I have used Creative Touch for several vehicles and have been very happy with their service every time. Two vehicles had a bad smell in them, one from some rotten food that got stuck under a seat. They got the smell out completely on both vehicles. Another time there was a small spot that didn't get buffed out properly, which you could only see when the light hit it just right. I took it back and Don touched it up on the spot. These guys do excellent work. Their staff is friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend.

The biggest thank you to Taylor at creative touch. My car has endured a kid a dog and a lazy adult. I had a scratch on my car due to no fault of mine it was deep but Taylor did his best to get it out and it was so full of dog hair and just dust it was a mess they cleaned my baby and made her look brand new. He detailed inside and out and I couldn’t be happier for how shiny she is. Thank you again Taylor. If you guys need your cars detailed this is the best place to go!

Rachel and her team were extremely courteous, from scheduling to checking out. The customer service is 5 stars alone! But then you see the magic they perform on your interiors and that is a higher rating, if possible. I thought the interior seats were gray because of how much wear they had. Rachel's team brought the black interiors back to life! And the dash was so clean and shiny, something we never thought we could achieve again. I just highly recommend this place. They are top notch and treat you and your vehicle like gold.

Just met Don. & Rachel both very congenial people. They were very interested in meeting our needs as well to be sure it is correct. Looking forward to seeing the results on our newer purchase. Adding to previous comments. Our car was returned in like new condition. They exceeded every expectation we had. Will use them over & over. Their service over and above. Ed Gray 6/8/22. Called Don to see if he could clean up the engine bay and asked about a wax job also. He said sure bring it in. As per the first two dealings with him and his wife the third encounter was just as good as it was the first time. Our Magnum sparkled like it was new. Absolutely no disappointments. Thanks for doing such an amazing job on my car! The paint and interior were in good condition before the detail, but there were swirls in the paint from automatic car washes, the chrome trim was stained from acidic soaps and the leather seats were dry. After a three-step paint correction, buffing out the trim and applying Jade graphene coating on everything (including the wheels and brake calipers), the exterior turned out perfectly! The interior was completely detailed including leather conditioning on the seats and it also looks amazing. My 18-year-old car looks new again! After a few disappointing experiences, it’s nice to find a local detail shop I can trust. Don and Rachel are knowledgeable, down to earth people that know their business and are experts at what they do. I chose them not only for their reviews, but also because of the professional grade products they use in the shop.

Just bought a used VW Atlas and took my car in to be detailed inside and out. Had a lot of scratches that needed to come out, also had stains in the car that were taken out. Absolutely love the way my car turned out inside and out. The people working there were really nice and easy to talk to and took care of all the concerns I had with the car. Would 10/10 recommend this company to anyone needing a good detail. Will definitely be bringing back my car in the future. Thanks for the great work guys!

Cannot recommend Creative Touch highly enough! We've trusted Don and his team with a variety of vehicles (Tundra, Lexus, BMW and 4Runner) and we would never think of going anywhere else. Creative Touch is without peer and their work product is equal parts art, magic and hard work. No matter how much kid mess, pet hair or locker room grime, our vehicles come back in showroom condition. Best detailer in the area and its not close.

We just had my wife's truck exterior detailed, I am super impressed. Our truck is dark brown and had some real obvious scuffs and scratches, and they were able to buff and detail it back to essentially new! The attention to detail is impressive. Wonderful people that do great work, I swear my car looks near brand new again. I haven't seen it in daylight yet, but my car looks 10x cleaner and shinier on the inside. In the daylight I'm sure the exterior of my car will be just as shiny. Pricing wasn't bad in my opinion, maybe a tad higher then I was expecting but he put a lot of work and hours into my car so I can't complain. I would recommend them to my own family and friends, and I think anyone would be pleased with the work they do.

Absolutely wonderful! I brought my 2022 Tesla in because the paint was fading and it was heavily scratched in many areas. Don suggested paint repair and ceramic coating and when I went to pick it up the car looked amazing. It looked better than the day we bought it. Rachel And Don were fabulous to work with. I cannot recommend them enough definitely will go back!

Look no further. I researched Spokane detailing and I called everywhere with solid Google reviews. The comments in other reviews here are spot on. Don and his shop are true professionals. After pinstriping my black Volvo offroading on overgrown fire roads at the Canadian boarder, I knew buffing out a black finish would be tough. Some shops flat out refused to (or couldn't) do it. Don went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier. Time to go do it again!

Don and the team are first class. Making an appointment is hassle free and drop off is easy. When I went to pick up my wife's 2017 Chevy Tahoe I was about to drive away, but Don noticed a few smudges on the inside windshield that were missed, jumped in and wiped it down again (I couldn't see them). He then insisted on wiping down the hood and outside windshield to get the pollen off that had settled as we were picking it up. Don runs an efficient shop, with great customer service and my wife can't believe how nice her vehicle looks. She said best detail we've had. I've already scheduled my truck to get "creatively touched" next week.

Embarrassing to admit, but I hadn't cleaned the inside of my car for 2 years. I also have a small child, so it was a disaster! Food and beverage spills, mud, sand, dust, and hair. I took my car to these guys, and now it seriously looks brand new! Like, how?! Very impressive work, can't wait until I can come back for an exterior detail!!!
