No ture scrub, no presoak, no high pressure soap, no soap out of brush. All it is is a overpriced pressure washer.i left with 4 min on the timer ......i have lived in Denton for a year and a half and still can't find a self service car wash that's not a rip off

for just a few dollars i washed my whole truck by hand and vacuumed. Best 2 have to people if washing by hand. Otherwise your trying to hurry against the timer so you save money lol. I always miss a few spots because of that lol

I always go at night time and love the place but lately there is homeless people hanging around and taking up the only stall that has light to vacuum your car. Beside not being able to vacuum my car I love it.

Amazing way to waste some money on broken equipment. Also, the card reader will charge you full price (1.50 for 4 mins) for time extensions without disclosing it to you while also only giving you 30 seconds. Shady business practices and worse washing. Avoid!

This $9 dollar soft touch car wash did a very good job at knocking the dirt off my truck. It also took the bird droppings off my truck too. So I love this place and it is a nice looking car wash building.

Among the various self-serve car washes in the Denton area, this is absolutely the best. Well maintained, everything works every time i come to wash my car (which tends to be weekly) and the owner is constantly on site keeping things maintained. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a clean, functioning wash.

WORST CAR WASH OF ALL TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Drove home for lunch and decided to wash my car at the Community Car Wash automatic car wash machine across the street from my apartments, purchasing the Ultimate Wash (Top-tier wash). During the car wash, the pole holding the left brush on the machine kept hard hitting my left side driver mirror, I immediately wanted to just stop it and drive out, but didn't due to fear of it doing greater damage to my car, so I just waited patiently for it to finish. After the wash was completed, I drove across the street to my apartment to see if it had permanently damaged my mirror. Turns out the mirror was not permanently damaged, but unfortunately my paint, particularly the left side and trunk, was severely scratched and damaged, and it almost ripped my front bumper off!!! I have used automatic car washes before, and NEVER, I REPEAT NEVER!, has this happened. I am absolutely furious right now that I just paid to have my car damaged and paint destroyed!!! DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! THIS IS INCREDIBLY UNBELIEVABLE THAT I JUST PAID TO HAVE MY CAR DAMAGED!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE THIS CAR WASH!!!!!

The vacuums work great. But when I went through the drive in car wash it took both of the buttons off my driver and passenger door handles. Not sure who to contact about this, but it damaged my care :/

Great car wash. I've never had a problem with the equipment there. I used to live right across the street, and besides having a great DIY car wash with plenty of bays to accommodate customers, they also have a drive through wash. I have to admit, I have used this covered wash several times to avoid having hail damage my truck in some Spring thunderstorms too!

The car washing part is okay...does an okay decent job. The vacuums up at the front, no good. Use the vacuum/shampoo setup at the back. I used the vacuum, and it is fantastic. Haven't tried the shampoo system, but will and update my review.

I love going here to clean my car inside and out. It's always clean, the owners are considerate and helpful, and the equipment works well. Even as a single woman, I always feel safe going here and using their utilities. On my last visit, I found the spot cleaners and shampoo machines in back, which worked good for my needs (I own 2 large dogs who often get mud and sand in my car). Overall, I've been washing my car here for about 4 years and I will continue to do so.

Just be careful and have change. Quarters for vacuums and quarters to $5 note for the wash. It’s pretty good i just wish the timer wasn’t so fast. It is affordable for sure

Worse car wash I’ve been too! No soap coming out of the brush so by the time I brushed it off it was dried dirt everywhere. Waste of time and money

Everything works and no out of service equipment when I was there. Glad to still have DIY carwashes available but the water stinks at this one.
