I just use the self serve car wash for the first time, within the Radcliff Kentucky area and when I applied $6.00 from my card to the car wash. All I got were the presoak suds and no water being dispensed. I duplicated this process with another $6.00 from my card, in the hopes of at least getting my vehicle rinsed off, with no luck. while in the car wash. I was instructed to EXIT from the lighted display, both times. The receipt dispenser did not function upon each purchase, so I'm not sure how to proceed with having my $12.00 applied back to my card. Later when I went back to this location to acquire the company website the automated machine stated "Out Of Order" on the credit card console.

I recently left this location after receiving horrible customer service. The receptionist was very nice, but the manager wasn’t on the other hand. I was charged $10 for a $1 vacuum and he refused to reimburse my payment. Instead, I was told that he doesn’t handle those type of issues and to resolve it with my bank. He wasn’t understanding, and honestly he didn’t care. I called back to receive his name, and I was told its Russell Coleman. AND THE VACUUM BARLEY WORKED!

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever heard of. The communication is extremely poor, their inventory system is non-existent, the management is self-serving and has no idea what is going on in customer service and neither does customer service for that matter. If you ordered a package in October don't expect it until January and expect for it to be thrown in a box with no other correspondence, and yes this was the case prior to the pandemic. There were a few employees that were actually reliable, one customer service rep gave me a card with his cell and I called him yesterday only to find out he no longer works there as of last month and to be honest I'm not dealing with anyone else. So I guess that means we'll be moving on as well because it seems as though no one there is competent enough to do their job effectively and efficiently.
