The rinse stopped spraying half way over my car leaving a soapy film over the back half. We didn't realize how bad it was until our next stop and didn't have time to go back. Had to use the wipers to see out the back. Usually this location is ok and the car is pretty clean.

The car wash is good. I drive your past two other car washes because the machine does a good job They are always out of towels. Asked twice But the girl taking orders wanted to text on her phone more than wait on people RUDE!!! Vote with your wallet and go somewhere else

This location will take $15 for a hot wax car wash and then rip you off with a $7 wash! Every time I turn them down for the monthly special! And, they didn’t give me a cleaning rag or car freshener either. What a ripoff! I’m surprised this place has a 4.1 rating. The only good thing about this location is free vacuums.

Absolutely horrible experience dealing with this company that frodulantly charges your credit card for over a year and refuses to cancel subscription or provide service. One of my technicians took the work vehicle through for a single time car wash and paid with a company card. Unbenounced to him or anyone else he was signed up for the monthly subscription, but he was never issued a sticker so he can actually use the service. After the second time the card was billed my office staff attempted to contact clean freak and let them know about the discrepancy but after several hrs of dead end apps and phone calls nothing was achieved They have wasted over 1000$ of my staffs wages and time in atempts to contact them to cancel the monthly subscription. After many attemps to handle the issues remotely over the course of 14 months a representative had to physically drive to the location and cancel in person. When speaking with the staff and asking for a refund they were denied even though there staff admitted that a decal was never issued for this account and they knew the service we have been unwillingly paying for were never performed. Horible customer service I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

I had an overall subpar experience. I paid for a basic wash and the front of my car didn’t get clean at all. It was still completely dirty. The rest of the car looked like it get wet but had spots all over it still. If I hadn’t wiped the whole thing down afterwards, I would have needed to get the car completely washed again. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Ridiculous that you closed all your rapid reader lanes. I have to wait 15 minutes just to enter. When normally I just get in

Went through their car wash fully intact, came our with an obviously cracked windshield. Looks like equipment hit it but they said it was because their cold water on my hot windshield caused this and that this happens all of the time! Like this was no big deal! Said they have disclaimers stating the hot versus cold water wash, but I only found standard disclaimers. $1500 out of pocket for me and they refused to do anything for me! Didn't even want to give me corporates number so I hired an attorney today and unfortunately for them, this will end up costing them more than just 1500! Also filed a complaint against BBB and contacted 3 on your side . Stay away!!! Faulty equipment, unprofessional management and when your car gets damaged, it's all on you and your insurance!!! Drive the other way!!!!!!!

This car wash has not been reliably open for weeks. Sometimes you can sneak in a wash early in the morning or on weekends, but our monthly pass has gone to waste. We all understand the need for upgrades, but doing it over such large blocks of time is basically stealing from the people who bought a monthly pass.

Note: not all Clean Freak Car Washes are of equal quality. This place is absolute garbage. And it has been since it opened. But it's also the Clean Freak closest to my house, and after recently returning from a road trip, I decided to give it another try. My mistake for thinking it would be any different from what I remember it being a few years ago. For starters, the canopy over the pay kiosks dragged across the top of my truck as I drove up. And my truck isn't that high.. no lift or anything to make it unusually tall. The approach to the wash tunnel is a sharp u-turn that may be easy for a sedan, but is downright challenging for any SUV. The attendant guiding cars in barely motioned any instructions - he looked pretty miserable honestly. No more than half of the equipment in the wash tunnel actually worked or touched my car. I'd swear that the water was being rationed. And without any real "wash" occurring, the lackluster air dryers just spread dirty water all around my car and windshield. My truck looked worse after rolling through there. I remembered that most of the vacuums either didn't work or barely had any suction last time I tried them, so I didn't even bother. I immediately drove to the other closest Clean Freak on Glendale and got a proper wash - no issues there. This Clean Freak is jammed into an old car wash space that's been there for almost 50 years. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the newer and nicer Clean Freak locations for your car wash. This location is useless and fails to make any meaningful improvements to quality.

This clean freak is not adequate. I've tried numerous times believing maybe the last time was an stand out. And I was wrong. My car never gets cleaned. When I get out of there, and look at my car, and I see complete dry spots and dry dirt spots all over my car still. Believe I'm done trying, going to find a new car wash place to go. Best luck to anyone else that will join or are there still.

