Wow!!!! This business, this couple, they are fantastic. Professional, polite, friendly, and they come to you, can't get more convenient than that. Asked what my concerns were so they could address them, explained exactly what they were going to do, and how long it might take. My car is 15 years old, survived kids, grown and small, pets, big and small, and it looks showroom clean now. When they were done they had me check everything out, to make sure I was happy with the job. I am beyond impressed with their service. Don't hesitate to book them for your next vehicle detail job. They're a small business, they are professional and they are hard working. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed 😃🥳.

I definitely recommend getting your car detailed with Columbia Mobile detailing. My car was a wreck before the detail, dirty floor mats, dirty seats and doors. This car is pretty old so I wasn’t expecting the nicest detail but after they detailed it the car looked brand new!! i couldn’t be happier, and it smells amazing, I love it!!

This is the second time they’ve come out to detail for us and we had them do both our cars this time! Our Tesla is our daily driver with kids and occasionally our golden retriever (he rides on a cover in the trunk, but golden hairs go EVERYWHERE no matter what we do) and our RAV4 is an oldie but a goodie that we honestly hadn’t detailed in a couple years. I waited until this second time to post my review so I’d feel good knowing it wasn’t a first time customer fluke and it definitely wasn’t. They treated both cars with the same level of care and they look brand spanking new on the inside and smell so good!! The owners are so nice and always tell us if we need them to come back, they will. And honestly, first time around was during winter when it was overcast, so I did call them back the next day when I realized in brighter conditions, a few spots weren’t as clean as I’d hoped. And they totally came back, no attitude, no problems, and just fixed it! Love the results, but love the customer service even more. Also can’t beat the convenience of not having to take a car in somewhere!

I had my full-size truck detailed by Columbia Mobile Detailing, and I was absolutely blown away by the results. My truck looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor, and that's saying something since two toddlers have spent the last 3.5 years making it a mess. Juan and Lilly are incredibly friendly and professional, they also took the time to go over everything they did before leaving to make sure I was happy with the finished results. Our vehicle looks amazing now! They cleaned everything inside, even the car seats were taken care of. We have kids, pets etc, and it was overdue for a deep cleaning. I strongly recommend Columbia Mobile Detailing. I loved the very easy-to-use online scheduling option. They arrived on time (7 am), and we had a brief chat about what areas of my car needed extra attention. After several cross-country trips and driving back and forth across the state, my car needed a lot of bug removal and attention. I requested the Top Notch service for my Terrain. After a few hours, my car looks, smells, and feels brand new! I could not be more pleased with the quality of service provided. Juan was the person I spoke with during my appointment, and he was very professional. When finished, he walked me around the car to explain everything they’d done for my vehicle. Payment was very simple (cash, credit/debit, or check), and the whole experience was pain-free. I will be recommending Columbia Mobile Detailing to all of my friends!
