You guys did a great job on the interior it's so much better than it was! Just a quick word of advice make sure to really blow out the floor mats so there's little to no water in them.

Absolutely disgusted at how a situation like mine that happened was resolved. I’m appalled that Crew Carwash corporate denied my claim after clearly breaking my car with their equipment. Turned my car onto the tracks and hear a loud pop. Obviously, put it into park and hopped out. Low and behold, their tracks had ripped my fender well clean out of the tabs. Then I file an incident report with them, they review it and of course deny the claim. Shocker!! They say that since my vehicle was “previously damaged” they’re not taking responsibility for what they damaged. Where my vehicle is “damaged” has absolutely NOTHING to do with the part that THEY damaged. Tried to rebuttal their claim and they simply said, “Nope, we’re sticking to our decision of denied” What a freakin joke!! Own up to your own mistakes!! I’ve been in the automotive industry for 22 years and counting and know the ins and outs about MY car. Needless to say, after have been a member & customer since they were “Mike’s”, I refuse to go back. I will now be taking my business to Prime where they know how to treat customers & respect their vehicles.

Even with a packed line on a cold day, the Crew crew was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. One young man even gave the kid a smile by drawing a cat face on her window with the washable car chalk.

Grant and his crew in the interior cleaning service area are so nice! I have 5 little ones and my car was pretty messy to say the least. I have 4 car seats and they were nice enough to even vacuum those out for me! I will continue to support this business and thank you so much! 😊

I tried out the interior cleaning service with a 50% off coupon, but honestly, it was a letdown. Even after paying $14 for the cleaning and leaving a $2 tip, it definitely wasn’t worth more than $7-8. The cleaners were clearly rushed, probably because they had to get everything done quickly. They didn’t vacuum or clean all the corners of my car, and there was a small stain on the gearbox panel that could have been wiped off easily, but was totally ignored. I also found some dirt and dust left in the corners of my floor. The third-row mat wasn’t removed to be cleaned/washed like the other ones, and the seats in the third row were just folded down so they weren’t vacuumed either. As a loyal customer of their unlimited wash program, I’ve been happy with most of their services, but I won't be trying interior cleaning again. The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff were very polite and courteous. They were friendly, but unfortunately, the quality of service didn’t meet expectations.

Crew car wash is the worst at destroying your vehicles , had two trucks damaged because my vehicle shouldn’t been allowed to go through the automated wash because of size and crew car Wash failed to do their due diligence and their job. Now that’s why I got my whole family and friends boy cotton crew Carwash you should try prime car wash they’re way better.

The people who are in control or management over this corporation have absolutely no understanding oven, a fixed gas tank that has no pressure and no external hoses and denied me service because of it. After being a traveler in my field for over 30 years, I have gone to many car washes. Just like this one and have never had an issue until today. I wasted my time, my energy in my effort. To give this American base company my business and was denied because I have an external fuel tank that in no way could ever cause harm to their facility or any person involved. In that facility. As far as I'm concerned, this car wash is a joke and gets 0 stars for me.Yours truly the mountain man Arkansaw Dave

I have been a Crew Car Wash Unlimited Club member for at least 5 years. Crew apparently doesn’t care about that. I have cancelled my membership and here’s why. The location at 32 and Hazel Dell offers an interior wash but the hours of operation are so NOT user friendly. The interior wash opens an hour later than the exterior and closes TWO HOURS BEFORE the exterior wash! I have tried at least 3 times to have the interior cleaned only to be told “sorry it’s not open”. Not easy to remember these very limited hours. In addition, there are NO vacuums at this location. So once the interior is closed no way to clean the inside. This has not been well thought out. Prime Car Wash has one set of hours that are easy to deal with. In addition, when canceling your monthly membership they will not pro rate it. So if you sell your car, or are wintering over in another state you have to pay the whole month even if you cancel a day after it just renewed. Very unfriendly about that. They get two stars from me because the kids working there are always courteous and the place is clean. Very disappointed in this new location and not happy with the whole operation at this point.

Took my son here yesterday evening for his birthday (he loves the carwash) When we were selecting our wash he told the young man helping us that it was his birthday and that he was turning 3. That young man, whose name I unfortunately didn't get, drew a picture of a cake with 3 candles on it. My son was arguably more excited about this cake drawing than his actual birthday cake so you can imagine he was a bit disappointed when it washed off. But that young man met us at the end of the wash and gave us a plush mascot which we affectionately named Carl (we know now it's Spinner) and gave him some Mickey Mouse stickers. My son has not put Carl (Spinner) down. Thank you to that young man for making my son's birthday a little extra happy!

