I was just there and they shut down the air and vacuums on 3 customers and 1 customer just went thru the car wash. Why would they shut down the air and the vacuums knowing there was 3 customers still doing their cars and then they sent one person through knowing they were going to shut down the air and the vacuums. They were upset and just left. I spent $20 and my truck is still not clean. Not happy

The car wash was so wide that it didn't even touch the right side of my car. The back windshield and car were still covered in soap and leaves at the end of the wash. The vacuums and blue wipes were great.

Great facility and unbeatable membership plan! Pre-wash self-service scrub tub is a nice amenity for getting bugs off the front of vehicles. The wash does a great job, and their air pressure and vacuums are high powered to get a streak-free dry and cleaning.

I just went through this Clean Freak Car Wash. It didn’t wash the car good at all. Literally there’s stuff I can wipe off with my hands. The representative told me he is not gonna rewash me and then I can call the cops or do whatever I need to do. So unprofessional and disgusting. As I was driving away… that employee flipped me off

People were helpful and nice, clean carwash and they keep replenishing those little towels you use after you do your wash very frequently!! The vacuums and blowers work good, trash was not full so I assume they change it out often. Clean freak for sure!!

Do not go here!!!! My vehicle was damaged due to faulty equipment and the attendant not paying attention. Then 2 weeks later the joke of a manager said it was my fault, refused to fix the damage and ignored multiple calls from my insurance adjuster. The "manager" also claimed the damage was existing because of a blue scratch. But as you can see from the picture its actually lint from the scrubber that ripped my driver side mirror half way off. Stay away you've been warned.

I really maximized the value of my free carwash from circle k. Where I live, after the snow melts there's mud and these guys had to scrub the outside of my car for 10 minutes before going though. There was still mud under my wheel wells. Still was great to get a free wash and they gave me a coupon for a free coffee at circle k. Score.

Huge scratch on the front of my car after going through the wash. The gigantic scrubber ran DRY across my hood and my windshield. Neither my hood or windshield are clean either- the timing must be off. Never coming back. If you care about your car's paint job, don't come here. Edit in response to owner: to the reader l, if you read other reviews they NEVER take responsibility for damage to customers. You are better off going elsewhere or washing yourself.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but Jacob at Clean Freak Car Wash absolutely deserves the shoutout. From the second I pulled in, he greeted me with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism. You can tell he takes pride in what he does—not just rushing people through like at other places. He explained my options clearly, made great recommendations without being pushy, and was just genuinely helpful and kind. He helped me pick the Ultimate Total Protection wash and explained what came with it in a clear and friendly way. He wasn’t pushy at all, just straightforward and helpful. Super quick, simple, and appreciated! What really stood out from the rest was a very smart and thoughtful young man that we don’t see enough in the customer service industry and wanting me to come back for more of him! You can tell he cares about the customers and the cars. People like Jacob are rare, and Clean Freak is lucky to have him on the team. Give this man a raise! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼❤️❤️❤️

Worst carwash in the state. Top rolling brush and top side to side curtain brush wasn't turning on leaving my windows filthy. The side spinning brushes leave a lot of filth behind. And the blowers leave the car sopping wet.

THE MONTHLY PASS IS MORE THAN WORTH IT. I use this location and the one in Yuma weekly. Today the manager, Kerry, saw me taking a photo of the wash bay and came right over to ask if I had any questions or concerns. His service focused attitude is reflected by the crew in Yuma also. I told him that the monthly pass works out for me because of the locations here and Yuma where I split my time. He pointed out that their pass also works in other states at Rainstorm and True Blue locations.

On 04-05-2023, at approximately 1:00 PM, I went for an exterior car wash at the CleanFreak location located at 3175 E Union Hills Dr in my 2014 Mazda 3 sGT Hatchback. During the wash, my wife and I made note of a loud thud we heard while we were on the belt going through the rotating brushes. Once we were done and in the dryer & vacuum section, I noticed a dent, multiple deep gashes in a swirl-like motion, and broken clips on the front of my vehicle. I notified the on site employee who took photographs and filled out an incident sheet with me, stating he would get back to me the next day. Later that day, during a follow up phone conversation, that same employee accused me of damaging my own vehicle during the drying process due to some of the damages not being visible in specific photos he took which were taken at an angle in the sun’s glare on my silver paint. I did not get a call the following day, or the second day & on the third day upon going in person at the location I was advised the manager was not on site. Upon returning the fourth day the manager advised me that the supervisor reviewed the footage and they are not accepting fault, stating the brushes appeared normal on their cameras, not acknowledging my forward facing dash cam footage on which you can see and heard the loud thud during the washing process with the rotating brushes. The manager refused to provide me with any of their insurance information, telling me to go through my own insurance instead. The total cost of parts for my front grill & grille molding is $307.85 without install labor fees.

Just needed a quick rinse and noticed there was a lot of water left after the car wash blower so I used the towels they provided. The towels have some kind of waxy residue on them and left hazy streaks all over my paint and windows. Not sure if they are not washing their towels with a strong enough detergent. I had to go home and re wash and wipe down all the windows and paint. What a pain. Never had this experience before at other car washes.

“This is hands down the worst car wash I have ever experienced—utterly unacceptable. I was there with my two autistic kids, who were already having an hard time staying still in the car. So it took me over 30 minutes just to vacuum the car because it was a mess. I think anyone with kids can relate. Despite the fact that I was clearly vacuuming, a worker had the audacity to come over and accuse me of staying too long—something I have never encountered at any other car wash, even when I’ve stayed an hour. Then, to top it off, when I asked another employee for towels, he ignored me, only taking out his AirPod after I repeated myself three times. This place is a disgrace—no care, no customer service, and no regard for families. I will never come back, and everyone else should steer clear of this awful place.”

I've just been blessed with what may be the BEST experience one could possibly expect from a car wash. I arrived 5-10 minutes before closing feeling grateful to be allowed to go through the wash at all. Expecting a no, I asked if they would keep the vacuums on for a few minutes past closing so I could quickly use the bug prep station. Not only did Court allow me an extra 15 minutes to use the vacuums but he stayed near by while completing various closing tasks. This let me feel safe to focus on hurrying through cleaning the inside of my van without having to pay attention to who was around/what was happening in my surroundings. When I was nearly finished he gave me some useful advice to help get rid of the streaks on my windshield. Court is one of those rare people who have mastered the art of showing his fellow man that he genuinely cares without trying too hard or doing too much allowing him to provide excellent customer service. I left this car wash with a smile on my face! Clean Freak is lucky to have Court and should positively promote him because he obviously actually cares about and enjoys his job causing this particular location stick out from the others.

Clean Freak Car Wash Review Clean Freak Car Wash is my go-to spot for keeping my vehicle looking fresh. The location is easy to enter and exit right from Main Street, and the lot itself is always spotless. There are plenty of vacuum stalls, free to use, and they even provide clean towels to dry off your vehicle, plus air guns to blow away any leftover water from mirrors and windows. I have their monthly basic membership for just $19.99, which gives me unlimited washes (one per day). It’s a fantastic value, and if my truck needs extra TLC, I can easily add services like a tire scrub, wax, and more. Attendants are always there to guide you into the wash bay, and they even offer scrub brushes with cleanser so you can tackle those stubborn bugs on your grill and windshield before going through. The whole experience is quick, safe, and affordable. I also recommend keeping an eye out for their gift card deals that usually pop up in November and December, they’re a great bargain. Highly recommend this location!
