It's ok. They need to get those puddles out of the vacuum area. What's the use of vacuuming if ur area is full of water.

absolute thievery. I tried cancelling my membership, they continued to charge me and said I never cancelled, and refused to give me a refund. the manager was very incompetent, rude, and not at all helpful.

Bring a car you don’t mind getting scratched by the brushes. Oh and also bring your own towels, the microfiber towels here are still wet.

Our car was damaged in the car wash. It took weeks to get a response back from anyone to be told they can’t cover the damage. Terrible customer service.

After paying for a wash I had $2 in quarters to buy an air freshener. As I am looking at what kind I wanted employee (black guy) come up and says " Um are you paying with coins?" I said "yes" (every car wash we go to these machines take coins) he dead looks at me and says "um we don't take coins" I said since when? He said "starting yesterday. THEN says "if you don't have a debit card you should go use a self wash" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE OWNER

worst place for membership I was forced to get a family plan because the manager assumed I bringing in all my 3 cars into one memebrship and noted account as such . Not my fault if some workers would just give me washes for free just open the gate because I was a regular anyway I ended up getting the family plan and the scanner would never work on my pass had to get a 2nd pass that one had same issue always had to give my debit card over to a young adolescent worker to trust with my bank info so they can look up my account when they can simply just a number to find it per policy they cannot add your phone on system anymore them they cancel my family plan because they discontinued that plan they said as long as I don't cancel I can keep family plan they lied again they canceled on there own online i never did now I decided to just simple write a review and I hope that old gal 20 year old manager gets fired for harrowing and forcing plans on customers based on there opinions. I hope the new manager they have there now gains business instead of losing

Car wash place was nice when firat opened, now its pretty poor. The wash didn't even was the back of my car, how it's completely dry. i have no idea, but it's not even wet, so i could at least scrub the dirt off. Didn't really wash off much either, so it was not really worth it.

This place has decayed a lot. There were no towels to dry and the vacuums do not work properly. Also my car still had dirty spots. I'm never coming back and want to make sure others don't waste their $ here.

The car wash isnt as good as other locations, you pay extra for tire shine and it never works. The staff is always on their shine or talking instead of guiding you through.

Always get friendly service & a goid car wash. Like most other car wash chains they have complimentary vacuums & towels to dry spots of my car that didn't fully dry.

WARNING!!!!! DON'T GO TO CLEAN FREAK! My car got scratched because an antenna from a previous vehicle got stuck in their brushes. Due to negligence and failure to inspect their equipment, they continue to guide new cars in, damaging 6 cars. Manager informed me that it would be covered under their insurance and that they would pay for the damages. After months of calling them for updates, I was met with silence or letting me know "someone would call me back". Manager told me to bring in my estimate for my scratches, which I did and got no response from it. When I called again, they said that antenna damages are not covered. This is unacceptable, not only the lack of communication but also the fact that they are not taking accountability for their mistake. I would have never drove through if I knew that something was stuck in their equipments. Because their employee guided and directed me in, I expected my car to be safe but sadly I was wrong. Safe to say after this experience, I will be canceling my Fast Pass membership. Don't ever go to any of the Clean Freak locations. Their employees dont inspect their equipments and WILL NOT pay for the damages that was done from inside their drive tru car wash machine!!!!

Aside from my car never being clean when I go... I simply just stopped going. HOWEVER, my daughter gets hit on by the employees and customers every time she goes. It's to the point she's so uncomfortable she's not coming back either. I suggest you have an employee meeting on professionalism and sexual harassment at the work place. When a customer doesn't feel like she can just go get her car washed without being hit on by employees, there's a problem.

I’ve been a loyal member at this location for over five years, but lately I’ve been really disappointed. The interior suction/vacuum stations have not been working properly for the past week. This is the third time I’ve come in and still the vacuums aren’t functioning. I’ve reported this issue to the staff multiple times, but nothing seems to be getting fixed. It’s frustrating to pay nearly $20 a month and not have access to one of the basic services that’s supposed to be included. I really hope management addresses this soon. I like this car wash and want to continue coming here, but the vacuum stations need to be maintained and kept in working condition. Please look into this as soon as possible.
