I have a black 2020 Camry XLE that I LOVE and needed to get some scratches buffed out as well as some paint some lovely person left behind when they opened their door into me...ugh! Black cars show everything! These folks buffed and waxed my car, got the paint off of my door and made my car shine like I never thought it could! It looks AMAZING!! They also replaced my windshield and did a great job on that too! I love Nancy and her employees...very professional, super nice and they do a fantastic job!

This place did an amazing job. Insurance was trying to cancel the replacement of our Focus' trunk and total it. Corlett got it sorted out for us, which usually doesn't happen as it's usually a pain to deal with on our end. Very well done job, and I appreciate the work.

Overall, the quality of the work, the professionalism and the amount of rework I've needed after using Corlett Collision Repair is in my opinion, not even worth a single star. Insurance company quoted me 13 days for repair, all in, this repair took 72 days. Some of which is expected, insurance companies are rather optimistic after all. What I don't think was far was how often I had to follow up only to be told nothing different happened since the previous week. This happened week in and week out. "It's waiting for the paint shop". The quality of the work was disastrous. I had multiple items that required rework, notably was the windshield. I had received it clearly damaged and cracked from Corlett. I had a professional take one look and immediately notice how badly installed it was. On top of that, I found multiple single use trim pieces reused, there was excessive wind noise in my car after I got it back from them. There were trim pieces not even fully installed when I got the car back! I was given every single excuse under the sun from Corlett, and while I won't go into the specific details of every single excuse, I'm pretty upset about how they took advantage in any way they could. If anyone asked me now about Corlett, I would tell them to run away as fast as they can. Have your car in for work? Get it out as soon as you can!

I got rear ended a few weeks ago and found Corlett Auto Restoration online. I'm so glad I did. Nancy stopped what she was doing and came out and gave me a written estimate on the spot. Then she called me a week later to tell me she worked it out with the insurance company and just wanted me to know. I have very few great experiences in dealing with things like this but this was definitely an experience that I will remember!

There are lots of body shops in town, but then there is Corlett's. Locally and independently owned, they fight to get your car repaired the right way. Corlett's has fixed all of my cars throughout the years. When I need amazing details, they also take care of those needs. From foggy lights and detailed cars to needing a wrecker tow... Tell your insurance company to send your vehicle to Corletts bc they are truly the BEST in Huntsville!!!! I am so glad I know about Corletts!

I took my car here to get repaired after someone hit me and they wanted to make repairs under the table without insurance so they just paid for repairs. I felt bad for them so wanted the best possible price. I should have went to Joe Hudson not Corlette as quality of work is inexcusable. They don’t give you any updates and did piss poor work. A piece of cowl from my windshield was missing and they tried to say it wasn’t there when I bought it in which was bs. After arguing with them they agreed to replace it no charge. The bumper was repaired but they stuck the damaged trim piece back on instead of replacing that part which makes absolutely no sense. I just took the car and went someplace else and I was told the bumper wasn’t even aligned correctly when it was reinstalled. Never again zero stars. I used Harvest Body repair in Madison once and Joe Hudson auto repair and got amazing amazing work done.

I haven’t had great experiences in the past with collisions repair shop, but Nancy and the rest of them team there really exceeded my expectations in every way. They finished my car in less than half the time they quoted. The price for the repairs weren’t marked up, and we far more competitive than 2 other shops I got estimates from. The quality of the work speaks for itself. My 2014 car looks like it’s brand new again. I’m grateful and will be sending everyone I know there for their auto body needs.

Had my 2014 Ford Explorer repaired after being rear ended. When I received my vehicle back the replacement parts did not align at all, lift gate popped loudly when opening, vibration when driving, back up sensors worked sporadically, and back up camera kept giving error to contact dealership. Even with the damage before having repaired, the backup camera and sensors worked and lift gate did not make noises and functioned properly. After contacting Nancy about the work being less then acceptable, I was confronted with utter disrespect and a complete lack of professionalism. I was yelled at numerous times and told they pride themselves on their work. I gave the opportunity for Corlett to take my vehicle for an alignment because Nancy thought this would be a solution to my vehicle pulling after having work done to the frame. I knew an alignment was not the issue when my steering wheel and tires were still straight. I was given my vehicle back the same day to be told there was no alignment needed and was asked to pay for it. Nancy did say her company does not do bad work, but then in the same sentence said I needed to bring back my vehicle for repairs. I was given a multitude of reasons for her unprofessionalism, which I will not disclose, but it still did not deserve a customer being treated this way. I contacted my insurance company for advice on how to handle this situation and was told I needed to handle it in small claims court. Also was asked to get the estimates gathered, the pay outs for repairs, and the frame measurements from before the frame pull and after. She also raised her voice stating she did not have those measurements. How does a repair shop not have this information on a repair? Still an ongoing issue. Now I'm stuck with damage still to my previously nice vehicle while I wait for proceedings to take place. If Nancy would not have treated her customer the way she did I would have gladly let Corlett repair the damage. The damage seemed minimal but received another estimate from another shop to repair the damage Corlett caused and going to cost another $2K just in a visual inspection.

They updated us during the repair process when some of the parts were delayed due to supplier issues, which was much appreciated. This shop is straight-forward, honest & their pricing is very fair for the quality of work they perform.
