8:05am I pulled up to car wash man was cleaning on the outside but went inside without saying anything to me. No "Good Morning", no " we'll be right with you ma'am", no "sorry ma'am we're not open yet." The lack of professionalism is why I will not be coming back. I understand now why Quick Car Wash across the street is always packed when I go. The level of professionalism alone and being on time and ready for business at the start of the business day is why I will always spend my money there.

The WORST CAR WASH! I chose the $27 option + tax, which was supposed to be the most complete wash they have. At the end, my car looked bad as if they didn't even use the vacuum. The windows were dirty and the whole car smelled bad. Never going there again!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating but the service or items for service could be better. I purposely went early in the morning in hopes of avoiding exactly what I got… overall the cleaning was ok. This is my first time bringing my brand new car to the car wash and now I have scratches in the interior, some random scuff mark in the hood and little dust particles in key areas. When I asked one of the guys to please wipe some areas again, he did and was very accommodating to me. I’d say this is a you get what you pay for type of thing but my rule of thumb is always try to get there first so you get the dry cloths and better attention to detail. It’s a constantly moving car wash so although I’m not surprised about not having stellar quality, I’m annoyed I’m leaving with scratches & a rushed vacuum (for which I will now have to go to a gas station to vacuum myself). Didn’t take a picture of the other dusty places but after I asked they cleaned it up very nicely. This is a 3 month old 2023 Mazda Cx5 and went in unscratched. I’m soooooo upset my car is scratched, the more it settles in the more bothered I am. Edited: the 3rd place option says rainx is included but I don’t see that effect when I sprayed to clean my windshield.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for years. This was my go to. I got the first place package the inside is mediocre at best. The inside of my car was not properly cleaned at all not worth the 27$ and change. Another reason why I’ve been coming here for years is because they offer a law enforcement discount. I am a federal law enforcement officer showed my ID and the attendant asked me what was that? She also said only PD and FD can get the discount. So it is not a LEO discount it is a specific police officer and fd discount. Anyway sad to see this was really a well ran place I even used to get my oil changes here.

This place is the best. Compared to other places that detail, the Super Clean for 70 was a massive bargain. They were 100% thorough and the interior is brand new. Highly, highly recommend

HORRIBLE LAZY CLEANING! Not only do they use cheap materials which left the worse residue on my windows with white and foggy windows but they also missed a lot of spots and overall not worth the price for a full cleaning. Waste of money and won’t go back.

Full detail on a 2015 Honda....came out amazing! Great price and friendly staff. Couldn't ask for a better job. The car looks brand new with not one scratch on it. Very happy customer.

I was looking for a good car wash to get my car cleaned and a friend of mine told me that her husband always took their cars to be cleaned there. So, I visited the car wash on 07/05/25. They did a great job cleaning my 1997 Lexus ES300. My car hadn't been cleaned in a long time and it came out looking like it had just left the showroom floor! The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this car wash and will be back.

I’ll never come here again. I’ve been here a million times and they’ve done a lazy job before but this is next level. Four guys cleaned this car and inside looks like they did nothing. I showed the worker and he did a very lazy wipe over and had to get a dirty rag myself and wipe the whole car down on my own cause they just ignored me and walked away and pretended not to hear me. I paid for 2nd place and had to remind them of the tire shine and no fragrance spray, had to say that as well. None of the workers speak a lick of English outside and caught an attitude with me when they clearly saw I wasn’t happy with the job after they blatantly ignored me. I understand it’s not going to be absolutely spotless but damn it looked like they didn’t even try to clean. Don’t waste your money.

I never had a problem with this place up until recently. Their cleaning jobs have gotten so lazy over the past year to the point where I can just do a better job myself! Today I just had it and I'm not coming back here. I paid for first place which includes what the pictures I attached are. Does this look clean to you at all??? I wasted almost 30 bucks for something I could've done myself. Absolutely disappointed and dissatisfied!! If this looks clean to you then I must be nuts!!!!

Got the Exterior Wash service for $11.71 + tax and comparing price vs end result, is good value. Once it’s your turn, the car is clean through machine and done in under 10 minutes. After your car comes out, a few staffs hand wipe your car down. There were still spots left and overall car was about 90% clean but like mentioned earlier for under $12 before tax, not too bad of a deal and will consider coming back.

If I’m paying $40 for a 1st place car wash I expect my car to be cleaned. Granted there was a snowstorm and the exterior will take a few washes to be completely cleaned but there’s no reason I should be cleaning the windows and finish wiping down the interior panels myself…..

So I've been coming here for quite some time for oil changes. So to make a long story short,I was asked if I wanted to change my cabin filter.. I usually do it myself,I was like a cabin filter isn't alot ,might be 3 bucks more no problem......so I was like fine just do it. When Im done to pay. My cabin filter was $35.99 ..🙄 for a cabin filter. Folks a cabin filter in like 8 bucks on Amazon . It goes in easy through your glove box it takes no lie about 2 mins if that. This is basically TRIPLE the price for this not so important filter. Honestly thats highway Robbery. Had I know this is what they was charging for a cabin filter I would have declined and oh BTW they dont tell you how much it is ,just the usual ,show you its dirty. Transparency goes along way. Folks ask prices here!!! Down below is a picture highlighted of the price of a simply cabin filter.

⚠️ BEWARE: BAIT AND SWITCH. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY ON THE PHONE. I did my due diligence. I called this location TWICE before driving over to specifically confirm I could get the free car wash with an oil change if I brought my own supplies. Both times, their staff explicitly said "YES." I arrived this morning, and they refused to honor it. Their excuse? "The people on the phone were new and not trained correctly." That is a failure of management. It is completely unprofessional to have untrained staff giving out false promises to customers just to get them in the door. Do not waste your time here. They do not honor their word, and they do not respect your time. There are plenty of other places that won't lie to you just to get your business.

#thebestcarwash …. I’ve been going to this car wash since 2017 and it’s the best. The owner is wonderful and the management team is great. The “pit crew” is thorough when cleaning the vehicles, they always will help me out when I have a scuff too. Recently the car wash got a face lift so to speak and has all new equipment which I of course tested out lol I’ve always been a weekly regular! New perk this year, they started a new monthly membership which saves money especially when you get the first and second place packages. Definitely recommend!!!!

Disappointed. I’ve been coming for years for car wash’s, oil changes etc. I even recommended this place to friends. They upped their price from twenty something dollars to forty dollars for the first place wash. Which includes the interior cleaning. Which was a big jump! However, I was just there and they barely did any kind of interior cleaning. See attached photos. Had I known for the extra $15 bucks or so, I wouldn’t have bothered. I have to do it myself now. Time to find a new car wash. Also, it wasn’t even busy. There was one car ahead of me.
