8AM opening time, but wasn't open and had to wait for 7 minutes. The automated machine is fairly old. Vacuuming is insufficient, interior wipe-down after the wash by the horde of "dry off" guys is low-grade. Wouldn't clean cup-holders even with an extra charge. Ask them to REALLY clean something (add $), and they look at you like you have two heads. Website prices are not up to date.

I am so impressed at how amazing my car looks after getting a detail and wash from here today. I should’ve taken pictures, but I’ve gotten many compliments on how shiny and nice my car looks! The price was more than reasonable, $38 👍🏼. The wait was kinda long but it was really nice out today and the place was packed, The wait didn’t bother me honestly. Oh I also want to add that I’ve paid at other places $100-$200 for a detail and wasn’t really impressed. I will definitely be back and recommend to others as well. Thank you!

This place did a fantastic job with the interior/detailing of my car!!! My car is so clean and smells so good inside!!! I would definitely give the service more than 5 stars if I could! When I walked into the center today, Jeff greeted me at the front desk. He was friendly and very professional! I paid for my service and he gave me a couple of good smelling air fresheners for the car and a dash wipe, which was nice! He and another gentleman, helped me with the services I wanted done for my car and Jeff informed me if there are any problems to notify him right away and he will fix it. But there was literally no problem! I will definitely come back again and refer this place to others!

Excellent work! The mini-detail was worth every penny. I was told the work would take ~30 min., but took over 1.5 hours. I didn't have immediate plans, so the wait wasn't a big deal considering how well the car was cleaned. If I were from the area, I'd definitely go back and I'll certainly recommend to friends/family in the area. Clerks inside were very personable. They greeted several regulars by name (assume those customer were wash club members).

Always my favorite place to go to gauratee the best service. Your car always leaves looking like its actually been washed and dried properly. I even went the extra mile and restored my headlights. Best money that I've spent here. The customer service is impeccable all the way around the board. Even the owner gets out their and works with the workers to ensure that you leave out as a satisfied customer. Great job always! Keep up the good work!

These guys at Complete Autowash Philly are upon the best. This is the best place I have ever taken my vehicle to be detailed. They are very meticulous about their detail. The management team is so compassionate, as well as the detail team. I have taken 2 of my vehicles here, and I plan on taking more. I would highly recommend you come here for a detail. Left with car still dirty, didn't clean inside back window at all. They did not vacuum the back of the car: the rear seat or floor. Half ass. The staff is very polite & nice, wish I could go back but I spent 19.00 on a car wash & $3.00 on a tip & I left with a car that still needed cleaning. I'm bummed, I liked the staff a lot but of course I'm not returning.

They are washing the vehicles well; it's good that the owner supervises and helps the employees to ensure good quality control. The only issue is that they don't spray pressurized water under the fenders to remove dirt, and the running boards also remain dirty. The subscriptions don't include carpet cleaning. If you take your vehicle to be washed every day, you have to pay $6 daily, which would be about $160 a month plus the membership fee. It would be good if they included carpet cleaning in the subscriptions.

I’ve had a subscription with them since summer 2025. Recently my work schedule has gotten in the way of me taking my car as much as I would like. The other day I got off work early and made it to the carwash at 4:53 on a day they were supposed to close at 5. When I arrived the gates were closed. I got out my car and went inside and asked mngmt politely why they were closed and if they could let me in since it wasn’t 5pm yet. I was informed for the first time that they take their last vehicle at 10 minutes before closing. It would be nice if they disclosed this on their website or when you sign up… I’ve been going for months and that was my first time hearing that. I ask for a refund since I am being denied service that I already paid for, to which I was told they could only cancel my membership and I could continue to use it until the 28th. I didn’t want to argue so I agreed. Now today on a perfectly good day weather wise, I drive 35 minutes to the carwash and they’re closed! This was approximately 3:45pm and Google states they’re open. This is the 2nd time this month I drive to the carwash because they are listed as open, only for them to be closed! This is ridiculous and feels like a rip off. I have no complaints about how they wash cars but the fact they don’t remain open when they’re supposed to really outweighs the good job they do.
