality. The car wash price is pretty good for what you get.

I recently had an oil change at Delta Sonic and initially experienced an issue where an underbody cover was left unsecured after service. I had to return to have it fixed, which was concerning. However, I want to update my review because management reached out to me directly, sincerely apologized, and provided a $25 gift card for the inconvenience. I appreciate them taking responsibility and addressing the issue professionally. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a business responds. I’m glad they followed up and took steps to make it right.

I got and oil change at the Walden and Union Delta Sonic. Derek, Jay and Ray were quick, helpful and did an overall great job. Derek even helped me reset the code on my car, something the last people who changed my oil couldn't do. Great job and highly recommended!!
