The only 100% TOUCH free carwash around! Has multiple stalls for hand washing yourself, and two automatic washes ranging from around $9 to $12. A little on the high side for pricing, but does a GREAT job washing....the driers suck and drip, so just bring your own towels. The place can be VERY busy on a sunny day, we waited over 20 minutes with 3 people in front of us, 4 behind us. Both lanes full. Accepts Credit / Debit for automatic machines, cash / coins for hand washing.

My experience has been good till yesterday. My car was dirty and dull and that was after the $12 Supreme wash. I drive a very nice Denali and have loved how it looks after getting washed so I'm hoping management fixes the problem with the system.

Today I stopped in to pressure wash my truck and some parts that had garage dirt and dust. I asked the attendant if he had a hose that I could mix my simple-green to wipe the parts first before high pressure hosing. His response was, we are here to make money use the wand that trickles out water. I explained that I'm spending $7 to clean off my truck and parts and asked a simple question. I did not like being lectured and talked down to in a condescending tone. He told If I didn't like it to leave. Now, I have lived in Liberty Lake for 18 years and gone to this car wash regularly, never have I been spoken to in this manner. Apparently, this attendant does not like his job. Secondly, last week I went through the drive through automated car wash, $10 and it was the worst, streaks running down my side of my truck, I had to go home and wipe it down with a towel it looked so bad. Beware, this car wash has a clean outward appearance but the owners are only there for your money, they do not care much about you as a consumer.

Unfortunately, I will never know if this place could have properly washed my car. I haven't been sure if I wanted to post this review or not since my experience there, but after a lot of contemplation, I strongly feel I was intentionally turned away and I feel the need to detail my experience to warn others of this business. I brought my (older) Honda to this car wash on a lunch break (I had at least an hour as I work right up the street from the car wash). I pulled around and was literally pulling my debit card out to pay for the wash I wanted, when a woman came SPRINTING out of the building, telling me to stop because "my car was too dirty to be washed here", that I needed to go somewhere else. I looked at the state of the other cars being washed and serviced, and honestly, my car was as dirty if not cleaner than they were. What did I notice though? My car was the oldest one there it seemed, the least "aesthetically pleasing". Now, I am not saying I was turned away because my car was older and less appealing than the newer and higher end cars using the wash, but I did find it odd that the woman was so incredibly hell bent on getting me out of there. She would not explain further reasoning, just insisted I leave because the job wouldn't be done right. I feel I was discriminated against to some degree, which is a shame because as I stated previously, I work so darn close by, I would use this place every time if only they would let me. Wont be returning, and I strongly encourage you do not either...it was highly embarrassing and really discouraging.

I went to the car wash today to wash my truck. The owner told me to sweep out the hand full of pine needles in the bed before using his car wash. I had already used my card to start the pump. I asked him for a refund. He had a bucket of quarters. He cheaply counted out $2. My credit card was charged $10 and I never even used the car wash. I can’t believe he wants customers to pre clean cars. He lost my business. I’ll go somewhere else.

Self wash is great. Bays are clean and nothing worn out. The touchless car wash however, does not do a good job getting the dirt off. Still had dirt front and back of the car.

Not a bad self service car wash. My only complaint is they let people bring buckets and soap to wipe their cars down while lines are wanting to get in the self service. The timer isn't even running and the guy was doing a full on car wash to his black mustang with his own equipment. That's a way to make people avoid your carwash. Let bad customers do what they want. That timer isn't running and your losing money

Vacuums are $1 for for minutes by card or with quarters. I used my card - swiped once and timer went for 4 minutes. Went to the other side of my vehicle for use of the other vacuum, swiped again - should be a total of $2. My card shows a charge pending for $10? Also, the second vaccuum hose is broken- the connector tip is separated from the hose and I had to hold it using both hands to use the vacuum hose as it’s supposed to be.

Paid for a supreme wash and my car did not look clean at all. I use this car wash regularly and usually my car looks great so maybe there is something wrong with the machine? Waste of $12

Finally a car wash that does the job. I use the touch less wash and it's great. Great price too. (I also love that I don't have to talk to an attendant trying to sell me a package).

A little tight for our small class c motorhome and tow vehicle, but it was totally doable. Very tall bays. Not a terrible price. Clean. We'd use it again.

I was looking for a carwash to get the bugs off the front of my car after an 800 mile drive from Utah today. Boy did I find a gem! You guys don't know how good you have it, the amount of soap that comes out of the high pressure soap is incredible! Then I turned the knob to the bubble brush.... Life changing! The thick dense foam that came gushing out of that thick soft hog hair brush made me not want to stop scrubbing! That clear coat came on thick as well! I think it took me twice the time to rinse the car to get all the soap off than the best carwash I can find in Utah! Great place guys!! 💯

I used the self service wash bay (NOT the automated one) and was told by the screen that it would cost $2. After it charged me $2.10 and continued rising, I turned it off, confirmed that it ended my wash and it even prompted for the next form of payment… I get home 15 minutes later and my card was charged $10. From the other reviews, it seems like this a recurring issue that the owner knows about but doesn’t seem to be bothered by it. Definitely will not be coming back again. Extremely disappointed.

Don't try going on a weekend!! Lol I went mainly to get that deep winter gunk off my rims. I used the brush 1st and then a high pressure rinse! It did a great job! Tried going over the weekend and it was a no-go! Cars were lined up but on this Monday everything was fine. I recommend Country Vista Car Wash for all your car cleaning needs, including vacuuming!

This car wash gets 4 stars because of Jeff. He retrieved my hubcap I lost while going too close to rail in carwash. Then he also offered a few really helpful tips to get my car looking cleaner and better. It’s an old Prius and Im going to try adding textured PPF over flat scratched areas. As for this carwash, the super wash touchless did a good job. My wish was a sign to say where to line up car. The newer car washers have you put the left tire inside rail as to in between for this place, hence I scratched and lost 2 wk old hubcap. Vacuums are old and wish there was a narrow, straight shaped nozzle. I do like the handy air compressor hoses & floor matt washer at the newer car wash places. I came here because it has a good reputation. Overall Im pleased with what I paid for and like supporting local small businesses.

Was charged twice on card! Touchless car wash charged me twice and didn’t even get my car clean. The next door touchless car wash at the gas station works MUCH better for the same prices. And won’t charge you twice. Pissed that I still have bugs all over my car.

All the little things add up to a superior service. This is my go to place when I'm up here at Library Lake visiting family. I paid $10.00 for over sixteen minutes, I had so much time I could use a lot of the spray settings. At home in So Cal I get seven minutes for $10.00 and I have to move fast. Vacuuming is only $1.00 amazing value for both. The little things like trash containers being monitored, a custom bucket container for the soap brush, the variety of reasonably priced cleaning supplies to purchase. Friendly attendant on site.

I received above and beyond amazing customer service. I went through the automatic car wash and got home to realize my car was still filthy. I called and they said to come in back down. The gentlemen Bob explained that it is the chemical build up from the roads and the machines chemicals don’t always cut through it. He preceded to pre wash my car for me and had me go back through the automatic car wash as well. My car is squeaky clean now and I will for sure be coming back.
