Was really good, a bit higher cost than others but it was a good wash. The car is still shining 10 days later.

Chemicals used in car wash are WAY too harsh and damage both paint and the plastic frame of cars

Insanely inconvenient. Got stuck in line for over 30min…this drive through car wash takes a minimum of 10min per car…

Best touchless car wash in the OC area, located at a shell this car wash is one of the few touchless washes here in OC! I’m definitely coming here often, left my car sparkling clean!

Great touchless car wash! One of the very few in the oc area. Highly recommend if you don’t want to get your paint scratched at other express washes.

Entrance is extremely narrow and is a turn, my car scraped on the turn and so did the car behind me. We both ended up getting out to assess the damage before getting into the wash. Very disappointed.

I have been coming here for years to get gas and noticed they updated their car wash with all new equipment. Pricing is great and my car was spotless. Glad I gave it a try!

Went to wash after work, paid for ultimate wash and there was no soap/tricolor foam. I went to the cashier. Nice guy, gave me a code to run through another ultimate wash. Same thing. Out of soap.

2 stars for "touchless" feature car wash at a gas station. -minus 1 star: Risk your wheels on turning curbs. Entrance is very narrow unless you enter at a specific sideway angle. Not sure what "new wide entrance" is, cause its not. 80% chance you will curb your wheels entering. There are two turns one for the entrance and one to turn into the machine after paying. You get two chances to curb your wheels, exciting! -minus 1 star: Pay-to-use vacuum for $1.75. Lot of other car wash locations are complimentary by default (including pressured air) -minus 1 star: Not worth the value just to use this "touchless" high tech look wash machine. Came home and theres still ton of dirt on the hood. Its the same concept of coin car wash and pressure wash with soapy water. Come thru if you want to risk curbing your wheels, and leave with dusty car mat.

Great touchless car wash for Teslas!!! but please could you make the entrance wider?? All my sensors were going bananas while getting in. Extremely easy to scratch the car. Literally few inches away from the curb. I would love to come weekly, but it was stressful getting in to be honest

I’m usually the guy who washes his own cars because i don’t trust a lot of places. But, when i heard about this touchless car wash - i had to give it a try. I drive a black bmw X4M and everyone knows you can see every water spot on black. BUT, I did the ceramic wash and wow, i was beyond impressed. It is such a smart system that literally explains what it’s doing to your car while it washes it. Once the ceramic coat layer is on, with the help of the dryer all the water just slips right off with very minimal water spots. It’s quite impressive!! 10/10 in my book, i will be coming here from now on.

Seriously pathetic car wash for $17 . It’s cheap but but what’s the point if u don’t even get time worth ur money?the dryer stopped 20 secs before the time was up so half my car was still wet plus i just wanted stuff sprayed on and washed off I could’ve done that myself! There were no brushes or anything!!

Believe the reviews about scratching your rims on the curve! Even after being extra careful, rims still scratched, and also happened to car behind us. The layout is unreasonable. You'll pay $20 for a car wash and end up with a $100+ rim scratch.

Great and simple process to get the car wash, with a $1 discount if you get over 8 gallons of gas. Simple but accessible shop

The car wash line is always long and the car wash doesn't do a great job. I paid for the second-level wash and my car still had a thick layer of dirt on the window. I don't expect a detailed wash from a touchless, but the dirt on the window should come off and shouldn't leave spots on the window.

It needs a wider entrance because it’s too narrow, and it would be great if they offered a subscription with unlimited car washes. Other than that, everything is good.

If you are a Tesla owner, READ THIS before making the decision to go. First off, i LOOOVED the touchless carwash. It was just what i was looking for. Unfortunately, i didn't read these reviews before going and i scrapped my left back rim pretty bad. The entrance is not the best and i had to back up and go forward very cautiously several times just to get in, but not cautiously enough bc i still managed to scrap my rim. Mind you my car is less than 2 months old. The sound of my rim scrapping against the curb was painful, i felt my body go cold. Worst feeling ever. The possibility of scraping the lower bumper or any of the rims is a very high possibility with the way this entrance is designed. I had to pay $120 to do a rim repair the next day, so this car wash ended up coasting me $133 dollars. Sad, because i would love to come here weekly, but not willing to go through that stress again.

Coastal Xpress, located behind the Shell gas station, offers a quick, five-minute touchless car wash. Payments can be made with cash or credit cards at the machine, but debit cards require purchasing a code from the cashier. Wash options are priced at $17, $13, $11, and $9. I prefer the ceramic wash at $17, which is the most expensive but worth it. The process includes an underbody wheel blast, pre-soak, triple foam conditioner, high-pressure wash, ceramic seal, and shine wax. The dryer runs for about 70 seconds, but you’ll still need to wipe the rear, especially near the license plate. Overall, it’s one of the best touchless washes, and the ceramic option always leaves my car looking great!

$13 for a car that’s still dirty. Terrible car wash. You can see the dirt and grime left after I went through the car wash. Don’t go!

Is a rush I got a quick wash, but the line on Sunday morning took really long. About 20 mins. There were 4 cars ahead and 3 more behind me. I can tell this is a busy gas station/ car wash. Clean and modern car wash that “talks” to you. My music was too loud to hear, but sounds like the machine was just saying what they were doing next like applying wax coat, etc.
