We got here at 6:45 and they close at 7 pm. Got The Works on package and knowing we are their last customer we handed the guy a $10 as a tip. That was a mistake! They left the car wet on the outside, our floor mats, and didn’t bother to clean the interior windows. Our dashboard still had dust and did not vacuum. Terrible!!!

I personally had a great experience, I payed around $50 for the car wash but my car was spotless and smelled like new after it was washed. They worked on my car about 30 minutes and took out everything from inside even my shopping bag as and cleaned the trunk. I’m happy with them. Definitely better where I used to go to before. I also had a female discount cause it was on a Tuesday, so that was a pleasant surprise:)

Excellent fast service. They clean inside outside all for just $25. The pay station has lots of car accessories and a massage machine. In outdoor waiting area, they have giant connect 4 and corn hole. We had wait about 15 minutes for the whole thing.

They have never failed to make my car come out like new every time. The products they use are fantastic, and leave an unbelievable shine on your car. I really can’t describe how I feel about the phenomenal work these guys did! Joselyn and the employees were extremely helpful. I was very embarrassed to bring my car I’m considering that I was extremely dirty, but they made me felt so welcomed! Brought my car in for a wash, they misaligned my tire with the track and car came out of the wash with a broken tire valve stem and flat tire. Received the bill for the repairs and called multiple times asking for the manager, but he has dodged every one of my calls.

Nice place, good service and great end result. There are multiple packages 10 dollars apart that describe in detail the end result. All in all a recommended place. Coming before 0900am gives you a 4 dollar early bird discount.

Honestly I don’t usually write reviews, but this was the worst car wash ever. $28 dollars and my car is spotty and I had to clean the inside of my cup holders myself afterwards. Terrible.

I think this was my 5th car wash here. Tuesday is discounted day for women so I usually go every two weeks. First few times I was really satisfied and highly recommended this place to friends and family. Today however my car was done so quick but just thought they worked fast. Nope, garbage still in the car, footprint marks still on the glove compartment(I come to get this cleaned from my teens sitting with their feet up all the time). I called over and asked if they were really done cleaning-to which they said yes but my front and back seats were not even properly wiped down. I noticed they cleaned the front floor pads but the rear they didn’t even vacuum. I tried to explain and ask to have it cleaned but they just looked at me and did not understand. I don’t really think it’s worth the money if they are not properly cleaning the interior of the car at this price.

Got car cleaned 11/15/23 at 4:30 PM, saw later after leaving the mess. STAY AWAY from here unless you like to waste money, terrible place to get hand car wash! Car was still left with dirt patches, streaks, bird poop and they even forgot to put tire shine on one rear tire. Three guys cleaned car paid $35 for hand wash, purchased numerous fresheners and even left $10 tip. What a rip off…call and was told they don’t give any refunds but can reward. No Thanks!!! I’d rather go so spend the money to redo it at the Hand Car Wash in South Hackensack by ShopRite or Auto Shine in Teaneck than let them touch car again, at least I know it will be cleaned properly. Only came here bc it was close to were I was and needed it done right away. See pics

Nice facility, and the guy took his time to dry my car properly, however the wash itself was not good. I did get the basic wash but the car was still dirty and the wheels seem untouched. For an extra 8 bucks a hand wash is way better elsewhere.

Used to be so good ! I’m really disappointed we used to travel here for the car washes for mine and my wife’s cars. It’s pricey but it used to be worth it. Not anymore .. $30 and my car is still dirty the cashier didn’t even say hi or thank you didn’t even acknowledge you as a person .. crazy horrible customer service. And the front guys washing and taking your car were talking dirty about the women who just walked inside while I was taking my kids out of the car. SMH. Sorry last time we will be back there.

Absolutely horrible and a waste of money! The worst car wash I have ever been too. 10 min tops and my car was “done”. I loved the cornhole and the other fun stuff that you could do while you wait, but wow, that’s a distraction while they take our money and don’t clean the car. I bought “The Works” package at $27.99 and on the board it specifies “wiping the inside of the windows, the cup holders etc….. things that all other car washes do but don’t specify. Let just say that when I got into my car, the mats were all just thrown in and not clipped in the way it’s supposed to be. Horrible vacuum job and nothing was wiped down on the inside, not even the cup holders. My napkin and candy wrapper was still in there. I almost left disgusted but decided to walk in and complain. They then sent a women to go and do the job and while it was better, it still isn’t worth the money. We normally go elsewhere but I was in the area for the eye dr so I just decided to go to Closter Car Wash. I will never go back there again. Save your money and go elsewhere! They didn’t wipe anything down inside and when the car came out of the wash, they didn’t wipe anything on the outside either because we have all the soap marks all over the car especially in the front!

I’ve given this car wash several opportunities to prove that they know how to wash a car once again they failed. I have my car washed this morning and wiped down on the inside and vacuumed well. Guess what I now have to go to another car wash to get my car washed and vacuumed and wiped down because there are still footprints on the seats of my car. Does bird crap on my window and they’re still crumbs on my floor. Don’t waste your money.

This car wash is hands-down the absolute worst in town, a total disgrace to any customer! The staff were outrageously rude, treating me like I was a nuisance, and they had the nerve to charge me an arm and a leg for a service that’s not even worth a dime! I paid top dollar expecting a proper clean, and what I got was my car handed back in a disgusting state, like it had been dunked in a muddy puddle and forgotten about! The whole process was an utter joke: in less than 10 minutes, they supposedly “washed” my car, but it was a sloppy, half-hearted mess done with zero care or effort. The windows? Filthy, covered in smudges, fingerprints, and even scratches from some shoddy rag, as if they barely splashed water on them. The carpets? Still caked with the same dirt, crumbs, pet hair, and a foul stench that proves they didn’t even bother vacuuming. The dashboard? Coated in dust with greasy streaks, showing they didn’t touch it with so much as a cloth. Even the seats were littered with lint, stains, and visible grime, like the car had been completely ignored! The workers clearly couldn’t care less, rushing through the job with the laziest, most arrogant attitude, and then handed me my car in that shameful condition, acting like I should just accept this garbage. The price was straight-up robbery, and the quality of their work is an insult to even the lowest standards of professionalism. I’ve never seen such blatant disrespect and incompetence at a place that calls itself a car wash. I wouldn’t come back if they begged me, and I’ll make sure to warn everyone to steer clear of this dump! A pathetic excuse for a service, an absolute waste of time and money!
