Cannot cancel my membership!!! Have tried for months. Left message after message with no return calls and it won’t let me cancel online. Everyone has indicated this is what they do so I just filed a complaint with AG and now see what they do. What a scam! DO NOT SET UP A MEMBERSHIP!!!!

First off, a couple of months ago, I went in to the Gilbert location on Val Vista / Williams Field. I told the guy, who informed me he was the manager, about the specific light verbiage that came on--I'd never seen it before. He then informed me that light verbiage would ONLY come on if I didn't have full synthetic oil changes done. Uh, I've been coming here for six years and I've ALWAYS paid for full synthetic---as my account showed and he agreed. So, I asked him: "You're telling me that your company has basically been stealing from me then---and NOT doing what I was paying for, right?" Again, he agreed. New Years Day, I go in; they have a new "sales guy." He comes up, looks at my car and proceeds to tell me it's going to cost $121. I didn't even tell him what I wanted done yet! I told him Im NOT here for detailing; I wanted wash, vacuum, Armoral tires and inside. It's NEVER over $40. He not only told me I was WRONG, he was rough, condescending and aggressive. I explained I ALWAYS use the same verbiage: "I want wash, vacuum, Armoral tires and inside." he continues to tell me, in an aggressive tone, Im WRONG that Armoral alone is $30 for the inside. Basically, we're arguing at this point. I know what I get, I know what I tell the workers--I have been saying the same thing for 30 years all over CA and now the last 6 years in AZ!! He then says: "The last guy must've given you a deal last time you were here." DUDE, NO!! Im telling you: It's EVERY time I'm here. I say the same thing! I could continue...but ya'll get the point. The final outcome?? I didn't get Armoral inside. I went to WalMart and got my own darn Armoral. They just wiped it down. I called corporate to file a formal complaint. If corporate doesn't rectify this situation, then obviously I need to find a carwash who values a long-term customer.

I have cancelled my membership with them already and they are still billing me. I got confirmation over email that my membership was discontinued and would not be charged again, but here we are. I have tried calling the number and no one answers. You can not leave a message because their inbox is full. It seems like there no sign of life inside the Cobblestone Corporate Office... I now have to resort to to disputing the charge and getting my money back that way... for a company that seems to be growing rapidly, you would think they would have their ducks in a row but that does not seem to be the case here. Really disappointed in their corporate office. I hope they find a way to make this better, because if they don't... how do they expect to be in business much longer?

Very fraudulent , I am a Canadian that vacationed in Scottsdale for 2 wks. November 2023 , just wanted my vehicle washed once , simple right , well Cobblestone took my credit card info and has without my permission signed me up for a $50/month wash package starting in Dec. 13 2023...I live 2,000 miles away. Have contacted Visa fraud they are now addressing and tomorrow Scottsdale Better Business . Shame on Cobblestone to do something like this , very unethical Steve

Zero Stars!!! What a horrible company. When I went through the car wash, the system malfunctioned and my car was coated with hydrologic oil that would not come off with a regular cleaning. The level of professionalism was awful!!! I'm canceling my membership. This company should be reported for the lack of customer support and care.

The general manager at a Cobblestone promised that he would repair a piece that came off my car and their car wash. We did an incident report and he promised to follow up with me the next day fast forward four weeks later I have been trying to reach corporate, no one calls me back, and I still have not heard back from Sam the general manager at the Queen Creek in Higley location. Every time I call he is not in the office and I get a run around that they will have him call me back. When I called corporate, the number disconnects. I did leave a message with them two weeks ago when I was able to get through to their voicemail and still no response.

Got an oil change done last week, my car wouldn't start the next day, had a mechanic take a look & they put on the air filter backwards. I literally drove everywhere in phoenix because I'm not from phoenix, I live 3 hours out I was just visiting. Now a week later my car jerks & doesn't speed up fast. The only thing they did was fix their mistake & offer a free cars eat detail.. they didn't even pay me back for the mechanic i HAD to pay!!

Terrible company. There is no customer support and no return calls for any questions related to monthly wash membership. I’m going to have to just dispute the charges with my credit card company as they consistently charge an amount for a wash plan that I am not on. I don’t know how there isn’t a regulatory investigation on this company.

The location at Highly and Queen Creek has been signing customers up for monthly subscriptions pretending its a one-time deal for unlimited washes for 1 month. This has happened to my family 3 times. I talked to the GM who had nothing to say about and gave me the corporate number, who doesn't answer the phone and the mailbox is full. If you have fallen victim to this scam, which is stealing, please contact me. I want to explore a class action suite.

