This place is always so efficient and always so clean. The employees are always smiling. And the facilities they have for after the wash are always top notch. Vacuums work great and there's always a towel and a bag and someone checking your bed of your truck. Except this last time. I forgot I left my daughter's electric scooter in the bed of my truck and this is the one time no one actually checked. She had a mini breakdown thinking that her scooter was broken. But no harm, no foul. It works like a charm still. I've been through Mike's and Crew car washes for many years and this is the only time I ever remember something not being perfect.

Nice job washing my vehicle. The one on state rd 135 causes my traction light to come on during the underbody wash. Too much pressure. It doesn't happen at the other locations nearby.

Paid for the 20 dollar ultimate ...not very satisfied with the wash.... the people were very friendly but the wash itself not very good at all .. I took before and after pics and the truck is still very dirty ... it is a white 07 gmc sierra max but rust free and new paint and has a lot of visible dirt and debris still on it ..... and the wash was maybe 2 min I feel like this type of car wash is for people who don't drive much ..get their vehicle dirty or wash it once a week so as the wash is just knocking the dust off ... anyway just one person's opinion

So I been going to this car wash since it opened in greenwood and today I went to get a car wash after all this snow and they told me I cant get it washed because its low . My car is stock its not even that low I've been getting my car washed here for a long time and now they said its low really upset me 🤬😠😠😤.. my family has membership at this car wash im canceling all their membership right now..😤😤!!

Crew car wash is always decent. I hate that they measure my truck everytime I pull in. With trucks getting bigger every year they are gonna run themselves out of business soon for not being innovative enough to accommodate pickup trucks.ill prolly do away with my monthly pass since I have to sit and wait for them to measure it every time.

Crew Carwash at 8230 US 31 refused to accept cash they said they are cashless due to the high crime rate of robbery in the area. I just checked Indianapolis records and there hasn't been a robbery at Crew. I only use cash due to having my debit card being hacked 3 times in the past 18 months. If I can't use cash I won't support a business.

Mikes/ Crew has always been my go to. I’ve done memberships since the beginning. It’s the best equipment with the least risk of damage. Unfortunately, I’m a little annoyed to say the least because the service isn’t even service anymore. They don’t spray problem areas unless you request it and sometimes just let the muddy truck in front of you go on in and contaminate everything to scratch the next 10 cars. Now they won’t even spray floor mats? Bet they come up with a mat cleaner for $5 soon. Charge for vacuums. Then have increased prices multiple times? Am I paying 5 people for a wave too? Getting pretty Greedy

Had a mint Mercedes ran through. They tore my gas filler door off. The manager on duty told me not to worry. I had it fixed and had to call them 3 times to get told they wouldn't fix it. It's a car wash, it's not like they are curing cancer. You would expect them to repair damage they inflict. There are other car washes. Update: Per the response from Crew I called to talk to a rep and was told that their position hasn't changed. They managed to waste more of my time. More corporate blah blah blah.

Enjoy this location! Harry is always smiling and it makes my day! I do wish the employees would be more gentle when checking rear wiper blades on vehicles. Y'all should know what newer cars look like and shouldn't feel the need to touch everyone's rear wiper. Sometimes they are extremely rough with that rear wiper and that's unacceptable. Crew is the only car wash that I have ever been to that seems to have issues with their equipment and rear wiper blades. My car doesn't have an issue as its brand new, but if my wiper gets damaged or misaligned because your employees are being too rough, there will be problems. Also, stop cramming cars in so close together. The dryers do an awful job of drying when the cars are bumper to bumper. I also have the Ultimate 360 wash and I always have to clean my windows afterwards because of a film or residue that is left on them after every wash. Still, Crew provides the best wash in town. Just be more gentle with people's rear wipers, please!
