When you come here, even if first thing in the morning, prepare to be here for an hour minimum. (Maybe if you don’t have 3 big dogs and a car full of hair you will be quicker?) I never plan on coming here and getting out quickly, I grab a coffee, my book and/or AirPods, and chill for a while in their seating areas. With that being said, they are very thorough and do a wonderful job. I literally bring my car in looking like a wreck and when I leave it looks like I got an FULL detail. Worth the wait. Also, TIP them, they work so hard and deserve it.

Second time here! My SUV is ALWAYS a disgusting wreck on the inside and they make it perfect! OH! And let’s not forget that I walked completely past my car because it was so shiny and clean. I didn’t recognize it.Thank you so much for your hard work and help! Pricing is a little low (especially because of how dirty my car can get with all the kids) so I be sure to tip plenty to make up! Thank you again!

Extremely disappointed. I bought a brand new $40,000 vehicle at the early start of June this year. Lithia recommended Cypress and I bought a monthly pass. I had about 4 washes in total. First 3 were great, spotless. A few days ago I went on my lunch, drove through the car wash and then went back to work. When I stepped out of my vehicle I noticed the entire right side was all scratched up. Immediately I called to inquire. I talked to 2 different people who told me they "don't use anything to scratch vehicles." I also heard another manager in the background say "when you drive off the lot its not our problem." Unless you plan to get out of your vehicle after the drive through car wash to inspect for damages, I would not recommend this business. After I explained to Lithia what happened they thankfully fixed me up and buffed out the scratches where only one is still visible at eye level. I really enjoyed the service here until I was treated this way. If you value your vehicle go to a company that values your business.

First time going here and the service is outstanding. They offer several great options as well. I just did the Super Wash, but you can get a bunch more done. I’ll be going back regularly. The employees were very nice & friendly and every one of them worked nonstop. 100% would recommend!

Out of all the car wash places in Redding, I prefer to come here. Penny is super sweet. She has amazing customer service and is super detail oriented. I don’t think I’ve had the interior of my car looked so clean since the day I bought it. Scott is customer service oriented as well. I’ll keep coming back.

This place is great. Theres long lines sometimes but everyone hustles out here. Come early so these poor people don't have to kill themselves in Redding afternoon temperatures. For $40 they wash it very well and vacuum and wipe down the interior. Totally worth it. Everyone is always cool too. So glad I found this place!!

Not even finished going through the wash and I am giving a 5 star review. I am not from here but would LOVE to have something like this in Utah. The hand detail and attention to it is GREAT! At a great price too. Only 13.99 and it was great. I can’t get this kind of detail because it’s all machine at other washes. LOVED IT HERE AND WILL BE BACK WHEN I VISIT

Do not go here!!! They will give you attitude when you ask for them to not use a broom to scrub your car and then they won’t properly wash your vehicle. Now we get to go home and wash our vehicle. Thanks for bad service and bad attitudes. We will never use this place ever again.

Do NOT listen to the bad reviews. Yeah I’m sure mistakes happen from time to time, but the workers at the car wash are some of the hardest working people. I got my car detailed and my car was disgusting when I brought it. They did such a good job. My car hasn’t looked this clean in years. They did a super detailed job. I highly recommend coming here. This is my favorite car wash in town. It’s so hot out here and they are cleaning car after car. They are all super nice and friendly.

I absolutely love this car wash! First off the men and women who are working here are part of a phenomenal recovery program and these guys are getting a fresh start! They work so hard so bless them with a good tip! They detailed my car in 110 degree weather and took 1.5 hours on it! Considering I just returned from a week of camping it was not small thing! I am grateful for their hard work and dedication!
