Washed my car here and did some minor drying of the car myself and it was a good cleaning. Used their free vacuuming and especially the blower hose that gets in the nooks of the car. I'd recommend everyone to come here for a decent car wash as the ones where they would wash your car are few and far in between. Inexpensive!

When you get your car washed they without knowing set you up for the membership plan and give you a run-around to to remove it automatically charges your credit card, They have done this several times

DeAndre has very poor customer service and was highly inconsiderate. I initially went in to get a car wash and seen they had a promotion. I asked DeAndre if the $22 unlimited car wash meant it was an unlimited amount of washes in which he replied yes. So I made the purchase in hopes to subscribing and being a reaccuring customer. I was told to go into the office to get a barcode for my vehicle as I had subscribed. However, when I went in and asked DeAndre for it, he arrogantly replied that I had only purchased one wash. In which I reiterated our previous conversation in which he confirmed that it was unlimited washes. He probably wasn't paying attention to what he said since he was on his phone the whole time, I suppose. But anyway, instead of trying to come to a solution with me so I could be a continuous customer, he arrogantly brushed me off and laughed it off with another employee. I have been a customer in the past and have never had a bad experience, but I won't be coming back. I will find another carwash service. DeAndre lost Clean freak and ongoing customer.

This place is Amazing! The Employees and Manager are very Helpful! They go above & beyond the standard Customer service. The Wash is Great! My car looks brand new! And what's most amazing about this place is the powerful vaccums!. Which are very hard to find these days at any car wash.. I had to get a membership. I finally found "my" car wash! I was sold when I went to the office because my tires weren't shiny and the Manager Brandon greeted me and then came out and personally sprayed and wiped down each rim and tire.. then asked me if I needed air freshener then sprayed something on the floor in my car and now my car smells fresh to death!! He then assured me that if I ever need anything that he'll take care of me!! Thank You ! Best experience I've had in a long time! A++++++ Very Highly Recommended!!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I have tried cancelling my 2 subscriptions numerous times and yet I am still being charged $34.99 X 2. They absolutely will not help you when you have email correspondence. They want you to use their online cancelling website, to which I did and still charged. Hopefully this will get the notice of the district manager and possibly get something resolved. If not I plan to go to the better Business bureau.

I love this place. I do the fast pass monthly subscription that includes unlimited car washes. It costs me $22 a month but It's very convenient since I can't do it myself where I live. The service is always great. It's quick and easy. It won't get all the bugs though if you don't scrub them first. Free vacuums and blowers are great too! If you can afford it, I recommend👌🏼

Would get 5 stars except you pay for spot free rinse and do not get it. The spot free does not work at this location and unless you dry your car with a towel or with air you car will be covered with spots. Would get 4 starts if the tire shine worked but it hasn't work since the first year this place was open. You might as well pay for the cheaper package because you don't get the spot free or tire shine that you pay for. Vacuums are amazing and they provide towels to dry the outside and inside. Unfortunately I've seen people take towels with them which will ruin it for the rest of us.

Had an amazing experience. All the vacuums were working amazing and had great suction. I love how they have 2 different types of vacuums. The wash was awesome with the different lights and it says what chemicals are being used. $22 for a whole first month for the top was is a steal. Brandon helped and sold me my fast pass very respectful and his customer service is out of this world. He sprayed more tire shine on there for me. 10/10 experience and a life time customer.

I come to this clean free car wash very often because where I work in this area a lot. I always get really good service and help when I need it here. I met the manager Michael today and he was so awesome helping me get a new card because I lost mine and just making sure I was happy with the services they provide. They do a great job on cleaning your car and they are outstanding people they always have what you need to get your car clean and they're always willing to help. Plus you also get a discount on gas every month from them I wouldn't have a membership with anybody but clean freak!

I'm still chuckling🤣 about my car wash mishap this past Thursday (5/15)! I had no idea I was supposed to put my car in neutral, so I drove right through the wash. The staff were incredibly kind and understanding when I came back through, and they even showed me the sign and explained the process. No judgment, just great customer service. Kudos to the team for making a clueless customer feel welcome and valued. I'll be back!

I'm a real estate agent and having my vehicle clean is very important. Been using Clean Freak for over a year with no issues. However today a young man told me at this location they would cancel my membership because I put my pass to the scanner vs having it on my windshield (I have replaced my windshield and it wont stick). I explained i agreed to their policy of charging me if I attempted to bring in a vehicle not related to the membership. Explained i was abiding by the membership and they can check my license plate. He just got snotty. You don't need someone hassling you where you pay good money every month. Do better. Solve my problem with a new sticker, don't threaten to cancel me like you have the only car wash in town.
