Extremely disappointed with this car wash. After going through their wash tunnel, I noticed clear damage on my friend’s car’s bumper that definitely wasn’t there before. When he spoke to the staff about it, they were quick to deny any responsibility without even properly inspecting the damage. They showed zero accountability and offered no solution. If you care about your vehicle, I’d strongly advise going elsewhere. Not worth the risk or the hassle.

I was told that since the car wash was under new management the first month of membership would be included with my wash price. What the salesman did not tell me was this membership would auto renew if not cancelled. This is a car wash that doesn’t always get my car fully clean so I only planned to come for the one month since it was a convenient location. Then I woke up to a surprise membership charge this morning. BUYER BEWARE

Fast and friendly service at the Main Street location in Lewisville and received a free wash under new management. Did not get charged or scammed into a membership since I never gave any card info. Should really consider posting something at the wash exit when car is leaving wash since there is some cross traffic there. Seems like an accident waiting to happen but will definitely be back.

Bad news. Clean & Green bought Oceans car wash. They fired the interior cleaning crew and won’t have interior cleaning anymore. That was the reason I came here. First wash is free. The vacuums are free but it's do it yourself.

Horrendous experience. They took the hitch off my truck because they said it can’t go thru and said they put it in the bed of my truck. When I got home, it was not there. I go back and they can’t find it. They offer me free month of car wash. I don’t need free month of car wash. I want my hitch. Do not recommend

Amazing! The vacuums work really well and having all the tools of the air blower were exceptionally convenient. They also have a dog wash which is super exciting and it's completely separate so your pet won't be anxious around all the noise. Definitely going to be my spot 💯

After I paid the attendant to wash my truck here, but before I could go through the carwash the manager(?) ran out and stopped me. He said my truck was too dirty to get washed. Ok fine no problem, my truck was really dirty. The manager said I would get a refund and a coupon for a free car wash. I never got either, and this place still has my $10 two months later.

I brought my car through this express wash after a long trip back from Colorado, and I honestly wasn’t expecting it to come out this clean. Between the road grime, bugs, dust, and winter residue, my car was rough—but the wash handled it way above my expectations. Fast, convenient, and way more effective than I expected after a road trip like that. If your car’s been through the mountains or a long highway drive, this place will get it back to looking great. I’ll definitely be back.

Pulled up for basic wash. Girl at kiosk harassed me for a membership. Won’t be back. I told her 4 times I dont live here and just came for a basic. Please do better and listen to your customers needs. Also, they stopped doing hand dries here. You have to do it yourself. Also, they taped my back wiper. After car wash was done no one came to take it off. I had to get out to remove it. Left dirt and a sticky residue that the wash missed.

Tried out a nearby car wash since moving to the area and was not disappointed! With all the snow and sludge this past week, my car was especially nasty and muddy and everything had crusted over. I chose the Deluxe wash and was very satisfied with the outcome. Car was very clean and then there was free vacuuming and hand towels for use afterwards. The staff I encountered was very friendly and I’ll definitely be coming back!
