Love the monthly plan. I bring my own microfiber cloth for drying and one for cleaning the things that the apparatus doesn't really get like around the liftgate and things like that. The vacuum system and air gun are great!

I have the $29 + $10 membership for 2 vehicles, over all happy with their services. Staff is very nice, wash area is clean (I use the 2499 and 2181 locations). For me the vacuums work well, along with the air hose. I’d like to recommend using MORE WATER going through the wash and rinse. I understand efficiency, but it needs more water for a better wash and rinse. It reminds me of the HE washing machines trying to be efficient, but not getting as clean. Most of the time we leave with stuck bugs on the front and soap/wax rolling down my vehicle, which I have to wipe off. I haven’t gone enough to evaluate the $5/month/vehicle price increase, I’m guessing its related to the drying towels the customers now have access to, I can see where this will be convenient (I won’t have to bring my own).

Please do educate your staff about a positive customer service attitude. Nobody needs to be greeted with rudeness as they enter to get car cleaned. Terrible experience. Ps To the lady who yelled at me not once, but twice, it could be your first day, but it’s not my first time getting the car wash there, so please relax. Wish you have a great day!

I was a member here for some time and washed my truck often. On 4/10/25 I entered the wash with my mirrors folded in like normal and the wash equipment snagged my mirror snapping it all the way forward. After exiting the wash I tried adjusting it and nothing, being jerked like that had shattered the plastic gear and my mirror moved freely. I immediately made a report and had them check it out. Four days and several calls later I was told that they were not going to take responsibility for the damage and advised to go through my insurance. Thanks for the advise Joel but this damage is on you guys.

Update: Brought the car to be looked at, unfortunately the 1080p cameras and angles were not able to show anything. So our word against theirs. We were told there is not a spinning brush that goes up that far up on the hood(quarter of the way up the front). And that if there were anything in the brushes it would have scratched all the way to the metal. While we sat and watched 3-4 cars go through the wash as the blue rotating brush went across the whole front of cars and depending on the car that brush reached at least a quarter of the way up their hoods. No resolution other than fix it myself and use touch less washes. Took my car through the wash today. Ultimate wash, after the wash and drying the car noticed a large set of scratches on the front of my hood. All I can hope that it will buff out.

Excellent experience every time. Friendly and helpful staff! If I have my bike rack on, they help me remove it and put it over by the vacuums. Car gets clean every time and the vacuums are strong! They also have a crevice tool that blows out small areas the vacuum can’t get to.

We have had multiple cars on our accounts at this car wash and have been customers for years but trying to add a new car they make it so difficult. The red hair girl in the office was rude telling us to move our car because we were blocking the line but no one was behind us and both of the other lines were open. Frankie is the attendant who originally checked us in and we let him know we needed to remove our old vehicle and add the new one. He asked us for our old plate number, don’t know it because it is on our old truck, and said we needed to call or come inside to change info. We have never had to do that. Someone normally just writes down our temp tag/license plate with phone number to add it for us. They make it more difficult than it needs to be. Staff does bare minimum like they have an attitude when we need help. You pay 5 people to sit in an office instead of them helping customers outside. $60 a month and you have to deal with rude people. Not one person cared that I wanted to cancel my service. She was too worried about us blocking a lane with no one there!

Clean and green is the best, hands down. Their car wash and vacuums are far superior to anyone else's in the entire metroplex. Not only is it quick, clean, and affordable, the wash and vaccums are extremely efficient. Ive not been to one location that has had a "spotty" wash or weak vacuums. To add to all of this- they're open 24hrs a day!!! So people who work overnights or hypothetically hit some roadkill in the middle of the night; no worries, Clean and Green is open and there to make your ride as good as new!

Updating my review after 2 months... Still very happy with my unlimited shine and protect membership. I've only used the Barrel Strap location for my Chevy 2500 HD, but I use it at least weekly and my truck always comes out clean. The dryer never gets 100% of the water drops off the truck, but I've never been thru an automatic car wash that did get every drop and the nice microfiber towels they provide at every stall with the vacuums are very handy to wipe off any excess water or spots that may not have gotten perfectly clean . The staff are always helpful and there seems to be plenty of people working at this location. It is always clean and with 2 lanes for unlimited membership entry, there has never been a wait of more than about 45 seconds for me. Clean & Green must be doing something right for more people than just me, as every time I go there this place is bustling with lots of people washing and detailing their cars and I don't see these numbers of folks at other local car washes I've used. Give it a try and see for yourself . They give a free first wash so you have nothing to lose. ...................,........ Tried the Barrel Strap location today in my truck for the first time with the free online voucher and decided to sign up for a monthly subscription. I had issues during the sign up process and emailed customer service and Katelyn replied quickly and immediately resolved my issues to my benefit. I had seen responses from ownership when reading the reviews saying Katelyn would take care of issues and to reach out to her and obviously this is true because she was on the ball, very professional and made me happy I chose clean green car wash!!! Katelyn obviously really likes her job and is very good at it !!! The location was clean and well staffed and the free vacuums I used had much better suction than those I've used at a competitors location. I'll update in future, but as a new customer I am quite satisfied and would recommend giving them a try !!!