I will never bring my car back to Crew Carwash again. I took my three-month-old vehicle through on 9/15/25 and immediately afterward discovered four chips in my windshield and two scratches in my paint. I am absolutely certain this damage occurred during the wash — I had inspected my car beforehand, looking specifically for chips and scratches, and there were none. When I reported the issue, the employee on site admitted it could have been caused by another vehicle carrying rocks through the wash. I filed an incident report, only to receive a canned corporate response essentially telling me it wasn’t their fault, despite the fact that I am meticulous with my vehicle and know its condition. Their excuse? That chips “just happen” from rocks or bugs and are more noticeable after a wash. This is insulting and dismissive. Let me be clear: this was not everyday wear and tear. This was damage caused by their wash. Instead of taking accountability, Crew Carwash hid behind a boilerplate statement about “soft cloth technology” and “quality control.” If their equipment is truly as “precise and safe” as they claim, then how do multiple chips and scratches suddenly appear on a nearly new vehicle immediately after one wash? This experience has cost me time, money, and trust. Crew Carwash clearly does not stand behind their service or take responsibility when their customers’ cars are damaged. If you care about your vehicle, stay far away.

I have had an exterior package for about a year, no complaints. I was texted a half off coupon for an interior so I gave it a try. I'm glad it was half off because all I got was a half assed job! I wanted to take a moment to express my sincerest appreciation for one of your outstanding team members, Josh. His kindness and willingness to go above and beyond truly left a lasting impression on me. About one - two weeks ago, I came in late one evening to get my car washed. While selecting my wash, my car suddenly began smoking from under the hood. One of your team members immediately called for a manager, and Josh came outside right away to assist me. He quickly asked me to pull to the side and offered to take a look. After inspecting the issue, he explained that my radiator hose had a hole in it and was spraying fluid onto the engine, causing the steam. He had me shut off the car and offered to temporarily patch the hose so I could safely drive it until I could get it repaired. Not only did he do it but he also went the extra step of looking up the replacement part I needed on the AutoZone website and sharing the information with me. Fast Forward to a few days ago when I had purchased the part, I decided to stop back by the store to see if Josh was there. To my surprise, he remembered exactly who I was. When I asked if he might be able to help me install the part, he didn’t hesitate. Within about ten minutes, he had it swapped out, and my car was running perfectly again. He also saved me almost $100 for what the dealership told me they would do it for. This level of service is rare to find. Josh went far above what his job requires, simply out of a willingness to help someone in need. Because of this, you’ve not only earned my gratitude but also my loyalty as a customer. I will continue to come back to your store and will share my positive experience with others. You truly have an exceptional team member in Josh, and I hope he is recognized for the incredible way he represents your business.

I finally got my car all sparkling clean, both exterior, & interior. I love that they now do the interior of your car, & just know that it is a 10 minute job! Mine took less. My car is my life & I always want it looking nice. The exterior wash was great, I believe a bit pricey considering I came from the Centerville, Ohio area recently & paid a lot less for more features, and I also had unlimited car washes. They did not do the interior at that location in Ohio, although they did offer vacuums, rags/cloths, etc to utilize while there. Furthermore, when pulling up to get my interior at Crew Carwash done it was a bit of a wait, whereas the carwash line went quickly, which I expected, yet it did move quickly it stated on a sign that from that place in line it would take 20 minutes, and I believe it was just under that timeframe. I pulled in and they had me take my car keys and walk down the side lane to the end, &/or watch. I opted to watch and they did a beautiful job up until they didn’t and I had to have them repeat the front windshield. Later I noticed neither the front, or the rear window was done very well (left smear marks). If I hadn’t asked beforehand to focus on the windows, I wouldn’t have said anything. But I did ask, & the front windshield had to be redone as I noticed the same marks that were previously there that I wanted off! There’s a place to tip with either cash, or digitally at the end (which is a great thing) when your car is finished. I gave cash. Overall, I would have given them 5 stars if the interior job was done a bit better especially on the windows, otherwise, as you can see from the pictures below that I’ve added, my car looks pretty darn good!

Have been a long time customer of Crew and usually love the great pricing and always appreciate the friendly customer service. However, went to the new Noblesville location on Black Friday to get the “Black Friday” special sent to me by email to get my wife’s car washed and buy several books as Christmas gifts. However, the two bonus wash deal is now only available on a book of 4 “Ultimate” washes which are a ridiculous $96 to $118 per book, and their “basic wash” is now $48 for a book of 4 washes (with only 1 bonus wash included). Decided to check out Prime for the first time instead to see how they compared and found they offer a book of 4 basic washes for only $36, plus two free washes for their holiday deal, and an additional wash for their Black Friday special. That is 7 washes for $36 vs. only 5 for $48 at Crew. Will be taking my business to Prime from now on…

Although you pay a premium price for wash services, the customer service and care is exceptional. I want to thank Barron for communicating clearly the offered packages and more importantly drawing my daughter a magnificent butterfly. Then as we waited during our interior wash, general manager Josh unexpectedly appeared and gifted my daughter a plush toy. This is service that can’t be ignored and I recommend everyone to join Crew Carwash and come to this location.

Been there multiple times. Has been good in the past. But I've always chosen crew because the signs saying "we are responsible!" gave me the impression that they would take care of me and my vehicle. But when they did end up damaging the interior of my car the manager refused to even apologize. All I got was an email saying their process shouldn't have damaged the finish (I agree, they definitely had to have done something wrong!!) and they won't take accountability for getting it fixed. Just a BUYER BEWARE for this company and this location in particular. I don't mean to be a Karen but I even had to tell the manager "could you please say ' i'm sorry, because that would help me a lot' " and he wouldn't! I can't believe it came down to "you can't prove it was us"
