Always very friendly and helpful. Very thorough car wash, nothing to damage the car. Love that they have vacuums, towels to wipe it down and clean the glass, Tire brushes, crevice tools, and even a little air hose to blow out the crevices.

this flagstop provides exceptional service, it was clean and everyone seemed to know what they were doing. who i assume to be the manager, collin, helped me out tremendously with all my dumb questions. no questions i had went unanswered, judged, nor was i met with half-assed responses. takes a lot in a person to not look at someone stupid when they ask if you need to clean the inside of the windshield. will definitely be coming again soon!

Flagstop is my favorite car wash club. The wash is great and the vacuums are awesome. I like the provided cloths for drying and the windshield cleaner. Such a nice amenity. Staff is always friendly, welcoming and helpful. I interacted with Hayden today, who was friendly and inquired about my satisfaction with my car wash and offered me an air freshener. That made two air fresheners, as the young lady attendant also gave me one upon arrival. Every visit to the Robius Rd. location is always a pleasure. In another visit, an attendant Andrew checked on me to make sure my wash was great. Customer service makes a big difference and Flagstop is on point.

On July 27th, I took my Jetta to the car wash on Robious Road in North Chesterfield (Midlothian), and they damaged my rear bumper. The manager filed a report and promised their insurance would handle it, but I have not received any response since. This lack of accountability and communication is completely unprofessional. If this is how they treat customers when something goes wrong, I would strongly advise avoiding this place.

Nice job everytime I go. Maybe someone can answer a question for me. I typically use the Flagstop on Rt 10 in Chester near I-295. The other day I went to the one by Robious and Hugenot Rd. The brush at end of the wash never came down on my car. This doesn't happen at the Flagstop I typically go to. Why?
