This place will destroy your car. We have 2 cars that were fully repainted in the fall. Both have been destroyed from dirty brush’s and lack of cleaning of cars prior to them going through.

Love this place employees are very nice and quick to get you into the car wash. There’s also no line. When you go through the car wash so many fun spinning cleaning things and it makes your car smell very good with a slight hint of lemon. There is also fun crew car wash stuffed animal guys in car seats with small crew car wash hats through the car wash that are very much worth the cost.

On this particular day, I went through twice in a row, just to see if it actually cleaned the exterior of my truck. As you zoom in, you can see, it did a horrific job, and that's after I used a brush and chamois to try and help it out. I've been a member since it opened, and now is the first time I've seriously contemplated dropping this service for a better customer service experience! I don't see how they can let these cars go down the road looking like this. IT'S TERRIBLE! I might even invest in bumper stickers that state car wash provided by "Crew Car Wash", just to get someone's attention on this terrible wash. I'm wondering how much sand gets in those brushes, and then the sand grinds away at the clear coat of the truck. Time to do some serious contemplation! I wish they wiped down the interior, as well as, wiping the exterior of the truck, after it's been washed. Maybe they'll see that Wayzata wants, and needs full service ability when it's needed! I'm not afraid of paying a premium, for a premium service, but that's not what we're getting at this point! I'm scared to bring some of my other vehicles, as this wash could do some serious damage to the exterior! I truly miss Goering's full service interior, exterior, etc cleaning packages!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! I recently got a membership here this week. So far, in 3 visits, they’ve managed to: 1. Damage my door handle paint 2. Scratch my chrome door trim 3. Scratch my hood right down the middle I will be cancelling and going back to Mister Car Wash.

I decided to get a quick wash last week. Crew was just a block from my destination. This was my first experience at Crew. As I was going through the wash and when I got to the dryers, the piece of my hatch above the tail lights blew off and was run over by several cars. They filed a claim for me and took pictures on site. Originally the claim was denied. I am sure that is standard operating procedure. Then I spoke with Shelby B and wrote to their customer service a detailed recount of my experience and an estimate from an auto body shop of what it would take to fix my car. I did copy in my attorney and my auto insurance carrier. After talking to me she escalated the claim and by the next day I received a full reimbursement for the cost of the repair. I would give them 5 stars for the experience, except I feel like my hatch should not have been compromised to start with. I think they should take a look at their dryers and the power of them as from reviews I find this has happened to a few customers. The wash does a fairly good job. My only gripe is it doesn’t get the rear hatch on my suv as dry as I would like. Probably due to the shape of the hatch. I would recommend the place.

BEWARE!!!! This car wash scratches cars!!! I would never go back here!! I had a membership for a few months and realized I have scratches all over my vehicle that were not there before. And the only thing that has changed is a got a membership at this car wash. I’m so sad. I may try to file an insurance claim. But beware, do not go here!!!!!!

Had my first car wash at Crew Wayzata this weekend and it was sincerely one of the best washes of my life! My Toyota Prius typically struggles to optimally dry in car washes, but Crew’s heated system and wash timing were perfect and I left with my car more clean than other washes by far. The experience was very fast and efficient, and the employees were incredibly kind. Kaitlyn, the Manager, complimented by Siberian Husky and even gave her a treat to ensure the car wash was enjoyable for us both. I absolutely plan to return to Crew and am so happy I found them!

People say its expensive yes if you dont do a monthly membership i get the top wash for $50 a month that 3 washes at quick trip to break even so four times a month and you are ahead of the game you can literally run it through everyday on your way home from work it takes only a few minutes they have a line for automated service for the monthly members they got a special line and it's an RFID Card or chip in your in a sticker in the windshield the car washes excellent does a great job there's on-site vacuums they even give you a complimentary wipes and vacuum it's very expensive if you want to do individual lashes that's why they do the monthly memberships I wash my truck three four times a week looks perfect all the time longest I've ever had to wait is maybe 10 minutes most of the time I can drive right in the dryers do a better job than 99% of the car washes out there they have one of the best dryers in but if you like to have a clean car all the time get a monthly membership then it is not expensive they use high quality chemicals that don't leave residues and it even shines your tires

I used to have the membership and I am so thankful I got rid of it. Vacuum are hit or miss if they work. Gerrings was a much better wash and had people blow on the doors and wiped down everything for the sameprice. This is gas station car wash at minimal. Save your money and drive down to Wayzata Bay at least your vehicle won't have water residue after.

Crew Car Wash does a decent job overall, but I wasn’t fully impressed with the exterior cleaning — especially on the rear of my SUV. The dirt and grime on the back consistently don’t come off as well as they should, even after a full wash. That’s an area most SUVs really need extra attention. On the positive side, the drying process is very good, and the interior vacuuming stations are excellent and convenient. Those parts of the experience are definitely strong and make it easy to keep the inside clean. If they could improve the rear cleaning performance, this would be a much better overall wash. Right now it’s fine for quick maintenance, but not for a truly clean exterior.

The staff is incredibly kind and professional, always welcoming with a smile. They have excellent equipment to be an automatic car wash. I drive a Jeep with a completely flat rear section, and other automatic car washes usually miss that area but here, it comes out perfectly clean every time. Highly recommend!