I tried a long time ago and the wash was great. Recently purchased a new car, and ran it over there to get a wash. The service is very friendly and I vaccumed ahead of time, the suction was great. When I went through I was offered the one month trial which I accepted. I went through the wash, but after? My car was dirtier than it had been before! Spots ALL over the car, and it didn't dry at all. After a quick road trip to San Diego where we got stuck in a dust storm, I decided to give it another try. The car might actually look WORSE than it did after the dust storm! And the back? Nothing wet even touched it. Again, it did not dry. Very friendly, and a lot of potential in the idea... the wash is just no good. Will have to cancel until I see improvements. Toyota Highlander.

All this location did was spray water and soap. Nothing went over the hood of the car to clean it. We had soap on, then it was washed off. There are still dirt spots on the hood of our car. Very disappointing.

Talk about nostalgic! Reminded me of when I was younger and we'd go thru the automatic car wash and play silly games like who can hold their breath, etc etc. it moves much quicker, it's more efficient and gives a more thorough scrub then it did.

Scraped my entire driver side and left a line exactly at the height of the machine. Was told they didn’t do it and it’s not their fault. When I asked for customer service information I was told there was none. Comical. Do not go here unless you’d like your car damaged and a snarky kid to be rude to you.

Taking care of a billing issue is impossible. My recurring charge didn’t go through because of an address change issue. I logged into my account to fix and pay. Whatever happened I was only charged $10 which I knew was wrong. I didn’t have a choice to pay another amount. Instead of reactivating my acct, a sub acct was made. No problem these things happen. The problem is the enormous effort I put in to simply get a $10 refund. This is what I did to try to get this resolved; 1. Called and left two voice mails a week apart. No response. 2. I attempyt to contact them thru their website but whichever response you choose (none were my issue) just gives a list of responses and does not let you send a message. 3. I emailed the address shown on their FB page twice. No response. 4. I put a critical comment on their FB. Someone respoinded promising to get my issue resolved. Nothing happened. 5. I visited the location thinking their system is designed to have these things handled at location. Nope, the guy said he will give his manager my #’s and tell him I want refund. Nothing happened, Finally I disputed the charge with credit card and will not renew. What a waste of my time. EDIT: Their response shows they are oblivious to the facts stated AND they offered no actual help. They told me to use the email address provided. Only problem is that is the same email address I've used twice (plus the calls and in persons). Yet they tell me to send a 3rd email, lol.

This car wash has been around since the 1960's or there about. It is located near downtown Phoenix and the main headquarters of the Phoenix police department. They utilize that car wash and it's usually busy with customers. It has shut down from time to time for upgrades and repairs, but it's age is definitely showing.. Now a major vacuum line has broken underground and they have no plans to get it repaired....now half the vacuum stations are no longer working... A couple of brushes are also in need of constant repair, so what's the fate of this car wash? Hate to see it go, but perhaps it's past time to tear it down and build a Dutch Bros drive thru.

I had the worst experience I have ever had at a car wash at this location. Not only did I receive some damage to my new vehicle as it was going through the wash cycle but when I try to speak calmly to the so-called general manager Brandon, he used nothing but foul language when he spoke my daughter and me. Then, when I asked him to give me information on the person who is higher above him, he refused to give it to me and told me he's the general manager and that all complaints go through him. To top it off the so-called incident report I was told to fill out,🤔 not one person has contacted me. 😡 And to make it even worse when you Google who to get a hold of in the corporate office is send you to all the different locations here in Arizona and when you call them the voicemails are all full. Worse off if I do get a response to this review. It's sad to say that I had to do it this way. To get a response to possibly fix the situation.

CAR DAMAGE!! I brought my brand new vehicle through this car wash an specifically asked 2x for the brushes to be turned off. The brushes were not turned off and it resulted in my vehicle being scratched. I had never brought my vehicle into an automatic car wash until that day. As soon as I exited the car wash, I observed swirl scratches over the entirety of my vehicle. When I returned to have the issue resolved, I had to speak to Brandon. Simply put, this individual lacks professionalism. As you can clearly see in other reviews and photographs of him that have been posted. This “manager” argued with me for 20 minutes about how their equipment did not damage my vehicle, and that I did it myself or the dealer did it. Brandon then proceeded to say that it was scratched because I got the “basic” wash. Do yourself a favor and don’t give clean freak your business. I was told to fill out an incident report and I would get a callback from a “district manager” in 48 hours. 1 week later and still no contact. I should not have to search for ways to get someone to follow up with me. Circle K/Clean Freak Car Washes are absurd. Report to the Better Business Bureau as soon as you all can.