I have been a member of this company's car wash services since they opened their very first car wash over on Teasley by the 7-11. For about 5 years now I have paid them $30 to $45 per month every month so I could wash my 2 cars whenever I wanted to. I am what you might refer to as a pretty loyal customer since I have been coming there for 5 years. A few months ago I went to the location on Barrel Strap only to find it closed for some reason, so I went to the location over on Teasley by the 7-11. There was a long line so I waited and then got my car washed as usual, then I went to 7-11 to pick something up. There I noticed that the cover to my gas cap was missing. It's the little part that pops open when you need to take the gas cap off. I ran back over to the car wash and it had been knocked off and was lying face down on the concrete right in the place where the car tires of the cars that were behind me, and there were quite a few, would roll over it. I picked it up to see that it was damaged and made sure I showed it on the video camera and then went to the other location and made a report a week or so later with the manager of the car wash. I drive a bright red BMW M4 Convertible and go to this car wash frequently for over 5 years now so the people who work there know me, but I never got a call back from making the report. I went in again and asked to speak to the owner, Josh Boschee, who I have spoken to to in the past, and you would have thought I was asking them to call God, Jesus, or Godzilla. I sent an email to their company website asking to speak to Josh and I got a message that Josh was unavailable so they would have someone else call me. I will no longer use this car wash as there are other alternatives in the area now. If I am going to be a loyal customer for over 5 years and pay for your service, and then I have a problem and want to speak to the guy who am paying, then I would expect that they could deign to pass along my information to Sir Josh and ask him to call me like I requested. Nope. So now I'll take my 2 cars and the over $2,000 that I have paid this place over the past 5 years somewhere else that appreciates my customer loyalty. See ya.

Recieved a free car wash, and figured O would try out this place. Wash was pretty fast, along with the air drying. Pulled out and there was alot of water still on the vehicle. Noticed people who pulled over on the side and drying there cars. The wash left alot of water spots as you can see in the picture. Probably won't be coming back, not if I have pay the price they are charging

I took my car to this car wash where I have an active membership, and as I was exiting through the drying section, my windshield cracked. “When your windshield is hot and goes to cold temperatures it’s prone to crack” “you have a rock chip”??? Like really my car is brand new and I’ve never had a rock chip. How do you even know it’s a rock chip?? I’m extremely upset and disappointed. This should not happen at a place where customers expect their vehicles to be taken care of, not damaged. I cancelled my membership and won’t be recommending this car wash to anyone. It’s unacceptable for a business like this to avoid responsibility when something goes wrong. If you're not attentive to your customers' concerns and vehicle safety, it's not a good look for your business.

Idk what happened but the quality of the wash has gone really far down. The last 4 washes I could have done better with my garden hose. Sadly I’ll be looking for a new car wash

I was excited to find a conveyor car wash for my dually truck, however the wash was sadly lacking. I went with the works. I don’t think the basic could have done much of any worse. It barely touched the bugs on front and bird poop on top and sides. Quite disappointing.

This company has been charging me for two memberships since July of this year. My original membership of $19.95 was also changed to $24.95 without notice. I have been using this company for years. Thank god I decided to look at my credit card statements. Not a trust worthy company. Nice car wash though.

Much better than any of the other car washes we've tried in the North Dallas area. No towels out for drying, but the super sweet staff let us use one. Great pricing - and they got all the bugs off our SUV - which is saying something in the fall season! Love that they are open to 9pm! Definitely a big plus. Lots of stalls for vacuuming and compressed air for blowing water out of crevices. Highly recommend 👌

They wishes me and damaged my car😔. I took my car to car wash and rear spoiler assembly was damaged because of high pressure air? Now the customer care representative says that, this car is older than 5year so read the disclaimer. When they wished me and my family for new house and they give us free coupon. I’m extremely upset and disappointed. This should not happen at a place where customers expect their vehicles to be taken care of, not damaged. I won’t be recommending this car wash to anyone. It’s unacceptable for a business like this to avoid responsibility when something goes wrong. If you're not attentive to your customers. it's not a good look for your business.
