Horrible. Paid for the $18 ultimate wash. Drove in. It sprayed soap all over my truck then stopped working. I wasnt dressed to wash my car and had to pay 3 more dollars to wash the soap off myself. Emailed them because there was no one there to talk to. No response. Thanks for nothing and the cold wet shoes. It was 33 degrees out also. *edit. I was emailed by this car wash with an apology. They also mailed me a $50 gift card with no time limit for me to use it( I still have $15 left on the card) so ultimately their customer service was great. They made it right. I've gone back 3 times since I originally wrote this.

Got a basic wash. Not expecting my car to look perfect, just get the salt off. The pressure of the rinse was so low it didn't even take the soap off of my car. Totally disappointed. I've used their Baptist location many times with good results however.

i never had an issue before this last week. i had to scan my card a second time due to time out and got charged 25 dollars for a few extra minutes. yikes. update. second time using the wash in two weeks again time ran out and utilized an extra 2 minutes of time charged me 18 dollars. last year it charged 11 or 12. seems like came under greedy ownership or practices. you lost a customer and i will be sure to let the rest of my car community know to find other washes.

This place hasn't been mc bubbles for a while now. It's called Dean these days. Now that that's out of the way this place is great. I've used all of the self service bays over the past few months and they all work wonderfully. This place is open 24/7 so if you want to wash your vehicle at 3 AM have at it! I like the entire offering of soaps and wax that they have here. I probably spend longer than most washing my car, but for the money I'm spending I have no complaints. My car looks and feels great after a nice wash from here. If you want an automatic car wash I'd still go to Mr Magic, but if you want a self service wash bay this is the only place I'd go to. All wash services accept cash or card. You'll need quarters if you want to use the vacuums.

Used it to wash the salt off of my car between snows. Easy access and the bay was easy to drive into and out of. The hose was convenient and even the foam brush worked, which is not always the case in self-serve car washes. It took me a few tries to get the wash started using a credit card. Then, I did not realize that it kept going until I stopped it. The wash continues and the card is charged until you hit the stop button on the payment machine. Just a heads up, but no big deal.

Pretty expensive, but all car washes are these days. Usually I use the self service option to save a little money and do things the way I like. But last time it was a pretty chilly, windy day and I didn't feel like getting wet so I ponied up for the automatic wash. It did a good enough job except for the wheels/tires and the fact that it didn't dry completely. I ended up putting some more quarters in to get the wheels and spent about 15 or 20 minutes doing that and drying my car completely. So I ended up a little cold and wet anyway. Next time I'll just stick to the do-it-yourself mode.

Automatic wash was a waste of money. $15 for a 60 second wash with poor coverage. Car looks the same as when I hosed it off with water only the other day. Skip this car wash.

On 09/18/23 @10am I pulled into use the Dean Auto Wash. I was completely shocked to find that there were small and large screws, bolts, broken glass, multiple razor blades all over the surface of the car wash. I can't believe and establishment like this would not clean out these car wash stalls. They're absolutely filthy and I will not be using this car wash again and I hope to God I don't have a flat tire when I go out to my car again.

Definitely my go to stop because they let you use your credit card, I had issues this time because the foaming brush wasn’t working at any of the stations except the one with the guy who was on his knees all day cleaning the wheels on his F150.

Hopped into a bay to wash my car and was extremely disappointed. Most of the chemicals were empty and sputtering. Pressure was good but water was always cold. What made the experience worse was when I got into my car the atrocious smell of the sewer gas that had entered from the drains that are unkept under the bags and could not get out of my car for a good 15 mins. Will no longer patron deans

This has to be the most useless automatic car wash anywhere. Took my car through with $11 basic wash and it's looked like it hadn't been touched. Called the phone number and to their credit someone did answer immediately and offer me the $18 wash free of charge. I took my car back through and even with the $18 wash it still looks like it hadn't been touched. This is nothing but a rip off and their automatic wash should be closed until they can get it to actually work. I am giving them a bonus star for at least answering the phone on the weekend.

I can’t speak to their car wash. I went there to vacuum out my car and the hose on the far right had very little suction. I went over one of my backseats lightly and the nozzle popped off. I tried screwing it back on, but it wouldn’t stay on for long. Wasted dollar for sure.

the past FOUR times i have used these self serve car washes (two separate dean locations) they have been out of the triple foam conditioner AND the soap brush foam. HUGE disappointment after putting $5-$10 in the machine just to find out they are out of everything! i might as well just use the hose at home if im coming here and paying just to rinse my car! bogus!

Paid $15 for a wash and dirt bird crap still on car. No soap came out in my wash. Once around spraying with water. Will not be back. Go down the street to getgo cheaper and you get a quality wash.

Had someone come up to me complaining I was cleaning my car in the dark. I wasn't sure if they worked there or not. I'm sure it wasn't a random person. Please don't let your sons scare your good customers away. I am there multiple times a week spending money. There are plenty of bright lights in each bay and in the front of each bay. I can see just fine. Also when I pulled in it was about 10pm and all 4 bays were accupied. I wasn't the only person there cleaning my car at night.

The drain smells like an actual sewer. We couldn’t even keep our car in the bay because a ton of water was coming down from the ceiling. The machine ate 3 of our quarters. We spent 3 of our 10 minutes figuring out moving the car out of the way and getting water pressure back into the hose. Also I see somebody else mentioned this A YEAR AGO. If you insist on running a business people are paying for, DO YOUR JOB AND MAINTAIN IT.

Average at best. Paid $21 for the highest level wash plus bug wash (front end had some bug residues). The car was clean but there was still a large amount of solid bug chunks all over the front of the car. This wash might be good if it’s just rinsing off surface dirt but it’s a waste of money for much else. Probably won’t be going back sadly. Had hopes after reading some of the other reviews.
