I was there to sell a car to them and they were very receptive. The offer they gave me I felt was a little low and I asked for $300 more dollars the estimator just ripped up the contract right there after I said that and threw it in the garbage and said I'm already giving you too much.

Terrible car wash. Didn't clean anything. Soap suds left on car, dryer barely worked, and most of all car was still really dirty. No wonder they give free washes to everyone. Will use free washes to rinse the car of salt. That's about all it MIGHT do.

FINAL UPDATE: Final take, still not happy about the scratches and I still believe the scratches were caused by the car wash, although it may have been something picked up from the car in front or something we did wrong. Regardless, Dean Honda handled it very professionally and although they didn't take any responsibility (which is understandable since we have no real proof other than we were able to prove that the car did actually go through their car wash), they did try to make it right for us. Kudos for the customer service response. UPDATE 2: The results of the detailing addressed most of the scratches. Not perfect, but much better. UPDATE 1: So far, the dealer has been very responsive and polite about the issue. Heading in there today so they can take a look Scratched the @#%$ out of my Prius. Going to seek recompense from the dealer or Honda.

Touch less tunnels do an incredible job cleaning my car. If you get the $10 wash or more you get an undercarriage spray. Nice to get the winter crud out from under the cars

Your choice of brush or brushless wash. The unlimited wash program is awesome and reasonably priced and will certainly come in handy during the winter months when the roads get heavily salted. The brushless wash has an undercarriage rinse at the entrance which is also a nice feature. If you have a heavy layer of dirt/ salt you might end up needing a second wash to get all of it off

Decent cat wash, gets mostly what you need done. There are 3 different car washes. Some do better than other it seems like. When the tanks are full and water pressure is good it works good but when the tanks get low and the water pressure is low it can mess up a bit.

This car wash used to be great when it first opened. Even thought they had some tough times getting the reader to pick up my plates, the service was excellent and the manager Sean was even better. However, after going through MANY different people and attendants, the service went down hill very fast. They took one of three washed away completely and left the two. One was brushless. The attendant (older gentleman) who works there most often is terrible to deal with and the most unfriendly and unprofessional individual. Every time it will not read my plate, he yells at me as it my fault. He also never tells Sean about the one dryer never working and yells at us for that as well. I have decided to move on and spend more for a more complete and professional car wash program.

It does an okay job at cleaning the dirt off my car, but the lines can be outrageous with a wait up to 30 minutes or longer! Also, if someone pulls in behind you while you're in line, there's no way out, you're stuck!

For a touchless car wash it did a pretty good job removing bugs and dirt from the car. Cost $9 for the mid-grade which you need if you want your wheels cleaned. DRIVE IN SLOWLY, REAL SLOW so the spray can hit your wheels and sides. One thing this did really well was drying the car.

I’ve never once called and spoken to someone at Dean Honda that has any idea about literally anything to do with the car wash. Also the number above is a scam number so you have to Google just “Dean Honda” and call that number, hit 4 for car wash. Today’s call: “Hey I just stopped by and the car wash is down. Any idea when it’ll be back up and running?” “What?” “Your car wash…. It’s broke…. Do you know when it’ll be fixed?” “Oh… I didn’t know it wasn’t working” “Yea there’s cones blocking it off” “I don't know anything about that. Maybe you can call tomorrow and talk to someone” Why did you answer the car wash line? Why do you not know the car wash 20feet from the door is broken and blocked off with construction cones?

I really appreciate Dean Honda's car wash. The location is very convenient for me, the car wash always is perfect, the price is right and the afternoon guy who drives the Challenger is always friendly, helpful and seems genuinely glad to be doing his job. Always a friendly greeting and positive things to say. Definitely a worthwhile place to go. I'm due for a new car soon. Will definitely be visiting Dean Honda.