Don’t go into cobblestone you might get car damage after wash and ask about they act nothing happen they have well train manager how to lie. Don’t even bother to contact them they won’t answer.

This is ridiculous. I wasn’t even going to put a post up but at this point I feel like I’m getting the runaround. I didn’t even get a chance to use my membership, I literally purchased the membership for two vehicles showed up to the location the next day and that’s when I was met with the ridiculousness. I’m dealing with now. and I’m now wanting a refund because of the situation I had to deal with when I went to the location to get my vehicle washed, they took my fuse for my radio. I asked him to give me my fuse back. They acted like they didn’t know what was going on. They called the police on me. They trespassed me. They even said they were canceling out my member My fuse for my radio back so that I could leave this was done by the car wash Manager, Jay or Jake whatever they call him but the fact that this is gone this far I’ve called corporate left messages. They say that they’ll get back within 2 to 3 business days, it’s been about two weeks now I still haven’t received my money and I’m still getting the runaround if you value your time your money and even your respect, I wouldn’t deal with this place at all.

After numerous attempts to discuss the charges on my credit card following the cancellation of my membership, I have not received any response three months later. I terminated my membership at the start of July 2024, yet my credit card was charged for both July and August. Despite leaving multiple voicemails and emails, I have not been contacted to resolve this issue. It's disappointing that they seem indifferent to their customers.

I have been a loyal Cobblestone Auto Spa member for over 10 years, but I will no longer support this business after today. My experience with this company has gone from excellent to abysmal, culminating in the outrageous and unprofessional behavior I encountered recently. At the Gilbert location, a car wash worker refused to cancel my membership simply because I didn’t want the tag on my windshield. For context, I have kept my tag in the door jam on a second car for five years without issue, yet this worker didn’t bother to ask or discuss the matter. They were certainly quick to sign me up before telling me this. This type of lazy, dismissive attitude isn’t new—similar experiences have happened at the Arizona Avenue location in Chandler, where staff appear to be more interested in avoiding work than providing quality service. This isn’t just about a tag placement; it’s about the lack of respect and professionalism toward customers who have paid good money for years. To make matters worse, trying to cancel my account through the corporate office has been a nightmare. I’ve been put on hold, hung up on, and have yet to receive a callback. This lack of accountability and customer service is infuriating and speaks volumes about how Cobblestone treats its paying customers. It’s insulting that a company I’ve supported for over a decade would treat me with such disregard. When you pay $80,000 for a car, you have every right to decide how it’s treated. It’s my car, my choice, and Cobblestone’s lack of understanding or care for that is unacceptable. I will be canceling my membership—despite the corporate office’s apparent unwillingness to even process a cancellation—and taking my business elsewhere. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Cobblestone Auto Spa at all costs. There are plenty of other car washes that appreciate their customers and provide the service they promise.

They charge my card on the 21st of every month and the 25th of every month. I only have one vehicle and they’re charging me twice. I just noticed this after six months. I’ve called the corporate office. I left a message. I went into the locations. Left a message. Talk to people there. Nothing was done so I went to the bank and the bank returned all of my money. This car wash is nothing but a bunch of scammers in there also.

It's been 30+ days since a worker damaged my car while moving it.. steps were taken to get it fixed but now they are dragging their feet in getting it repaired. Each time I inquire about it I get the run around. Tried contacting corporate and it's like a miracle to speak to someone.. in short they have no consideration of their customers feelings about doing anything in a timely manner.. I'm tired of the excuses as the time they quoted has expired by a week. Guess I have to get 3 on your side involved.. sad situation

Usually people don't call into a Corporate Office unless they have a complaint.. Well, Kudos to Elle for her outstanding customer service!!! I made a inquiry a few days ago about my membership & location experience, she was not only professional in all regards ~ her assistant and prompt follow-up was way-beyond-my-expectations!!! On 09/19/2024 I took the Ford F250 truck that belongs to our CEO in for a single wash. I was signed up for a membership without my permission nor my knowledge and was not given a receipt. For the last year my corporate credit card has been charged $27.00 per month. I cannot get resolution and would like the money refunded in full (not partial) please in the amount of $281.00 as the membership was never used. This information was confirmed by the General Manager at the Windsor, CO location on 09/02/25. We are requesting a refund in full ASAP. If not received, we will be filing a police report this week and a complaint with the BBB.

FRAUDELENT CHARGES: Upon reviewing my bank statements, I discovered charges from your company that I did not authorize. I am not a frequent customer, and therefore would not have agreed to any recurring payments. I went directly to cobblestone location, they referred me to corporate office, this is my second week trying to contact them and i get no response!
