I just realized I was being charged for two Clean Freak memberships at the same time—one from Kyrene and one from Via Linda. I never meant to have two active accounts, and it makes zero sense, especially since Clean Freak advertises that you can use your membership at any location. This seems like a system issue or oversight that led to months of duplicate charges without any notification. I reached out to support with my billing history and asked for a refund—but they refused to resolve it. My two biggest concerns: Shady billing practices Poor, unresponsive customer service The wash is decent, but the way they handle loyal customers is not. If you're a member, check your charges—you might be paying for more than you should.

Would give less than one star if I could. After a handful of years being very loyal to Clean Freak with a membership for my car and my wife's car, I can't believe I have to write this. In February, we were in the middle of moving out of Arizona so I needed to cancel my membership. I figured since I went to this location to set the membership up, I'd go back to cancel it. I spoke with an attendant and they assured me it was cancelled and I wouldn't be charged. Fast forward to a week and a half ago, finally settling into the new location out of state when I realized on my statement I was charged TWO MORE TIMES. I called this location and spoke with someone in the office who told me I can't cancel my membership in person although I was assured it was done. They proceeded to tell me that they can't cancel it and provide me a refund and that I would have to go online and submit a ticket. Its now been over a week and I got confirmation that my membership was cancelled, but I've received no notification on the refund of $60. Super disappointed in this situation, such a bad way to end my experience with Clean Freak Car Wash.

Worst car wash in AZ. They set it to move vehicles through so fast that NOTHING gets clean and you get the added bonus of having your car damaged when their tattered and worn out equipment hooks on to your windshield wipers and rips them off your vehicle. Management is, let’s just say, less than capable of doing much more than remembering to breath. Far better options for getting your vehicle clean and not broken.

Terrible car wash and nowhere near worth the money. Couldn’t believe the amount of soap left on my car when I left. The car was did an awful job of rinsing the car. And drying for that matter. Will never come back to this car wash.

This place is awful! I sent my car through with the wheels plus option is my car was filthy from all the rain. After I got out and went over to the vacuums, I noticed that there was still rain marks in dirt on various portions of my car. So I asked the attendant if I could go through again. And he allowed me to do that. I asked the person that was guiding me into the car wash if he could take the hose and give it a good spraying before I went into the wash and he told me he would have to charge me for that. I told him this is my second time around because it didn’t clean my car the first time, he said sorry going to have to charge you and then he push the button and sent me through the wash again still not clean I will never be returning to this place is their customer service is awful in their car wash itself is awful

Everyone here is very polite and respectful. I came here from Vegas and got my car detailed, and it looks amazing now. Josh D'Angelo Eddie and Dominic were amazing and made my car look like new. Thank you, guys 😊

Car wash brushes not working. Very rude manager. Will never use this place again. Manager should be fired! Update!!!! After a year I decided to return to Clean Freak and give them another chance. I figured it would be a new Manager and staff. BAD IDEA!!!! This place is as messed up as it was a year ago. Same story, brushes not working and rude manager and employees. I will never return to this car wash again and I advise you to steer clear of it. If you want to be a satisfies and happy customer go to the new Cobblestone Car Wash on Pima at the Talking Sticks Pavillion. It's only about a mile away from Clean Freak, this dump they call a car wash.

This car wash scratches your car. This happened on 2 different cars of mine after the wash. Another time the brush broke my Sideview mirror which they had to pay to fix. They offered to pay for my Sideview mirror, but they wanted to install it themselves because they didn’t want me to go to Lexus and have them install it so they can save on cost. They have issues with their brushes. When my car was going through, I could feel a bump midway through. Avoid this place if you care about your car. There are other car washes that pretty much charge the same and they have way better systems in place. It’s just my honest opinion and advice and you can do with this information what you want.

I don’t really want to leave a bad review but I feel like this is my only option. I have been a customer since 2019 and have enjoyed the perks of our membership, but in May when I replaced my old car with a new one I went to the Via Linda location to get a replacement membership sticker. The attendant told me they would just replace the old sticker with the new one and that nothing should change on our membership. We had been paying for a multi car membership, but after getting a replacement sticker for my new car, I noticed an extra $14 charge as well as an additional recurring charge of $24 every month after (this is in addition to the normal $38/month we had been paying). After logging into my account, it shows that a separate account was started instead of just replacing the old car with the new car under the original membership. I have gone to the car wash multiple times to talk to a manager in person (there has never been a manager on duty to talk to), emailed them through their “contact us” page online (never got a response) as well as tried to call multiple times (the phone number just rings and rings with no option to leave a message) to get this issue resolved but have not been able to get anyone to help me. At this point, I want to just cancel my membership completely, but don’t want to run the risk of not being able to get refunded for the extra money that I was incorrectly charged.

Sad to see all the bad reviews. We come here every time we are in this part of time and need a cleaning. They were very friendly. There are comfortable seats inside and out. Even had it detailed for our cross country trip.

I've used Clean Freak on Via Linda for over a year. They have always done a good job vacuuming my vehicle. So much so I've brought in friends vehicles. I understand that I have a dog and that not all the hair will come up with a vacuum service. With that said I've always gotten my car back with majority of the hair up and it looking freshly vacuumed. This afternoon they were very busy when I came through. I waited patiently knowing car was last and no one was waiting behind me. When they got to my car they rushed and we're done oddly fast. They did not vacuum anything on my back seat but the mats. They also ripped the rubber gasket on my driver side passenger door. I was getting ready to book my car for a full detail within the coming weeks. With today's experience I will NOT be giving my business to clean freak for a full detail if they can't even handle a minor vacuum add without damaging my vehicle or completing the service. . Pretty disappointed given they typically do a good job. Not sure if this is an indication of the quality of work going forward. Especially since now wasted time and money having to go vacuum my car myself.

they continue to try to fraudulently charge my credit card. used the wash once only, thankfully tapped with my phone which does not displsy the real cc number. note to everyone - check your credit card. if they try to defraud me likely they are doing this to others also.

At 37 years old, this is my first negative google review. I really give a business a chance prior to posting a negative review. This place needs one. place is a joke. $320.00 prepaid car wash for a detailing of my truck. Including the cleaning of under the hood. They didn't even wipe down the guts under the hood. I complained and they asked me to return in a couple days when their manager was on site. I grabbed a rag and started removing the dust myself in front of 3 employee. They stared at me like deer in the headlights. Pure incompetence. I I'll make sure to spread my negative experience with everyone I know. I had three family members cancel the monthly car wash membership. See photos below of under the hood while talking to the three employees.

Totally scammed by someone taking the payments, was a total upsell but was presented as a 1 month 'special' Was then charged $19.99 3 separate times. Attempted to reach somebody in charge, nobody returned phone calls. It took a while for my bank to finally put a freeze on them because it doesn't show up as a reoccurring charge which is probably the sneakiness on the part of this company. Don't recommend.

AMAZING. I normally go to the Tempe site on southern ave, but WOW this site was just as awesome as the other one. I have to say DREW was the biggest reason to why it was such a good experience for me. He went above and beyond with his customer service and I was very thankful with how he treated me. Great quality on the wash too… cherry on top.
