It's a laundromat! Make sure you can ping your quarters into the washing machine forcefully, or it will not accept them. Lots of food options nearby, but this location is busy busy busy!

Had my stuff “stolen” twice and then after I threatened to get the cops involved my stuff mysteriously was back at the laundromat?? Should’ve learned the first time.. employees never have their masks on and aren’t friendly at all.

Great location, offers electronic payments, clean and staff on site. Bathrooms are clean, releatively newer machines and plenty of folding stations, carts and vending options as well. Zero complaints!

My things were stolen there today. In retrospect I should have waited but the lady told me this happens all the time and especially the day I visited. If that was the case, there should have been a sign or some sort of warning. I’ve never had an issue before today and I am just heartbroken.

Love that or is STILL 24HRS! BUT I was CHARGED 2X FOR THE WASHER AND THE DRYER TOOK LITERALLY FOREVER TO DRY MY STUFF! SO I WAS THERE ABOUT A TOTAL OF 6 HRS AND MOST OF THAT TIME WAS DRY TIME... IT WAS BUSY AND ID HAVE BROKEN THINGS INT MULTIPLE DUDES BUT ALREADY WAS USING 4 OF THEM.

Horrible. Worker spent her time outside talking to her "friend". Came back to get my clothes and they spilled in the parking lot. She spent entire time on t the phone and said "u dropped something"!!! I brought basket back to building and went back to pile my clothes in. While she sat outside in the phone she yelled " excuse me are y leaving the basket outside??!!?? I had no intentions of leaving it outside which I did not!!! I have been going there almost 10 yrs never received such horrible treatment!!! Will never go back!!!!!!

While the place is clean and machines work great, the employee on duty was not wearing a mask nor enforcing the clearly marked signs in all the windows mandating use of masks. So many customers wntering and remaining inside without a mask while the unmasked employee carried on a conversation with a friend of hers. Also a sign with a maximum person limit in the window was not.monitored as capacity level was beyond what sign stated. In the middle of a pandemic this is sad to see and also violates NYS mandates.

Clean and well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. Reasonable fees for washers and dryers. Plenty of parking space. In fact my only problem with doing my laundry there is that I go on Sunday and the OIP next door is closed, so I can't get a slice of pizza for a snack while I wait for my laundry to finish. LOL. 😄

Place is clean and the card readers are convenient. Posters up about mask laws all over the place, most of the customers follow the rule, though apparently it doesn't apply to the management and their friends that come in to talk.

Second update: Last night my daughter accidently left a set of keys in one of the rolling carts. I both called the location and went back in person and was told, twice, by the lazy attendant that there was no way they were in the cart because she had already organized them all by the tables. I checked the parking lot and floor but not the carts because she claimed she already had checked. My partner went back today and the keys had been found by another customer, IN A CART. Good prices. Clean. Nice staff. The above is my original review from 4 years ago. Unfortunately, it needs to be updated. The same woman has been working here for as long as I can recall and used to be polite and helpful. I'm not sure if she's just tired of working here or what but the last two times I've come to this location she's been snippety and I have not seen her move from her chair a single time over the course of several hours doing ~15 loads of laundry. The floor is filthy, having not been swept or mopped in who knows how long. One of the dryers had a quarter stuck in the coin slot and when we informed her she shrugged and said she had no way of getting it out. That's fine, she's an attendant not a mechanic, but she didn't even put an out of order sign on it. She also claimed the restroom was out of order but again, no sign or notification. It's pretty obvious she's there to be a warm body and collect a paycheck and nothing else. I'll continue using the Fairmount location from now on, I have no idea why this place went so far downhill.

The small black guy that wear the glasses with the braids, throw away my water bottle in the trash without asking who it belongs to and last night he harassed me and my friend he wanted to close the laundromat before it was evening 11:pm and he threw our stuff outside and sprayed cleaning Chemical in my face and was fighting the both of us off. This laundromat is not safe to go to that worker that specific guy is very dangerous .He have no discipline or training, or manners. And he was calling us all the indecent words how can you be fighting off a woman just because it’s not 11 o’clock and you want to leave. He said my car is on the way and you gotta get out or else I’m gonna throw your stuff out and he did.for your own safety avoid this laundromat, and also look out for this specific guy, short and black skinny. He has braids in his hair and he wears glasses. He is very abuses and and disrespectful to women.!

I’ve been going to this location since covid and tonight is the first time I saw an employee do any type of work! And then some! I was blown away by the effort. Zee was working tn, I was at the laundromat from 7p-almost midnight & Zee busted a$$ the entire time I was there. Bravo girl! Normally the employees just sit in their cars, are no help whatsoever, and it’s a miserable experience, etc. Meeting Zee tn was a pleasure! And I wish the rest of the staff was like this!

Can’t use restroom. If you’re a woman, no chance in hell. No attendant anywhere to be found. Restroom door says” Restroom for Customers Only” Not a public bathroom. They suffer the actual customers while trying to prevent stragglers from using the restroom. I don’t under the point. They may as well put a sign that says” Restroom closed after, whatever time” so disappointing. I have to drive to Byrne dairy to use the bathroom and that’s if they’re open.
